Everything was re-freshed, namely the kitchen. We refinished our existing cabinets, installed a new backsplash, and new countertops. We wanted countertops that would modernize our kitchen. We found a "not so common" Brazilian Granite at a higher end slab yard. Victor at Granite Gallery was able to get us the same slab at a more competitive price. We also wanted to reuse our existing island and refinish it with a sleek, contemporary waterfall edge. Granite Gallery was able to full executive our vision into reality. From the sales staff (Victor) to the field measurer and the installation team. Granite Gallery did an outstanding job at about half the price that other companies would have charged. My wife and I highly recommended them.

The installer forgot his vacuum and i had to lend him our broom, i also offered him my shop vac but he said he just needed a broom. towards the end of the job i just grabbed my shop vac and told them to use it, but by then there was ALOT of dust. This was in our master bathroom/bedroom so we spent the rest of the day cleaning and did finish until the next day. And to top it all off they ended up taking the broom we lent them, lol.

I had a few contractors provide quotes, his was not the cheapest but I chose DWJ because they showed up professionally, on time and super responsive. If you've dealt with contractors before, you know how important this is for a peace of mind. I hired them to refinish old oak floors of an home I purchased, the results are exceptional. They sanded everything down beautifully and applied 4 coats of Bona Traffic HD in a matte finish. The matte look is exactly what I wanted, and the durability of the Traffic HD is top-tier. What impressed me was the owners attention to detail, he personally came to check the work between each stage. Once the old coating came off, he discovered some minor termite damage on a few planks. He replaced those three planks for no additional cost, and the repair blends in so perfectly it looks brand new. His pricing wasn't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive, I thought it was incredibly fair value for how easy he made the process.

After I hired them to do a simple remodeling project for my house (March 2015) they asked me to pay for the entire job upfront! ($2,400 to install two marble vanity counters). I trusted their sales rep Manny Aguilar and reluctantly gave him the check in which 2BC immediately cashed. After weeks went by without starting my project I was fed lie after lie to delay the installation of my counters. Little did I know the work wasn't being done because their installers weren't being paid and refused to do anymore work for 2BC. I was contacted directly by their installers who informed me that 2BC company had also stiffed other workers who completed work for them! In an attempt to resolve the issue I contacted Eric (owner) and again I was given the "run-around" and promised that my job would be completed, but nothing ever happened. His favorite line was "I'm in Mexico and will get back to the issue soon". After leaving countless texts and vm's with Manny and Eric I realized they had no intention of refunding my money or completing my job! To this day (3 months later) they refuse to reimburse me for the money they stole! I'm writing this with the hope someone will read it and think twice about doing business with these guys. They run a pyramid scam by collecting up front and never delivering! They operate with zero insurance bond, and cannot be trusted!

This company has helped us with two big projects. In between I tried two other companies, and DIY with Pro Help really sets the bar. They recently wrapped up 2 trex decks and 2 new patios doors. Right from the beginning, they helped us with the planning. They were fully respectful of our wishes, budget, and had some great suggestions too. Progress and completion of the project was accurately timed, and the only timing issues at all had to do with a delay in materials arrival from the lumberyard. Otherwise, as issues popped up (issues and unknown challenges always pop up), they were communicated and professionally handled. They take pride in doing fine work, and along the way they are pleasant to be around, absolutely trustworthy, and overall solid professionals. I am already planning subsequent projects.
