If you are looking for beautiful, high quality affordable countertops that the seller stands behind 100%,,, DO NOT BUY FROM TROY GRANITE!!!! Spent thousands of dollars on brand new countertops from Troy Granite and within a week of being installed one section began to discolor. I immediately contacted them and essentially was accused of not being careful and causing the problem myself!!! They sent out a man to (as they put it) "TRY to repair them but there is no guarantee." The man they sent to my house made me extremely uncomfortable. He continually made comments and asked questions about my my doorbell camera and straight out accused me of putting my bottle of cooking oil ON the counter (my oil is with my spices inside of a bottom cabinet). He picked up an unopened bottle of white WINE that had been given to me as a gift, and put it in the area of the discoloration. Then proceeded to show me how that bottle (which was unopened AND WINE NOT OIL) was the reason for the discoloration. WHAT??? Needless to say nothing he did fixed the discoloration on the countertop at all. I thought maybe I would just live with it, because that was a better choice than allowing that man back into my house, but then decided NO, I spent a lot of money on countertops that look absolutely horrible why should I have to just accept it. I went back into their store again and explained the situation again. When I mentioned the behavior of the man they sent to me, the woman I was speaking to did an eye roll and (showing she understood) and said she knew who it was and she was sorry, so I assume that wasn't the first time he's acted like that at a customer's house. They set up another appointment to (their words) try to fix it but can't guarantee it. A different man came to my home this time but he STILL could not get them corrected. I have contacted them numerous times about this issue only to be constantly accused of being careless and staining them myself by what I do on them. I am a single woman who doesn't cook at home often at all. And when I do cook, I don't do anything on the area of the countertop that is discolored, it is back by the splash guard and in a very awkward corner bend with cabinets above it. I tried to attach pictures of how my countertops continue to look because Troy will not do anything to actually fix them, but can't figure out how. In my completely unprofessional opinion I think there is a defect in that particular piece of stone because there is absolutely no reason it should be discolored, especially so shortly after they were installed. read more

Recently along with my family we have decided to build our dream house. Nothing to big we do have around 108 square foot including the bathrooms. After spending ton of my on cabinet and remodeling only counter top was left and we were left with a lot less money then we thought we would have. So basically we were working on a budget now. My wife had heard of several Granite companies and we had decided to check them out. But none of them really reached out to me. Either the prices were high the customer service was bad or I just didn't feel comfortable with the sales person. I just didn't feel welcomed or well informed of what or how anything was going down. I was speaking to one of my employees and he had recommended me troy granite. I heard of troy granite everywhere, billboards, advertisements , newspaper and commercials. But for some it hadn't come up to my mind, I felt very disappointed in myself. Not for being not able to remember but also wasting so much of my time at the other places. as soon as I have walked into the their office I felt welcome with the young lady who stood up and came and asked if I needed anything. Not to mention the showroom it self was outstanding. well designed and professionally done. The lady who first greeted us took us to the gallery and talked about everything. She helped us choose the best color that went with our cabinets, floor and appliances. she made us feel comforted by explaining about the natural being of the stone. she explained how the granite was formed and how it all worked out. She informed us in great details about their services. when we talked about the prices I was impressed with the great deal I was getting. Not only was I not spending over my budget but I was getting a bigger bang for my buck. she explained to us about their template service and installation crew. I felt really comfortable about the whole thing. I walked out with a smile on my face and regrets for spending too much time at the other companies. Thank you Troy Granite. read more

I recently purchased granite countertops for my kitchen and my son had recommended Troy granite. I had never heard of them. He lives in Delaware and I live in Pennsylvania. I had spent many hour researching options for new countertops.I went to a place in Penna that has brilliant marketing but their sales and staff were horrible. I even emailed them with suggestion and a gentle complaint before I purchased from them and they didn't care. So, I called Troy Granite. It was a positive experience from my very first phone call with Diane to the installation of my countertops. She explained ALL of my options and what was involved with the purchase to installation. Jim, my sales person was great! He explained everything. Not only did Troy match the price of their competitor; their price (Troy) was $1,000 cheaper for over 55 sq ft with a 5 inch backsplash, 60/40 sink, 20 year sealer and new faucet and My island overhang was 10 inches and they extended it to 12inches ( without needing braces) at NO addition charge. Kevin came to measure with the laser and he was so kind. I asked him 50 question because I was so afraid it would not be the right size . He took the time to answer every one of them. Pablo and Julin did a great job installing the granite, they made a few suggestions which I loved and even made the experience fun!! I did have a little chip in the granite and I couldn't image how they were going to repair it. Troy told me NOT TO WORRY. They sent out Ibraham to fix it. What perfectionist and expert!!! Thank you to the team at Troy Granite Diane, Jim, Kevin, Julin, Pablo, and Ibraham. I live near Allentown, Pa and Troy granite came to my home to install my granite from Newark, Delaware they brought everything to me and I NEVER even went to their showroom. I highly recommend them and will use them for my bathrooms. Thank you Troy Granite !!! Anna read more

