I am in the industry (Though not a licensed repair technician) and my initial troubleshooting was right on track (per Brad) but he found the actual issue pretty quickly, all while explaining some of the nuances here in NC to me and things that are different than back home (tips to keep things running smooth and lower house humidity.) - the issue turned out to be a pretty simple one, and the price for the service call was VERY reasonable. Last year there was an issue with a part that should have been under warranty which cost me $2500 in labor costs. To avoid this I was sold an extended warranty, this year the AC unit stopped working again. The excuse I was given was that the panel is in the sun. The panel has been in the sun since the house was built. Terrible customer service and it seems like they aren't sure what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend. They even went so far as to charge me service fees without my authorization for something they didn't even fix. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
