Overall I had a decent experience. The customer service was great and the float was nice. My only issue is that for about 25 minutes, I did not have music. Customer Service 1-5=5. Pod 1-5=3.5. Lounge 1-5=4.

Okay okay. Okay, let's start first with to have a floating session You must first make an appointment and if you call in they won't answer the phone at least when I called. So you'll get a turnkey text message back to walk you through the setup. Now. I know a lot of companies are going to this type of setup where if you can just do it online or do it through your text which is fine for some. For me. I'm kind of old school. I like to talk to a person, especially if it's my first time going. I like to talk to a person, ask them questions and I do know that yelp people read others comments. But I really like to talk to someone there, especially if it's my first time going before I make an appointment. And before I show up This is where they kind of fell short and the only reason why I gave them four stars instead of five. Now, on to the day after you set up your appointment you arrive. You need to get there about 20 minutes early cuz you have a lot of paperwork to fill out which is something I didn't really particular care for. So you give them all your information. So I guess they can track you and and direct market you which I don't like. But I filled it out and it's on the tablet so it's paperless. Then you go into a room you watching 9-minute movie on what your floating session would be like. It tells you to do's and don'ts and how to get the most out of it. And it also tells you the first time won't be your best. It's your second and third time which is crazy cuz I used to tell girls that in college haha So They take you out. Take you into your room. You will shower and for men make sure you don't shave. That day because you will be getting in Epsom salt. If you have any scratches or scrapes just they'll give you some Vaseline and you can rub it on it and it's supposed to stop the little burn. However, I've been in many oceans and once you're in there for a minute it'll stop anyway. So they asked you to take a shower. Do not put in conditioner which I don't have their problem by the way. Just so you know, use their shampoo to get all the oils out your hair so it doesn't mess up the floating pod. Then you get in and it's an hour long. You can have lights if you want you can have it dark. If you want You can close the pod. You know you can float. You're basically floating on 10 in of water and salt and about 15 minutes in. You really realize Man. I'm floating your suspended your body's not touching anything. If you're claustrophobic don't go because it's like you're in a casket almost. I cracked mine because I like the fresh air to come in, but the water is about 93° and you won't freeze at all. Once you close the pod, You're in there for about 50 minutes and then the last 10 minutes the they'll pop music on for you which will alert you that you have 10 minutes left and if you're asleep it's supposed to wake you up. However, they give you these great ear plugs so you won't get any salt or water in your ear and I would greatly advise you to put them in because I've been told of people having solid their ear for weeks with these. You won't get anything in your ear, however, is also hard to hear the music which I opted not to have music, but they give it to you anyway, the final 10 minutes just to make sure you're awake and alert you that you have 10 minutes once you're inside floating you're floating. You're just floating. Your body won't touch the bottom unless you make it touch it and it's even difficult when you do that. It's only 10 in of water. Once you're done, you get out. You shower really good because there's a lot of Epsom salt in there. Then you can use their shampoo and conditioner to get it all out and get it off your body and it's a waterfall shower so it's going to douse you with a lot of water going in and out. Once you shower you're done, you dry off. Take your clothes, put them outside in the hamper walk to the front. You have the option of doing what's called an oxygen bar where you get oxygen directly into your nose and they have various scents. Kind of like a aromatherapy and you can pick one and you can sit there as long as need be. They like to say about 10 minutes. I stayed a little bit longer and just relax. They'll give you some water, some tea flavored water. There's books there and you just relax once you got out. You continue to relax. Once you get out the float session then you go over to the front and you pay the lady and then you walk out the front door. It was a good experience. I think everybody should try once and then decide if you want to go from there. She'll break down the prices. If you want to be a member which is about $ 69 dollars a month for one float session and if that's something you want go for it. But again in closing for me the only issue I really had was not being able to talk to a live person on my initial setup. Now if I've been there several times it's okay.

