When I arrived another person stated oh, we have pictures of your car and see you were in on May 19th. Unfortunately no one wrote up the order for parts and we will need to do that today or the next day and would call as soon as it was written. I called again on Monday, June 2nd and was told they would call me that day or the next it still had not been written up or parts ordered. On Wednesday, June 4th I called the insurance company since Caliber still had not called and asked for a new repair center as Caliber is not responding.
