HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!…read moreHORRIBLE!!! Apparently, they used to be a larger company but now are a husband and wife operation. Needed to replace my windshield and they came to the shop where I was getting my vehicle repaired. They replaced the windshield and left without having someone inspect their work. When I got in my car, I noticed the mirror was not properly attached to the windshield. So they were called back to repair it. When they got back, my question to the gentleman was, "how did you leave with this looking irregular?" His excuse was, "I didn't know that windshield was like that." They reattached the mirror and left. The next day while driving the mirror pops off the windshield. I tried to put it back and realized that there are two sockets for balls. Then when I looked at the mirror itself, one of the balls is missing. The mirror is also missing what looks like something that should go into a sensor of some sort. So I started driving again and all of a sudden the mirror begins to bang up against the windshield. So now there's a small indentation in the new windshield that was just replaced and I have to hold the mirror while I drive. They didn't wipe away the goo the with which they used and the auto shop had to clean up the trash and mess they left in the car. PRETTY FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!!

We were about 1/3 of the way when we saw balloons flying about the highway. We did not think too much of it until one hit our windshield . These balloons were the size of a hardball. What was going on was someone had put stones in them, just enough, and tossed them out of an open car window. One hit our windshield, and we got an immediate star that progressed to a 10" crack. The star could have been fixed, but not the crack. We now have a safety hazard that needs to be replaced. We called Safelite because of their reputation and made an appointment. The day came, and we took the suv in. They immediately pulled it into the service area with a prediction of 1 1/2 hours. It was done in 40 min. The waiting room was very clean and supplied with cold bottled water and a Keurig machine to make your own coffee or tea, a good assortment. Before we left, the technician explained there were 2 strips of tape about 10" long to keep the windshield in place, remove them after 2 days. Ok. We drove off after paying the deductible, then 2 days later removed the tape, we'll, it left the adhesive part on the roof from the sun baking it. We took it back, and they had the stuff to remove it. We were happy! You could not ask for better staff and friendly employees, each and everyone from start to finish.

It has been a MONTH AND NO WORD HAS BEEN UTTERED or EMAILED ABOUT RETURNING MY PAYMENT. I have called the company multiple times only to be met with AI. I have emailed and I have had to drive to the location with the broken windshield. My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.