The experience was Hard to call. It took me a little bit to get settled in ... once I did and got past the fact that my hair indeed was getting wet (water seeped up and under my swim cap) I was able to stay still and relax. It was relaxing but I needed the light on in the beginning and the pod open. Closed dark pod freaked me all the way out. Upon exit I did feel a bit more limber....and slept pretty well. Hubb says he was already tired when he got in and didn't feel any different tho his time in the pod was a different experience than mine. He was comfortable sooner and was restless half way thru it.. So what happens when u get there Arrive 30 mins prior to appoint,ent. Short tour of facility. Watch a 5_6 min video Hit the rest room if you need to relieve yourself Orientation of what all to do in the pod how to work things There's a shower in the pod room. Quick shower before and after the pod the pre shower is to help get lint and debris from clothes First 5 mins there's music 45 mins silence. Final ten minutes there's music to "wake u up" good opportunity to stretch in the water. ThT part was nice. Feeling weightless and all I was doing the most Discouraged to do anything that calls for splashing. You are in 12,000 lbs of Epsom salts allegedly Post pod shower - good opportunity to wash off all the residual salt from ur body & get dressed Retreat to locker room for toiletries (sparse selection), toilet and mirrors if u need it. Last stop is to the oasis waiting area where on ur first visit you can try the 10 minute oxygen bar ... that def didn't make me feel any better tho depending on the flavor u choose it's a nice fresh inhalation experience Later that nite I found a crap ton of epsom salt in my hair annoyed I may hVe to wash it myself today afterJUST getting it done less than 24 hours ago... would I do it again ? maybe ... likely but it would have to be coordinated with hair wash schedule or I need to find a fool proof swim cap. It was nice to be perfectly still for 45ish minutes because rarely am I awake and still for that long. It was a form of induced meditation (which generally I struggle to do alone). It's possible I'd consider it in conjunction w monthly massage maybe 2 weeks in between. But I hardly need another thing to "need to schedule"

A better experience the second time around! The first time I tried True Rest was with a Groupon. They make every new person watch an orientation video with the other newbies. It's a bit awkward with everyone watching the video. I don't remember the first float that much because it was kind of uncomfortable. I thought "eh" not for me. Then I got a birthday email for a free float. A free float?!?! Why not? I called to make a reservation and was able to get an appointment the next day. I arrived expecting the same experience and did not have to watch the video, yay! The associate was super nice. I showed up a bit early expecting the orientation and since I didn't have to do it, they showed me a room right away. I tried the provided neck noodle and ended up taking it out half way through. It was WAY better without the neck support and just having total self floatation. I ended up falling asleep once the neck support was gone. The only sad part is once relaxed the session ended way to quickly. After the float there is a personal shower to rinse off, and amenities (deodorant, lotion, etc.) In the restroom. They have a waiting area with tea, water, and even an oxygen bar after your float. Again, the staff was awesome asking how your session went. I am giving it four stars as it is FREEZING when you get out of the warm water before you get in the shower. I hate the cold. It took a bit for the shower to warm up to a comfortable heat level. They would get five stars if it wasn't such an uncomfortable experience after a nice warm float. Maybe heat the rooms more or heated floor? All and all it was a way better time the second go around and would even consider doing it maybe every month or every other month. What a unique concept.

Not even sure how to describe the float experience other than you should try it. The sensory deprivation is an something everyone should be exposed to at least once to decide if you want to do it again. There's so much research that show the benefits of it and I am a fan. You can try the oxygen bar for free on ur first visit. Lots of scents to choose from. They usually have a package deal or first time floats at a discounted price. They have pretty good membership packages and one day a month veterans can float free. I got my wife one for Mother's Day and she would def do it again. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

First time visit and loved it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Am told the more visits you have the better it is. So looking forward to my next appointment. Was a gift I would not buy for myself but am so glad for my wonderful husband who knew a relaxing time just for me was just what I needed. read more

