Her clients were given poor advice and in the end it cost them a large sale on a very hard to sell property in a very poor county of Oregon.

My wife and I have bought and sold several homes in the course of our lives and we sure wish we had found her sooner! I didn't find that to be the case in this saie. The agent received an extremely low offer. I rejected the offer and didn't make a counter offer. The agent called back about a counter offer with stripping out many of the nicer amenities in the house. I gave a figure - not knowing that I was agreeing to everything the other agent put into the initial offer. In other words, I was agreeing to pay for the appraisal, "THEIR" title insurance, and other closing costs. When I questioned the Silverhawk Realtor about the costs - I was told that these were the "Standard Closing Costs" for Seller. Like an idiot, I agreed to the closing costs. It wasn't until the closing statement did I see how much I was paying. I had already stripped out the house for the buyers and removed the furniture used for staging. I considered trashing the whole deal.- but I went through with it. I guess my advise, if you use Silverhawk - be VERY cautious on what you agree to and how much it costs. You may get your price for the house, but it can be reduced by thousands of dollars through paying the Lion's share of closing costs.

My handicap brother is having to fight…read morefor his approximate $1000 deposit when there was no damage done to the house he recently move out of. My brother paid out of his own pocket for installation of underground water system to make it easier for him to water the lawn which he left and did not want to be reimbursed. He recently had a new toilet and duvet installed, and he hired regular lawn care and cleaning services. He had no pets and lived alone. There was no damage done to this home. This business is too hard to deal with and I do not recommend this business to ANYONE.
