We found a mystery exterior leak on our property the weekend before Christmas and had to shut off water to the house. After another plumbing company scheduled an appointment for us and then later canceled it with no explanation, we called True Plumbing on Monday morning. Eric from True Plumbing showed up when he said he would, took a quick look at our problem, and explained the three possible causes of the leak, along with how much each would cost to fix if said problem was found. The area would have to be minimally excavated to locate the underground leak. He was very up front about what the diagnostic process would be and what the repairs would entail for each of the three possible scenarios, including what he would do to avoid damaging the driveway. Eric was transparent, very easy to communicate with, and obviously a knowledgable, experienced plumber. After that five-minute conversation, my husband and I both felt 100% comfortable hiring True Plumbing to come back with a team to excavate the problem the next day. True Plumbing got to work when they said they would, the day before Christmas Eve no less. Sure enough, the problem was scenario #1 on their list of three possible causes of the leak. A decade before we bought the house, the sprinkler system had been connected to the house's water pipes using an illegal part that had finally failed. True Plumbing said that since sprinkler technicians are not certified plumbers, problems like that are common. Be careful who you hire to tamper with your water pipes! True Plumbing fixed the leak and we had water restored to the house within a couple of hours! The cost ($800) matched the verbal estimate to the penny. Came on time. Did great service but the gentleman that came was a little vague and a little grumpy.

These guys totally ripped me off. They told my wife I had a leak under my slab and it would be about 5100 to fix but they discounted it to 4100. They charged 250 for a pressure check. I was able to contact the plumbing company that installed the plumbing system in my home and the leak just turned out to be running toilets which was an easy fix. They only charged 125 for the same pressure check. The company also mentioned that no pipes are in my foundation or under my home all the plumbing is ran through the ceiling and in the walls. So what was this company talking about. True plumbing are a bunch of overcharging con artist. I'll never use them again. Update!! I was contacted by true plumbing and we had a conversation about getting the issue taken care of. I appreciate him reaching out to me and the concern about their visit to my home. After telling me he MAY have to cut a hole in the OUTSIDE wall of the house I went to Lowe's to get some hardware for some other jobs. I come back and this guy had cut two 1ft x 6" holes in the outside wall of my house without ok'ing it with me and with no plan to fix them and No recommendation as to who could ... he was also expensive and failed to provide an itemized invoice I will definitely not be using them again. We had a waterline leak in our front yard and we'd had received three quotes but something in my bones told me to check with True plumbing before making our final decision. I'm glad that I did! They came out right away, did an assessment, gave me a price and told me that they can fit me in the very next day! Very professional. Had a few issues. One toilet stopped working after it was pulled out but a was able to repair myself (they were unaware of the issue). 3/18/2021 True Plumbing just completed a repair to our main sewer line. To do this, they had to dig out an area 5-6 feet down to access the area affected. They completed the repair, filled in the hole, and cleaned the entire area before leaving. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we couldn't be more pleased. Our shower started draining slowly and pooling water, so we called True Plumbing and they sent someone out fairly quickly (within two days - it wasn't an emergency). We were given status updates for when the plumber would arrive, which was appreciated. The plumber snaked the drain and $200 later, we were all good. The next day, I was doing laundry on the other side of the house and I noticed water pooling on the floor. We called True again and they sent someone out the following day. This guy snaked the other side of the house and was in and out pretty quickly, with no charge. I had a slab leak in my kitchen and they came out and were able to identify exactly where it was. With the location of the leak and fresh tile, I begged them to tunnel to the leak instead of going through the slab. They thought about it for a bit and ended up tunneling through my patio instead of indoors. They back filled well and I just had to redo concrete outside. Slab leaks suck :( read more

True plumbing was recommended to me by Gateway Church so I called them. The problems that needed fixed was the leak right around my water meter and my toilet water tank. I told them about these before they came to my house. The water leak by the meter cost me $2400. They had to replace the blue metal tube that is now "outlawed" according to them. They told me they would fix my toilet for free (water kept running) even when not in use. They had the wrong parts for the toilet so they took a photo of my toilet telling me they have to order the parts and let me know. This happened in late March. It's now mid May and I haven't heard from them. And I don't know if I ever will. Update: May 25, 2017 True plumbing came today and apologize for the delay in fixing my toilet. After leaving several messages on their voicemail they finally called me back. Was looking to get an inspection on our foundation after we had foundation repair. Was told they would do a free inspection. The company that did our foundation repair had their guys do an inspection but they really didn't do any thing. The plumber came out and didn't even know what he was there for. The secretary was suppose to email me so I could send the emails we got from the foundation company. She never did. Today I had someone from True Plumbing come to help me with slow running drains in the master bath as well as the guest bath. The service tech was BRENT. He was excellent. He said he needed to check both sinks first to see what the issues were, then we would talk price. After looking at both sinks, he knew right away what the problem was with each sink. As long as he didn't need to use any equipment, there would be no charge. That is exactly what happened! He was able to clear the drains with just his hands and didn't charge anything. My wife call me at work on Saturday to tell me that they couldn't shut off the shower water after my son took a shower. I was able to walk her through shutting off the main water line to the house and then started looking for a plumber for an emergency call. Searching Yelp I was able to find True Plumbing with a 4 1/2 star rating. They were close to my home and offered 24/7 service, so I made the phone call. To make a long story short they arrive within an hour and had diagnose the problem and spoke to me about it over the phone. I went ahead and authorize the repair and the issue was resolved within a half an hour. My wife said, after I got home and after Eric had left, that she felt very comfortable with him as did my son. she went on to say that he was very polite and respectful of our property.