This is a must try if you are looking for any type of relaxing therapy. I've gone twice now and have greatly enjoyed both floats. The staff and facility have been great on each occasion in which I have been in the last month. You will feel completely refreshed after floating, especially if you can effectively shut your mind off and relax. I just signed up for a membership and look forward to many more floats to come. read more

Worse Experience Ever! This was our first time going to True Rest, we live an hour and half away. There are no signs leading you to the place, like the rest of Easton, so as a result, we were 7 mins late. THEY CANCELLED OUT APPT. Now with that said, our appt was at 8:30 pm, we arrived at 8:07 (yes your reading that correct). They said for your first appt you must arrive 30 mins early. The employees were very rude, and did not have a single ounce of customer service. We own a few business back here in our hometown, this would never happen in ours, and shouldn't happen in any business that values their customers. read more

Had such a great experience at this location the whole process was so relaxing from the moment we walked in the door! It was very thorough with the video you watch in the beginning so you truly understand what and why you're doing what you're doing. Ps it's also a funny video not at all one of those boring "ok ok enough already just let me float" kind of things. The float was amazing! Will definitely be back to this location! read more

This is a great place - very clean, the tanks are first-rate and the staff are very helpful. This was my first time "floating" in a sensory deprivation tank and I really enjoyed it. It took about 30 minutes for me to relax enough to enjoy the whole experience but after the full hour I felt great. I felt totally relaxed for the rest of the day and will definitely return. read more

I love this place. I was recommended by my massage therapist and I was so excited to try it out because I had never heard of anything like this before. I've been to the Easton location twice now and the experience was great both times. I enjoyed my second float even more because I got to choose my music and I kept it playing the entire time. I enjoyed that more than the 45 minutes of silence that I did the first time. It's cool that you get to choose whether or not the pod is open or closed, which lighting you want (or no lighting at all), and which music you want and how long it plays. It's just so nice to be able to get out of the house during the pandemic and relax by myself in a safe place. I was definitely more relaxed during my second float because I knew what to expect, and I'm sure I'll continue to get more and more relaxed with each float in the future. I left feeling relaxed and with my muscles feeling great both times. I highly recommend checking this place out! It's a unique and really cool experience! read more

This is my second float experience, my first at a True Rest chain. I'm not really going to write about my experience in much detail because there are tons of videos out there on floating. Pros: * Large open shower area with rainfall shower head * Float tank with light switch inside * New fresh and clean location * Friendly and polite staff Cons (listed in order of importance to me): * Prices are high, you have to purchase memberships to get lower pricing. I used a Living Social voucher, otherwise I probably wouldn't have gone if I had to pay their sticker price for a one hour float. It wasn't super high pressure to purchase a membership, but my advice is to find a non-franchise type float center that offers fair pricing WITHOUT memberships. * Float tank (float pod style) was smaller than the one I had my very first float experience in. I'm slightly under six feet tall and it didn't take much for me to bump either end of the pod. * I felt the air temperature got a little stuffy in the pod towards the end of my float * music at the beginning and end of floats is mandatory, not optional * mandatory for new clients to show up 30 minutes early to get a tour and watch a cheesy video. * there wasn't a mirror in the room to help me remove my contacts. I only realized this after I showered and was ready to get into the pod. I ended up using the front camera on my phone as a mirror so that I could take my contacts out easier. All of the staff were nice to me and though I declined membership I was still given parting gift of a small container of Epsom Salt when I left. read more

This is my third float experience, first time at True Rest Easton. It was your standard float experience, so if you've done it before, it's no different here. The rooms are big and clean, and I love the showers. Taking a shower before and after the float under the luxurious rain showerhead is half the experience. Something that I thought was cool at this location is you can choose to listen to your own music while you are in the pod. I personally went with the house music, but will remember that for next time. I was finishing up a pretty good podcast, so thought better than to put that on on while in the float pod as it would have defeated the sensory deprivation purpose of the float :) Nice location with lots of parking. Grab a Groupon if they are available. It's nearly half the price of a regular float session, and also cheaper than the new floater special! Don't forget to take a comb or brush with you so you can detangle your hair after your float and shower. Have a cup of tea and relax in the lounge post-float. read more

