Steve was the first technician to come out, and as a water softener specialist, he took the time to thoroughly explain how our system worked and carefully investigate the issue. Instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need, he honestly determined that the problem wasn't with the water softener and pointed us in the right direction. He quickly connected us with Mark and Makayla, who are experts in microbial septic systems, and they were absolutely incredible. Both were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything in detail, and walk us through our concerns without ever making us feel rushed. It's rare to find a company with this level of integrity, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. Steve, Mark, and Makayla were all amazing, and we truly can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for honest professionals who know their craft and put customers first, this is the company to call!

I got 3 quotes from Plumbing Plus, Bill Howe and Andy "The tankless plumber". The first two each told me something different, Bill Howe wanted to gouge me for almost $1,000 for a electrician they said I would need to install a new outlet for the unit (there is one 5 feet away that I plug my washer and dryer into). Plumbing Plus told me I would need a water softener system to make it run correctly, while Bill Howe said no it's not needed a better set up would be a whole house filter. It went on and on, Andy was my 3rd and final quote and boy I'm glad I called him! He told me I didin't need any of those things if I didn't want them, the heater itself comes with a filter that takes out all of the junk in our fine water here in San Diego. He broke it down, there are two different filter choices, he didn't do a hard sell or anything like that on any of it. You can tell he has been a plumber forever, knows his competition and his customer service and bids reflect that. He installed our water heater on Friday, it looks great, he cleaned up his mess along the way and when he was done. I would call him again in a heartbeat for our plumbing needs.

He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I am not sure anyone else would have found that. Needless to say, he ended up fixing that, saving me a disaster down the road and getting the shower done in two visits. He worked non-stop all day, is very clean and neat and takes so much pride in his work. I highly recommend him! I am very happy :)
