Their menu is way more expansive than you'd expect, with tons of espresso-based drinks, non-caffeinated options, and even CBD add-ons. (We were tempted, but they were out of the energizing kind and we didn't want to fall asleep in a tulip field, so we skipped it.) Pro tip: avoid the slushy bubble tea way too syrupy but definitely say yes to anything involving coffee. We noticed they also serve breakfast burritos and other quick bites, which smelled amazing, but sadly we didn't get a chance to try them. Next time for sure! Learning from my first experience, we started the line around 10:30 for 11am opening. We stood around chatting while we waited. The doors opened around 11:05 and the pleasant cashier took our orders. They made our drinks before we went to sit down. We paid easily on Venmo. We found a cozy spot inside out of the hot spring heat where we could see the chef working.