One of the worst experiences as a customer I've ever had. They were dishonest, provably so, and would not help me in any way to amend their bad service. Firstly, I had purchased a Groupon for True Rest back in February. I scheduled a float appointment and drove out (not a short distance from me, btw) to Easton for it. Upon arrival, I was then told I was ineligible to use the Groupon because in April, AFTER I already purchased the Groupon, True Rest decided to change their agreed-to terms such that I was ineligible to use it. When I pointed out to the employee behind the counter that the terms that they changed were changed after I already purchased the appointment, all she would say was that there was nothing that could be done about it. I said that that was not the right way to treat a customer. An apology and a re-iteration that there was nothing that could be done about it was the response. Now, at this point I did yell, but I didn't insult her in any way. I left the establishment and as I walked past I looked back through the window and she had a smile on her face and was laughing to herself. Made even angrier at this point, I went back in and asked her what was so hilarious. She said, "nothing," and apologized again. It took some wrangling with Groupon to get the money put back onto my credit card, as they only initially offered me credit, but when someone in their customer service looked into this more, they agreed to charge back what I spent onto my credit card. True Rest lied to its customers and they lied to Groupon too. Here's from the email I received from a Groupon Rep when they looked into this issue: "I'm very sorry for the trouble you've experienced trying to redeem this Groupon, and I can absolutely understand your frustration. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We were told the merchant would honor the original terms of the deal for customers who bought the deal before it changed. I'm sorry this wasn't the case. It will be addressed." I would have loved to love my experience as I was interested in getting a monthly membership to True Rest. I wanted to explore floating more, but also they offer a discount to their members for another business, a cryo-therapy business. That is something I also enjoy. Now? I wouldn't step foot in that establishment ever again. I almost never have bad experiences as a customer. Maybe I'm lucky. But also, when business mess-up, I'm totally fine with that as long as they make an effort to play fair and try to fix the problem. Oh, and be honest with its customers too. None of that was in evidence when dealing with True Rest. An awful, and now proven, dishonest business that doesn't work to make things right but instead expects their customers to just deal with it because after all, "there's nothing that could have been done" to fix the problem. Try not lying in the first place, that goes a long way in preventing those seemingly un-fixable problems. Run-don't walk-away from True Rest! read more

We had a float appointment that was from 8-9pm. We were taken to our room and dropped off, with no relative instructions. This was fine, as we know the drill. Shower, get in, relax, music will fade away, then music will come on when the float is over, lights with follow after. During our float there were constant interruptions of loud sounds. Whether it was people cleaning or moving equipment, loud commotions in the hallways. Seemingly every few minutes there was a new distraction interrupting our peace. In a place that is supposed to be about tranquility and mindfulness it felt very much like no one cared about such goals. During our float the water jets turned on, thus creating even more distractions and in comfortability. Well before this time my wife had just been sitting up hoping for the experience to be over, as it was impossible to relax under the conditions. We both had been thinking "the time has to be up" but neither wanted to interrupt the other's possible rest. We finally hear 3 loud bangs on our door, and call out to see who it was... no response. We immediately get out of the float... check our phones, it's 9:50!! Yes, almost 1 hour AFTER our appointment was set to end. In an essential bathtub, with no clocks, no phone, complete darkness, and no concept of time... why are we FINALLY getting summoned? We rush to shower and get out - both of us telling each other how awful the experience was. As my wife went to the restroom I went to the "quiet area" where usually you can get refreshments and come back to. I was "greeted" by a staff member who simply said, "I'll be in here if you need anything" and that was it. No inquiry on how the experience was, no friendly welcoming back to the outside world. Just a cold response from a seemingly bothered employee. I told said employee no music, lights, or anything came on to wake us and why that would happen? They simply said "it should have" When I asked about a refund; said employee said they can't do anything and I asked who I could speak with. They said their boss couldn't be contacted because "they're asleep because they have kids." As parents I don't understand this response, and almost an insult. This employee made us feel as if we were an issue. I offered to pay for the massage chairs since they were up to standards, but not the floats since essentially we were "held" in there almost an hour late with constant loud noises interrupting us. I've sent a FaceBook message to the company, as well as multiple emails to the supplied correspondence for "management" this will be two weeks from the experience and not one iota of response. I've called the location and asked for management and have been told they'll "write a note for management" We've spent money there many times, sent friends and family to this company, all to be disrespected and ignored. I will not be back to this establishment as it's no longer the considerate thoughtful business I once knew. It's a money grab with no possible way to have issues or poor experiences heard or rectified. The lack of response of management tells me they're happy with any experience a client has as long as they have you money, and don't have any desire to be accountable for their staff's mistakes. I'm writing this review after letting them know I'm writing it, so it won't be a surprise. If they're willing to respond to this, which I doubt, it will only prove that they care more about public optics than actual care for their customers. I hope this review reaches many as an authentic representation of my experience, and when it's read elicits even more scathing reactions than I'm capable of producing.

