They did not come as promised for estimate to my…read moreknowledge but then they contacted me a week later "I believe that we did not hear back" so I got an estimate and said ok, do it, regular lawn care. The day they were supposed to come out maybe a couple of hours before they sent me a message "after much consideration we have decided not to pursue business with you". I am all for a business' succeeding but kinda confused by the events that occurred. They seem lost. We had our last lawn service for 4 years with one company but after 3 attempts we can't find anyone dependable today. (ps I removed original post as they were confused with other lawn service. It is not easy to find reliable and knowledgeable people to take care of your lawn it seems. My apologies for the original post)

For a month I tried to get a sprinkler specialist out to look at my sprinklers which were watering…read moremy house, slider and back patio, but missed parts of the lawn altogether! I contacted Erik from Trinity Landscape Services, who made an appointment for a couple days later and was on time, He assessed the sprinklers first, found bushes blocking some of the sprinklers and found 4 broken sprinkler heads. He came back a few days later, on time again, cut back bushes, replaced broken sprinkler heads, adjusted direction of sprinklers and set the timer, He came early in the am 2 times to make sure my needs were met within 1 week. He had large landscape jobs all week, but never made me feel like my job was too small. In the future he's coming back to remove some overgrown bushes His prices are fair, he has great communication skills and thinks carefully about your landscape problem to make the best decision for your yard and your wallet! He gets 5 Stars from me! Give Trinity a try...you won't be disappointed.

He butchered the lilac bushes around the yard, mowed the lawn, didn't weed eat the property, and then sent a bill through her office to me for$3500! I drove down and met with him at my property and showed him why I was so mad. I even took pictures. He finally said he would settle for 2800, and I felt like I didn't have a choice so I paid him. I told Kellie about it but she wasn't concerned. I feel taken advantage of by both of them.