l was in the market for a new countertop and after visiting two other local distributors decided to go with Troy Granite. I actually paid another local competitor initially but their installation date was too far out so I decided to consider alternative options just in case. This was by far the best decision I've made in a while because I found out there were far better options. Upon realizing this I subsequently canceled my order with the other distributor and signed up with Troy Granite to do the job. I formulated my decision to go with Troy Granite based on the following five factors: 1.) Active inventory selection was far superior to their competitors; 2.) Product pricing was significantly less; 3.) The service charge for installation was less; 4.) The install date was less than a week; 5.) Troy Granite has been accredited with the BBB since 2/21/2007 with an A+ Rating. My decision to pull the trigger with Troy Granite was simply a no brainer but needed to see if they could deliver the goods. I am pleased to report that the sales force and installers were exceptional and very much engaged with my project. They thoroughly answered questions to my satisfaction but more importantly thought of things that I didn't even consider. Special thanks and praise to my sales representative Valerie and installer Braulio!! Bravo!!! I would highly recommend everyone to shop around but consider Troy Granite for their next project. I will certainly be back for additional business. read more

Worked with Troy Granite for the purchase of Kitchen Cabinets, Granite for Kitchen Counter top and Kitchen Backsplash for complete Kitchen renovation. Extremely pleasant experience working with their design associates and sales person. The designers were very helpful in understanding our concepts and helped pick the right things that just was outstanding. Aysel Karakas's help was awesome, she helped picked the backsplash that was just unbelievable, and so was Jamie. It bring together the cabinets and the countertops. Faruk did the template for the counter top, and it was amazingly very clean fit the very first time. All the edges and corners were tightly fit without leaving any unnecessary space anywhere. This review won't be complete without mentioning the Sales person John Diktas. The moment we entered the store Mr. Diktas came forward to help us with his pleasant personality and helpful attitude. Very patiently listen to our needs then guide us and pointed out the right stuff even though we changed our minds a few times during the process. Mr. Diktas was extremely helpful throughout the process, very patient, starting from the moment we stepped into the store to the installation of the products. He was extremely cooperative, took time to explain everything in details and stayed with the job until the end. He visited the home to make sure everything is done right. I give the staff of Troy Granite and the store 5 stars. read more

Troy granite is wonderful. They (Bruce) was very helpful to me in choosing the granite that would work with my outside stone fireplace. The final outcome was amazing! Even my mason was really pleased with how it turned out complementing the stone! Bruce was very efficient and pleasant to work with. He helped me figure out how much was needed and how it should be done. Also I thought the back side against the stone would just be a straight line but the laser was used to follow the contours of the stone so it fit in place very nicely. The quality of the granite was way beyond Tile market for the same price. I do shop around and this isn't my first experience with granite. Troy schedules everything in a timely fashion. The measurement fellow was very prompt and courteous. The installation guys were also very thorough. We had to reschedule due to weather and this was also done in a timely way. Overall I was very happy with Troy, I would recommend them to any one with a granite project and I will return if I ever need granite in the future. read more

Troy Granite did an outstanding job on our recent countertop installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to walk us through different granite options, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the perfect slab for our kitchen. The installation process was smooth and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked carefully, and paid close attention to every detail. You can really tell they take pride in their craftsmanship--the seams are nearly invisible, and the finish is absolutely beautiful. What impressed me most was their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The final result completely transformed our kitchen and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Troy Granite to anyone looking for high-quality materials, expert installation, and a team that truly cares about their work. read more

I visited Troy after becoming unhappy with the granite contractor I was using for my kitchen renovation. I dealt with Valerie who was totally helpful. She showed me the slabs, told me about the free sink and different styles of edge finish. I picked out what I liked and told her I would send an email with the measurements and that I needed the quote the next day as the contractor I was working with was scheduled to make the template in 3 days. Thus I would have to make a quick decision. I had the quote the next day! Unfortunately my contractor straightened out the problem we were having and gave me a substantial discount for the misunderstanding and trouble. I called Valerie and explained and she was very gracious about it. Next time I need granite I will go straight to Troy as they do it all and have a showroom with many choices. A.C. read more

Love this place. We have made multiple trips to their facility to make a decision on what we wanted for our Kitchen counter tops over an extended period of time. They were extremely patient with us through the months of our decision making, and multiple quotes on different counter tops, and didn't push a sale at all. We loved their warehouse and the fact we were able to walk through it ourselves to discuss the pros and cons of each one and how they would match the rest of our plans for our kitchen we were remodeling, without feeling rushed. We also have 2 small children we had to bring with us during each trip, and the playroom they have onsite is perfect to keep the kids entertained while we looked around and discussed with the salesman. We finally decided on the counter top and are set to have it installed next Friday! read more