I never heard of this but went for the ride, no expectations. Making an appointment was easy. I followed the instructions and texted the number for appointment time to schedule. It was easy peasy and I had to fill out a consent form that was sent to my email. Since this was our first time, we had to get there 30 mns. early to watch a video and get a tour. Upon entering the place, we found comfortable chairs and a giant waterfall. The place was so welcoming, smelled so good, and had a serene atmosphere. We waited a few minutes and the manager came out to sign us in. She gave us flip flops to use while we were there and showed us first to the relaxing room we will come out to when we were done. We will get complimentary tea, cucumber lemon waters, and 15 mns. of oxygen bar. We were then led to a dark room to watch our instruction video. It was a short and informal video. The leather chaise were so comfortable. After the video, we were finally led to our pod suites and given more instructions and advices. Then it was go time. I locked my door, put the ear plugs in, took a shower and entered my pod naked. The pod was clean and warm. I put my floating head piece on and assumed my position with both hands over my head and feet slightly parted. I relaxed my shoulders and started the breathing technique to slow down my heart rate and closed my eyes. The soothing music and jets would end soon, I manually turned the lights off and tried to relax and think of happy thoughts. It was pitch black and so quiet I heard my heart beat and my breathing. My mind got very creative and I thought of positive things but the thought of not being able to breathe kept creeping in. I'm not sure if it was claustrophobia or normal but the thought of suffocating kept coming back. I would take deep breaths through my mouth a few times and try to change my thoughts. It did relax me 1000%. It was so relaxing once I didn't feel like I was in a coffin, I may have dozed off. The hour went by fast and the lights and sound came back on. I did not want to leave. The float experience is like no other. It's like you are floating in space. I felt so spaced out and relaxed as if I just got a full body massage. There are so many benefits of float tanks: lowers blood pressure, better sleep, gets rid of stress, promotes endorphin production, pain relief, mental clarity, creativity, etc... I signed up for the monthly membership and look forward to my next float. I recommend it to everyone!!! It's sooo good and good for you. Self care is important. I got out and showered again and went to relax in the oxygen room. I sipped on a delicious cranberry orange tea and tried the Bliss oxygen flavor. It was the most refreshing experience.

At my first session, Alicia gave me a tour of the space with different health treatments they offer. There are some excellent package deals if you visit often. Alicia was great. She had several customers in for different treatments and was easily working with all of us. The salt room is a lovely little room with reclining outdoor chairs. There are yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and a few other items for comfort. Music plays softly and there is a warm glow from the salt wall. At my first treatment I didn't really notice any salt in the room compared to other salt therapies I have gone to. Alicia said they use a finer grain of salt. Skeptical at first, I went with it, but an hour later I really did notice a difference in my breathing and feeling lighter in my chest. My other two sessions went great. This is a cool little wellness shop. I am glad to have found the Groupon. Mold exposure is no fun but Sweet Dreams treatments helped me heal faster!

