Barney's Body Shop provides excellent customer service from start to finish. I originally brought…read moremy truck in for a fender bender -- repairs to the right rear bed panel and tailgate -- and was very happy with the work. About a year later, a small rust spot appeared in the fender tire well. Even though I was working in Houston, TX at the time, Barney's went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved at a local body shop near me. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding -- they kept me informed every step of the way and made a potentially stressful situation completely hassle-free. I highly recommend Barney's Body Shop to anyone in need of quality auto body work backed by a team that truly stands behind their repairs. I will definitely be a returning customer

I have 2 teen drivers and somehow we keep ending up at body shops! That repair held up great. More recently, another fender bender and I was going through insurance and they recommended a different shop, but I didn't really agree or understand the other shop's guy, and I took it to Jim for a second opinion. Jim's estimate came in slightly lower but more importantly I felt like he was able to explain to me the different options clearly about either quitting the claim so it didn't get totaled or doing the salvage title or just getting the money and giving up the car. The car ended up getting totaled by insurance and we had Jim fix it to do a salvage retitle. Should have gone to Jim in the first place!

This is NOT the repair shop for you if you want: - Your car…read morefixed without them causing additional damage - Your repair to be fully completed in less than 8 months - Your phone calls to be answered or your voicemails returned The shop left my lights on for 4+ days after completing my repair which killed my car's battery. They took zero accountability for their mistake and I ended up footing the $200+ bill for a new battery. At first, they tried to have my insurance pay for it (original damage had nothing to do with the battery), then said it must have just been an old battery. They completely ignored the fact that their own employee left the lights on causing it to die in the first place. I was reluctant to write this because I was optimistic that they would take responsibility for their mistake and make it right. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Take your business elsewhere.

Extremely fast turnaround! I went through Progressive Insurance, and despite some back and forth…read morewhile they finalized the updated estimate, the shop had my car repaired and cleaned in under a week--well ahead of the two-week estimate I was originally given. They repaired or replaced my passenger fender, front bumper, headlight, and mirror, as well as repainted everything seamlessly. Communication was excellent, with updates every couple of days to keep me informed--a level of service I truly appreciated as someone who is Type A and values organization and transparency. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. 10/10!

I had heard nothing but great things about CSN Motorsports. I had two differential covers in which…read moreI wanted a custom paint job. The first two places would not do the work due to contours in the differential covers. They just felt it would be to complicated to get exactly what I wanted. I sat down with Charlie and let him try to measure up the work to see if it could be done. He got everything lined up and agreed to give it a shot. He nailed it. I got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Charlie!

Ok, so I had paint and body work done on my previous car by CSN Motor Sports twice, and to be…read moretotally honest, they did a beautiful job the first time. When my car needed another repair less than a year later I was eager take my business there again. Everything appeared fine right up until I picked up the car late on Thursday evening before a holiday weekend. Upon inspection of the car my boyfriend pointed out some yellow marks in the paint on the opposite side of the car that got worked on. The employee informed us that it was a little wax left on the (pearlescent white) car because they had gone ahead and polished the car for me and that it should rub right out. Great, I thought, a good paint job and free waxing too! We didn't think twice about it, especially since we were in a rush to get the car - it was being shipped to California the very next day. Well a few months later I decided to get rid of the car and had to have someone take over the lease. I found a potential buyer, but on inspection of the car he noticed the yellow marks in the car. Because I still thought the marks were wax, we took the car to a detail shop to take care of it, and the guys at the shop informed us that the marks were not wax but BURNS from where the buffer was too hot and put on the paint too long. I called CSN to discuss the problem with them, but they were clearly not interested in resolving the issue for me. First they told me that it wasn't their fault because they didn't work on that side of the car (although the admitted to polishing the entire thing), then tried to tell me it was something I spilled on it and didn't clean. Even after I sent pictures which clearly showed burn rings the size of a buffer they wouldn't reimburse me at all. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, but they still refused to take any responsibility. Worst of all, they treated me like a dumb female the whole time. I think it is unfortunate that they treat customers like this because the shop typically produces very good work - but if a business is unwillingness to fix its own mistakes or back up their work, every customer is just waiting for a big disappointment and hassle, and to be treated with disrespect. The next customer that walks in and does business here risks having to fix costly mistakes out of their own pocket - and paint and body work is not cheap!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone,
