Though the foam was the right thing to do there were many frustrations that led to our poor rating: - a code violation leaving foam against all furnace and water heater vent pipes; - tears in the flex ductwork that were not properly repaired; -blocking roof vents contrary to my request to maintain a simple access for intake air to each gas furnace. It took until early October for them to either repair or reimburse me for repairs we had to have done. We gained the benefits of a cooler attic and lower electrical bills, but at the expense of four months of delays and unanswered calls to properly complete a job like this. Customer service was minimal and they didn't seem to care whether everything was done correctly.

They are VERY communicative. Easily the fastest company to give a quote, and they were also were in touch via Yelp, email, text and phone. I appreciated their quick communication! The work also was well done. The new garage opens and closes faster and more quietly than the old one. That said, they did not in any way clean up the garage after they finished the work. And it's not like it was just packaging left behind, but I found screws, nuts, and wire on the ground. It honestly took us a couple days to clear out all the debris. They even forgot one of their tools (it was almost like they'd gotten scared out of my garage... is my garage haunted?) which I returned to them. But ultimately, they were easy to work with, very price competitive and delivered quick service and a high quality door (and did a great job getting rid of the old busted door).
