I've never gone into one and come out empty handed and this location was no exception. The only thing I wish for all H&M's would be for them to be a little more organized, styles and fits seem to just be scattered all over the place and not clearly marked.

I'm super surprised I've never reviewed this Torrid, as I've been coming to shop here for many…read moreyears. I like the employees that work here. I've never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they set up fitting rooms for you while you shop but they also leave you alone if you just want to browse. The store is well organized and pretty clean. The newer styles will be near the front and then it moves back into the clearance and intimates. I love finding "finds" in the clearance section, sometimes you can get a super good deal. The only thing I think that can be worked on is the fitting rooms. They need an update because they look really run down and smell really weird. It's hard to try on clothes when you desperately don't want to touch the ground, walls or bench.

I've shopped at multiple Torrid locations since the brand was born. While I do like the fashion…read morediversity of the brand and the size inclusion, I cannot recommend this specific location. The mall is great, but the staff here are outright offensive and discriminatory towards customers. I had a great experience midweek picking up an online order and I took advantage of the additional discount for buying additional items while I was there. Today, the store manager decided it was prudent to eavesdrop on a private conversation I was having with my disabled daughter. This "store manager" made outrageous claims and threatened to inform her district manager about me. This same "store manager" refused to provide even her first name. The issue was that the so called manager was demanding the other associate to help customers while she stood behind the counter appearing to not be doing anything. While waiting in line another customer jumped the line and this "manager" helped them without any delay. When my daughter looked at me questioning what was happening we began talking. The associate ordered to help customers was struggling with basic tasks such as inputting a customer phone number for their rewards program. She was friendly, but slow and appeared to need additional training. Training, service, and the issues my daughter and I observed were discussed while waiting for the associate to retrieve my paid order. My primary concern is the disrespectful behavior and unprofessionalism of this supposed nameless manager. Not only did I call her out for discrimination when she claimed it was acceptable for her to interrupt our conversation, but also claim I was being loud. Perhaps a loud whisper is her definition of loud, but when my daughter has multiple disabilities including hearing loss, this "manage" is discriminating against the customers of the store. Then to threaten to tattle about my concern to her DM is just comical. I'd LOVE to speak to her DM! 0/5 stars. I would never recommend this location due to this middle aged blonde "manager" and her behavior. I will not shop this location ever again. I am debating canceling my store card and never spending one more dollar at any Torrid location as this attitude seems embedded into the culture there.

Parking is plentiful but directions using Google maps aren't the most accurate navigating this lot. Service is lacking. No greeting entering and no one asked if I needed assistance. Selection of clothing is pretty good but the prices are very high since they stock mainly big and tall merchandise which they charge a pretty penny for (or would that be nickel now that they stopped minting pennies?). I located what I needed after a lengthy search since some stock was not organized properly and checked out in a longer amount of time than it should have required. It was nice to find what I needed nearby but this wouldn't be a regular stop if I were a local.

The jacked-up prices are about what you'd pay online, but the store often runs two-for-one specials. Keep in mind that "half off" is based on the retail price, so it's not always a total steal. Know and Google your shoes before buying, because there are multiple times I was able to find the shoes he wanted online for a lot less than what they cost here (even with the in-store "deals"). The employees are friendly and genuinely helpful, sort of like shoe stores used to be back in the day. It's self service, but there are people that are eager to help you find your correct size or fetch you shoes in a different color. It's the best of both worlds: excellent service and help when you need it, but also a place that makes it easy to browse and try on shoes at your own pace. The store is always neat, organized, and easy to shop in, making the whole experience a pleasure. Definitely worth a visit if you're hunting for comfort kicks and a stress-free shopping experience.