My husband and I were looking to update our kitchen counter tops and we both wanted Granite. I google granite counter tops and we found Troy Granite. So, we put it in our GPS and drove 45 minutes to a place we had no idea about or heard nothing about. Well let me tell you that from the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted by Fatih Sener who helped us pick out our granite and answered all of our questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and everything about my experience exceeded my expectations. We were very pleased with the install and we went back the following weekend to purchase a back splash and worked with Fatih again and we also had the pleasure of meeting Jim Cebeci who was very courteous and professional as well. I definitely recommend Troy Granite if you are looking to upgrade you kitchen. read more

After receiving multiple recommendations for Troy Granite we decided to check them out. Jaime Binns was our sales person who took the time to help us and didn't balk when we decided to start the selection process over a second time. She explained everything in detail giving us multiple plans for various choices. We found the perfect granite and received a great price. Jessica stepped in to place our order since Jaime was off the day we chose. They both were personable and professional. Finally Jose and Pablo were our installers and did a fantastic job. They were a pleasure to have in our home, made sure everything was to our liking, and left everything immaculate. We felt they were a great team. Thank you Troy Granite for providing us with a beautiful countertop and a pleasant experience. read more

We contacted Troy Granite about replacing our 29 year old laminate countertops in the kitchen. Our showroom salesperson, Fatih showed us many samples and answered questions we had about installation and types of sinks offered. A few days later, measurements were taken with installation starting on an agreed on date shortly after. Our installers, Hose' and Cori were very professional, polite, and courteous as they used teamwork to remove and install our new counters. The countertop style is New Caledonia and looks beautiful. Hose' did the final finish work and made the one small seam practically impossible to see. Every step of the way, Troy Granite has provided a great granite countertop and excellent service. I would recommend them for your next countertop. Thank you read more

We love the granite counter tops and walls that Troy installed they looks fantastic. The counter tops were installed in a timely manor, but the walls took 5 days we were not happy about that. They came on a Tuesday and did about 3/4 of the wall space and ran out of tiles. I called the sales rep. Tuesday night when I got home from work and left a message as to when they would be back, he did not return my call to let us know what was going on. I called back again on Friday to find out what was going on and was told they had to reorder more tiles and finally, they came back on Saturday and completed the walls. Their office needs to work on their communication and follow up skills as it seems we fell through the cracks. But the kitchen looks great and we love it. read more

After 10 years in my home I was FINALLY able to remodel my kitchen from the 1990s. My granite countertops is one of the biggest impact to the new plan. I went to all the granite shops in the area, and Troy Granite was the most impressive. They left me alone when I needed it, and worked with me when it was time to talk. After the sale, they came out for the template AND delivered the granite EXACTLY when they said they would. The installers were very professional, were very careful about my new floors, and very pleasant. One issue came up with installation and they fixed it immediately above and beyond my expectations. I am THRILLED with the outcome, and have already recommended Troy Granite to several people. I will be coming back for sure. read more

The best place to buy your countertop in DE, MD area. The sales executive Savi was polite, toured us the facility and explained various options under our budget. Explained the entire process as we were doing this first time. They had lot of varieties and options to choose from. They offered the best price for the Granite countertop vs box-stores and a stone competitor in the area. We signed the contract when we were closer to getting our kitchen done. A few days later, the measurement professional came with laser tool, measured in 30 minutes. A week later installers came installed everything professionally in 2 h. We are very satisfied with the excellent customer service and outstanding professionalism displayed every step of the process. read more

I visited Troy Granite a couple of weeks ago. The representative, Matthew Muscat, walked through the hundreds of granite slabs with me and gave me some recommendations. I left with 5 granite samples to view in my kitchen. A technician came to my house to measure the existing countertop, and asked if I would like to have an overhang as a bar area. This added additional seating that I had not considered and transformed my breakfast area. The following week the installation technicians arrived on time, completed the installation and cleaned the work area within a couple of hours. The only difficult part was selecting the granite, since there are so many choices. Thank you Troy Granite, it's been a pleasure! Kathy W. Ocean View, Delaware read more

I had seen several advertisements for Troy Granite through the Clipper Magazine and on various billboards around the area. When my neighbor used them and I saw what an outstanding job they did, I decided to give them a call. From the first point of contact until the very end, as the installers were leaving my home, was a fabulous experience. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products they offer and installation policy and procedures. I am very pleased with the workmanship and care I received with my granite countertop project. I will highly recommend Troy Granite to all of my friends and family members. For the best price, quality, and customer service, Troy Granite cannot be beat! read more

Their version of the truth vs. reality is completely different. Don't think that the BBB can help you. Every other review on here is true. Getting someone to respond/return a phone call after you have paid is like pulling teeth. They don't care. It is what it is and they can't see anything wrong. If your counter requires a seam I would highly suggest finding someone else who is capable of doing so. I get that the pattern may not match, however a thick line should not be visible from 5-10 feet away down the middle of your $$$$$$ counter. However they see nothing wrong with this. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on your kitchen project, plan on leaving a few thousand extra to hire a lawyer. read more
