Angel arrived…read moreon time for the estimate appointment and was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about what the company could offer. He provided the estimate in a timely manner and worked with us to tailor it as we decided what exactly we wanted to do. I believe that the price provided was fair and a good value considering the scope of work. The job ended up including the replacement of a garage side door, major repair of stucco around a new electrical panel (including inside the garage) plus stucco repairs around the entire exterior, repainting of all stucco repairs, and repair and repainting of all wood trim including the new door and the front door. Fred was the project manager/foreman assigned to our project and he was also a consummate professional. He was there daily and took care of supervising the multiple subcontractors who were onsite working as well as doing a lot of work himself. He was very good at keeping me in the loop and went over and above to deliver an excellent job. All the subcontractors were pleasant and were great about cleaning up at the end of each day. There was a lot of work to be done but they started on a Tuesday and were done by the next Tuesday. If we have any other home projects or have friends who have home improvement projects, I will not hesitate to contact or recommend Long Bros Construction.

Great value for what I was asking for despite my need to change the project multiple times. Affordable Design and Remodel went above and beyond my expectations. Ultimately I chose ADR because of my project manager Darrell who was easy to work with, attentive to my needs, paid attention to details, and provided helpful tips and suggestions throughout the experience. For example, he had suggested MSI and Reece Bath & Kitchen to help select materials, and I was able to buy products from Reece Bath & Kitchen that were priced lower than if I bought them from big box stores. I had a very specific vision with choosing the materials, updating the layout, and paying attention to the details -- and Darrell made sure everything turned out right. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job with taking care of the details in the renovation project. I was most impressed when they laid down thick cardboard on the floor to prevent any scratching during the construction. They really take care of their clients. It's also re-assuring to know that they have a 15 year warranty. After the initial install of my kitchen sink faucet, I noticed a drip leak the next day, and the crew immediately came back to address the problem. We've had no leak since then, and everything is working great.

An amazing Job was done and I couldn't have been happier. But now I'm gonna praise them again. A few months after my project was completed a problem arose. Assured me of a quick fix and resolution to my problem. The owner took the time to meet with me and my family to assure me that everything was going to be taken care of immediately. This kind of commitment, compassion and care for their clients is hard to come by. I will continue to use them for all my projects in the future and I urge you to as well.

We then asked them to build our tenant a laundry room, it also turned out beautiful. Then we asked them to rebuild a veranda that was deteriorating. Again, a superior result! That rolled into rebuilding a second veranda along with the railing. Wow, what a difference! So pretty and also strong (where the old one wasn't even safe)! I can't say enough about Yaz and his company! As with most things in life delays happen but it's how the contractor deals with them that matters. Yaz makes sure the customer is happy. He jumps through hoops to ensure it! That makes all the difference in this company and others that, unfortunately, I have worked with which makes me appreciate Yaz and his crew!! We can't wait for them to do our kitchen!!

Alex, Petra and the team at Golden Shore Design and Build did an excellent job on our kitchen and…read moremaster bed/bath remodel. We had a very ambitious project plan, including a full gutting and remodel of the kitchen and dining room space and a full gutting and remodel of the front half of our upstairs. The kitchen came first, and took around 3 months due to some unexpected issues that arose from the original construction of our 50 year old home, and a stone cutting subcontractor that botched his end of the job and then ghosted the company. Golden Shore Design and Build immediately promised to handle a full correction of the issues that subcontractor caused at their expense, and then proceeded to follow through on the promise. Once the kitchen was nearly finished, it was time for the upstairs. We gutted the non-structural walls in the front half of the house upstairs, and proceeded to put together a beautiful master bathroom / bedroom suite. That job took around 3 months as well, and ended up finishing a bit ahead of the original timeframe. I won't say there were not small issues that came up throughout the process, but that is really to be expected. We are doing major construction on a 50 year old home, and living in the home the entire time. When there were imperfections that needed fixing, Alex and Petra took care of them. When there were unexpected problems that arose due to the age of the home, they gave us honest and reasonable change order quotes, and options to not break the bank. The work that Alex, Petra and their entire team of people did really brought our dream design to life, and we are thrilled with the end results! We are even planning on having them back to do a guest bathroom that we originally left out of the scope.
