Facility is clean and staff is friendly. They have a good selection on tap beer as well as canned beer. I tried several options and landed in the Light the lamp Canadian Red Ale after a strong staff suggestion. It did not disappoint. Atmosphere is very calm. They have some table games available for some added fun. Will definitely visit again.

More bar than brewery. It's seemed like most of their beers if not all were brewed by other companies. It was crowded and loud. The beer was just ok. We tried a flight and did not drink it all as it was really not that great.

All the beers are great. Plus there is wine, champagne and specialty coffee too. Literally all of them are amazing. They have couches and TVs if you want to hang out or watch a game. Staff is super chill but also attentive. Great vibe for sure.

If you like IPAs, sours, lagers this is the place for you! If you like light beers only, the menu is pretty small. The Spanish lager was my fav. I'd say it's not light but also not heavy. Definitely refreshing! Be sure to check the hours they're open. Google said they were open later than I thought. After ordering a flight around 8pm on a Sunday, the staff member told me they were closing soon.

Ambiance: Super fun space themed brewery with really cool lights, decor, and art scattered around inside. They have merch available & ample seating, including a bar area and couches/tables. Games available to play near the couches. There is also an outdoor patio space and bar is very dog friendly! All of the beers we tried were amazing! I personally loved Jupiter Drops - an IPA with lactose (so unique!) and the other IPA we tried was also very good. You do have to pay for taste samples, which seemed a bit eh if you're visiting for the first time and just trying 1 or two beers before committing... Great smaller brewery spot in the EADO area. I would go back for sure and bring one of my dogs!

True Anomaly is easily one of my favorite breweries in Houston. If you love IPA's like I do, you will be in heaven because they have a lot to choose from!

On the day of the day of the marathon, my family and I were looking for a place to stay warm after the half marathon while we waited for my cousin to finish the full. It was an awkward time (just after 10:30am on a Sunday) so very little was open in the area! The kind employee let us come in early to warm up so we stayed for a few beers which were great! Loved their selection and appreciate that they also offer coffee! The atmosphere and service were also great! We will be back the next time we're in Houston!

If there is one negative thing here, it is the lack of parking. I was here at a non-popular time, so found a space in their dinky parking area. There are lots next to the brewery and across the street, so you can find paid parking nearby. Yeah, weird way to start a review, but I felt I would get the bad out of the way quickly, even if the bad is not their fault. True Anomaly was started by a couple of NASA engineers, so the brews are very scientific. As per my usual modus operandi, I sat at the bar and let the beertender choose my flight with beers named after space themes: Go Flight (NEIPA), Dark Matter (Belgian Dubbel), Heat Shields are for Sissies (Belgian Quad), and Densified Propellant (Imperial Stout). Yes, some heavy weight brews. I ranked the beers in the 3.75 to 4.0 range on untappd, so above average by a few notches. The place is very clean and fits the theme nicely. Most of the seating is higher end picnic tables, with additional metal chairs and small tables (pic). Some of the brewery systems sit behind the bar and they have the tap lists to the right. Decent seating at the bar and a fridge with togo beer to the right of the bar. There is a room for private parties, as well. If you go to the restroom, you will see art for various of their cans (pic). And there are various bits of memorabilia, like a print of the mission plan for the space shuttle. Great experience all around. I will return next time I am in Houston.

Great service team. D makes the beer, he's amazing! Steph paints faces-she's amazing!! Great patio with plenty of parking. 80s/90s tunes! Come grab a "beermosa"

True Anomaly was the last brewery I went to and I was probably a little burnt out. We also just managed to walk in a little before last call/closing time. Sundays are a still a little sleepy. The staff didn't seem to mind, actually they were dispassionate. We got up to the bar took a look and no hi or howdy. I knew what I was going to get but my buddy was on the fence and at no point was there any attempt in his decision making process. I ended up getting one of their sours which was ok. I think I would have tried some more but it seemed like it would burden staff for another so we just settled up and left.

Clever "hatchway" to restrooms!

No food but you can easily order nearby and bring the food in. The atmosphere is great especially if you are tied to space business. Can get a little warm midday but still like the vibe.

Their beer is great here, but the service has gone way downhill over the past month or so.

We stopped in and I asked if they did flights and I simply got a rude "nope" and the guy just looked away. So I ordered a Happy Accidents pale ale that was decent. I asked if they had stickers and I got the same "Nope". I asked if they ever had them or if they were just out, "out" was the reply. Not exactly a chatty guy. So, this most recent visit, I came with a couple buddies. We stopped in before the World Baseball Classic. Still no flights and still no stickers. (The stickers are important for my garage man cave wall!). However, the beertender was a much friendlier lady this time and I got an orange fudge stout that wasn't very good. The place itself is pretty cool for the most part. Really big outdoor area with a bunch of shipping containers turned patio covers. There are a bunch of pinball machines, and the decor is fun. They are also heavy on the cannabis side of things. Areas for improvement: Get some stickers offer flights so people can try your beers parking sucks

The brewery is located in the East End/Second Ward and it's owned by the same folks as Brash Brewing. The building was built in the early 1900s. The taproom is moderate in size and there were quite a few tables. I had a pint of the Oktoberfest which I really enjoyed! I also ordered a flight with the following: 3 Seashells, Brash EZ 7, Spin Jammer, and the Exotica Scorpion. I didn't care for the Exotica (it was too sour for my preference), but I did like the other three that I tried. We didn't see any food during our visit, but they do have rotating vendors that sell food on site. You can also bring in food or have food delivered to the brewery. They don't have any TVs, so this wouldn't be a place to watch a game. They do allow free parking at the brewery if you want to take the train to the stadium which is pretty cool. They have weekday specials and they host events like Music Bingo and Yoga on the 4th Sunday of the month. Check their website and social media for events and specials.

The ambiance was great for the holiday they had themed drinks and specials going on, which added a fun touch and made it feel festive without being chaotic. Definitely a solid spot if you're looking for somewhere social but still comfortable. The drinks were good, and overall the vibe was on point. It felt like a place you could hang out for a while, whether you're there to celebrate something or just have a few drinks with friends. One thing to note is they don't serve food, I did hear they rotate food trucks at times, but none were there when we went which was a bit of a downside, but they did allow us to bring in outside food, which honestly made up for it and gave us more options. Parking wasn't too bad when we went, and since it wasn't super packed, everything felt smooth and easy. Overall, great vibes, good drinks, and a fun place. Definitely a spot I'd come back to for a casual hangout or social night out.

Euereka Heights opened almost 10 years ago, and they've been a great neighborhood tap room ever since. If you've never had their beer, they have some fantastic options ranging from IPA's to light pilsners and everything in between. If you're not a beer person though, no worries, they thankfully have sparkling wine, and seltzer style cocktails to choose from as well. The interior is massive with two large warehouse rooms filled with picnic tables, tv's, and about 40 pinball machines. It's a great place to meet up with friends for a few pints, or to host a get together celebration. They don't have a kitchen offering food, BUT they do have a partnership with a food truck, so you're set on snacks after a brief walk outside. Speaking of outside, they have a large private parking lot for customers only so don't freak out about parallel parking on the street.
