They took zero accountability for their mistake and I ended up footing the $200+ bill for a new battery. At first, they tried to have my insurance pay for it (original damage had nothing to do with the battery), then said it must have just been an old battery. They completely ignored the fact that their own employee left the lights on causing it to die in the first place. I was reluctant to write this because I was optimistic that they would take responsibility for their mistake and make it right. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Take your business elsewhere.

Meanwhile, I had to get a rental. All in all, cost me over $1600. He also changed things I didn't approve, just because he was in there already, he said he might as well. I scheduled an estimate for May 19th and then the repairs for May 29th, when the rental company called to confirm my rental they had been provided information stating my car was being repaired in the Lewis Center location. I called Caliber Dublin and was told they didn't show any estimate being completed and didn't have parts. They suggest I bring the car in that morning for an estimate. When I arrived another person stated oh, we have pictures of your car and see you were in on May 19th. Unfortunately no one wrote up the order for parts and we will need to do that today or the next day and would call as soon as it was written. I called again on Monday, June 2nd and was told they would call me that day or the next it still had not been written up or parts ordered. On Wednesday, June 4th I called the insurance company since Caliber still had not called and asked for a new repair center as Caliber is not responding. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else for better customer service.