It was literally like sitting in a room for no reason. afterward, she gave me a tour of the place and it just went downhill from there. She showed me the float tub that was filthy dirty had some cardboard board looking piece on top with a dirty bucket next to it.. Please do your research before you go to this place. I don't know who is writing her reviews, but she must have a very large spear of influence Dublin women, especially we don't settle for this kind of nonsense.

The moment I walked in the door the energy was serene and inviting! Chase was warm, welcoming, knowledgable and informative. His passion for floating and his desire to share it with the world was tangible. During this time of Covid-19 it is very difficult to be at ease when out in public yet I was instantly comfortable as the facility was immaculate and all standard precautions were being both observed by staff and required of the patrons. I was impressed by the balance between those precautions and the ever present serenity the space offers. The rooms were beautiful and obviously tended to. The pod was spacious, luxurious, easy to use and offered direct intercom to the front desk... from within the pod. I felt completely safe at all times. Post float was just as soothing. Both Chase and the owner spoke with me and were genuinely interested in my experience. The complimentary perks were a perfect way to ease back into reality while maintaining a relaxed state. The oxygen bar was invigorating, to say the least. There were many options to choose from (Ginger Bergamot for the win!) and disposable nasal cannulas were used to administer it. It was a perfect final touch! I HIGHLY recommend True Rest and couldn't be more pleased with the Easton location. I will definitely be booking another float! Thanks again, Chase. I must express my profound disappointment in the quality of my experience at this establishment. The level of dissatisfaction I encountered was so substantial that I am unable to convey the full extent of my dissatisfaction. The unprofessional and unpleasant nature of the float experience was entirely unacceptable. To compound matters, the attendant overseeing the front desk was notably unaccommodating, displaying a disturbing level of rudeness and hostility. This experience was so unbearable that we were compelled to depart expeditiously. Regrettably, I cannot envision a scenario in which I would return. If it were feasible, I would be remiss not to assign a rating of zero stars. So disappointing. My reviews typically consist of four to five star ratings, as I tend to focus on the positive aspects of my experiences. However, in this particular instance, I find myself unable to identify any redeeming qualities. The quality of customer service is a crucial factor in determining the overall experience at this establishment. Should they succeed in addressing this issue, it has the potential to become a highly recommended destination. However, until this matter is resolved, I cannot in good conscience endorse it as a desirable location. read more

Oh floating - how I have missed you. I used to have a membership and would come often but ended up canceling because life got in the way. Today I decided to treat myself to some me time and am so thankful I did. This place is awesome - just being here is relaxing!! The float rooms are so nice AND clean!! If I thought that this was not a sanitary experience I would not do this as I do not like germs!! Floating is so relaxing and the feeling of weightlessness is amazing - especially for someone with a chronic health condition. The greatest part is that the float leaves me feeling amazing after. If you have never floated - I would highly recommend it. As I sit writing this I am in the zen area enjoying some nice autumn which is a nice way to end my visit. Thank you True Rest! The True REST Float Spa was absolutely an incredible experience and a life changing 60 mins that I will continue to go back for more and more. With someone who suffers with PTSD and insomnia it is amazing the benefits I have felt since my first float. A guy helped me who was new and was absolutely incredible he explained so well the benefits of floating and the positive effects it has given himself. He clearly shows passion in ensuring that everyone experiences an amazing first float and answers any questions you may have. Also knowing that he has PTSD and insomnia really helped me to open my eyes to it and go in with an open mind. Bonus points to him as well for serving the county, go in and see him today!!! This has been a great place to go to get away and try something new that acfually works! Besides the science, they do a great job of keeping a relaxed atmosphere. The associates are super welcoming and are willing to go out of their way to make your visit as smooth and stress free as possible. Even with how busy they are it is absolutley amazing on how clean they keep the place. Everything from the entrance to the float rooms. The first time i went it blew my mind. True Rest at Easton is one of my favorite ways to spend some "me" time as an expectant mother with a toddler at home. Having an hour to relax in a quiet, clean space with the pressures of pregnancy lifted are truly incredible. Not to mention the lasting effects and the great nights sleep that always follows. True Rest is welcoming from the moment you enter with their friendly staff and clean facility. Nicole was my float consultant this visit and she was very friendly and informative. I've floated quite a few times, at the Easton and the Powell location, each new float is better than the last. It's super helpful with my moods and how I feel physically, but really what keeps me goin back is the staff. They are super friendly and can lift my spirits on a crap day. From the minute I walk in, I'm welcomed and set up to go, and when I'm done a quiet space and o2 bar is awesome. I have Crohn's disease, and a mood disorder. So I'm being legit, this is the place to go. I've already drug most of my friends to go float here. read more

