It's not that he can't answer the questions. He acts as if he doesn't think that he *should* be questioned. There's a depth of immaturity, unprofessionalism, and lack of integrity with this business that is unfortunate. He has no showed, left his tools behind and left myself and referred clients in the lurch. Buyer beware.

Quoted $3100 for compressor replacement and then said I should think about replacement of the entire system (around $10K). Well I had another 3 years warranty on this system. I called the dealer who handles warranties for my Lennox system. They checked it out and there was a leaking o-ring and replaced it.Done. Fixed it for hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. Tech from Peppy could not answer questions about basic pressure. I am sure this company is great at removing and replacing whole systems!

However, Shawn has retired, and we learned, because this is still a pretty small town, that after Shawn left, many of his best people went over to Access. Lacey, the young lady who sets the schedule is one of those great former Overall employees who transferred over to Access! We are sure glad she did! She is SO personable, professional, and willing to help in any way she can - she quickly set us up with Ron, another excellent Overall alum to install a toilet less than a week later! It turned out great, at a VERY reasonable price (almost HALF of what Lowes would have charged! HALF!!) and with the taller ADA toilet and grab bars now installed, my Dad will be able to safely come home to finish his rehab! Thank you SO much, Lacey and Ron!! We called these guys to come look at our AC last week after it died in the middle of the night…read more While I do appreciate that their tech came out, you could tell he simply did not actually care and just wanted to try and charge whatever he could. The "issue" he diagnosed wasn't even the actual issue. It was a bad wire, and clogged drain. Not a thermostat. Had we listened to him, we would have paid close to $1,000 and still not have had the answer. The tech was the one "freakin" on his so called diagnosis and pricing. Only call these guys if you want a tech that's doesn't actually care and treats you like a bad mechanic only there for the upsell. Editing to reply to the owner: I have no interest in training your technician how to not be a slime ball. You need to teach your techs how to be honest and more detailed, not just jump to the incorrect conclusion because it's a hot day. I know it was hot. I was the one suffering in my horribly hot house. The thermostat that he said needed replacing is working perfectly well. We had a neighbor with HVAC experience figure out the problem. Pretty bad when someone who left the business 10 years ago was better at the job than your paid tech. Even worse- me and ChatGPT figured out the clogged drain part. And I am not a handy person. If AI can do a better job than your technician- that's saying a whole hell of a lot.