True Rest is just that, it is some true rest! It is one hour of disconnecting from the world and relaxing in quiet. The atmosphere is exhilarating and the staff is first class! The snowy day outside and the warm float pod makes you feel warm, cozy and relaxed. I recently fractured my clavicle and thought that floating might help with the pain so I decided to come float. The best decision I made for my wound. Floating really helped the pain and helped my range of motion significantly. The service was excellent. The atmosphere very peaceful and serene. After you check in on the tablet, you are taken to your room and asked if you need an extra towel. On the first visit you get the tour. The restrooms are in the back, and there is a little room for aftercare that has 2 vanities including a Dyson hairdryer and a flat iron for your use. The rooms have a vitamin C shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is the cold plunge, and the sauna. You may use in any order you wish, but they do ask that you shower before the cold plunge. There are two towels and two bathmats. I usually do 2 cycles in my hour time frame. I tried to stay in the cold plunge for a minute or two, but it's so very cold that it is difficult. Now, I only do a plunge and then go back to the sauna, which is really lovely. There is music that plays in the sauna as well. You can watch tv; Zootopia 2 was in Disney. They offer fruit-infused water for your water bottle; this dispenser is behind the desk. For joining, I received a glass water bottle. They offer a cold compress each time. It is a nice luxury for yourself and there health benefits involved, so I enjoy going. My only complaint is it can be hard to book sessions on the app; I am guessing because it is a popular place.

This place is so beautiful! In the suite is the ice bath and tv and a bench across from the ice bath is the sauna and shower! The shower is vitamin C infused water which help with your skin and hair! And the sauna goes up to 175 degrees. I highly suggest setting the temp and leave it because we didn't know how hot we would like and kept turning it up every 10 mins! The shower was everything! It was a rain fall shower head which was nice but it was rly hard to get the shampoo and the shower gel out it was really hard to push for me! I typically like my water really hot but it was hot enough. I finally got into the ice bath and it smelled like feet rly strong feet I thought it may have been something they added into the water and the temp was set to 50 degrees! When I got out the water I had like small hard stuff all over my body and I took another shower! We found out that it shouldn't have smelled like that and he lovely ladies at the front desk apologize and comped our visit and gave us a guess pass! Make sure u bring extra clothes and shower shoes! Don't forget ur bathing suits. There was plastic ponytail holders in the room, spray deodorant and makeup remover wipes! Which is great if you forget urs at home and also a great added touch! They give you a tour and there is a blow dry bar in the back by the laundry room to blow dry your hair and fix your makeup so u can look presentable when you leave the same way you came in! Over all this was the best experience! I have lupus and my body hurt so bad and once our time was up I felt really comfortable, relaxed and calm! Loved the lavender cold rag to rub on my face and neck afterwards which is a great! My fience was screaming in the ice bath lol WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! I will be recommending to friends and family, very professional, clean and peaceful environment.
