Dr. Williams saw my daughter for a second opinion consult. She previously had work done at another valley orthodontist but they are too worried about promoting their beachy surfer image with new customers to address a perm retainer breaking and causing tooth movement in their former client. Dr. Williams staff were very kind and listened to what was said. A scan was performed (not done at the OG ortho) and you could see the break clearly. We were given options, time to discuss, and immediate pricing. Instead of paying a ridiculous amount to have her perm retainer replaced with no corrective options at the OG ortho, we paid a fraction of the price to start a corrective treatment, place a new bonded retainer, and remake her a new night retainer. I was so impressed with their professionalism, they are going to look at my teeth for corrective treatment now as well. read more

My permanent bonded lower retainer fell off after having it placed by another office many years ago and Dr. Williams was easily able to rebond my retainer! He has multiple retainer options to offer that fit your personal treatment case, and he was willing to do what worked for me. I appreciate him and his staff for being so kind, getting me in quickly, and offering a great price! read more

Office staff is short with you when you contact them or ask any way round/concerns. The front office is not friendly whether you call or text. The dentist however is amazing, this is more of a teaching office, which is fine the dentist is right there and very hands on to ensure everyone is doing a great job on each patient, just be warned about the front desk staff, if it wasn't for the way they treat you I would bring all my kidos back who need braces. read more

My daughter lost her retainers and we needed to replace them. Most places I called wanted to schedule an exam/new patient appointment first which varied from 1-4 weeks out. I called Braces R Us and explained our situation. Knowing this appointment would be self pay, I was worried about cost. Braces R Us was very professional and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24hrs that was affordable and NO hassle. read more

I have been in Ortho in Indonesia for almost 5 years now as a result of my case being grossly mismanaged! However, I travel all over the world as part of my career. Fortunately, I was referred to Dr Williams to fix my teeth from a dear friend of mine in the dental industry - a trusted source. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and has made me feel like I'm part of their family.. You're not just "another patient" to them, and it shows. I have never heard anyone talk about a "bad experience" at Braces R Us...because there aren't any. I believe a good job deserves recognition. They most definitely have mine! Thank you to the entire team and especially Dr Williams. You have not only provided me a peace of mind and hope, but my smile has never been this perfect. read more

Dr. Williams does more than excellent work! I got my braces done at a different office and the rest of my siblings had theirs done here. Their teeth all look absolutely amazing and I wish I had gotten mine done with him. My sister had to have surgery to bring down a tooth or two and that recommendation from Dr. Williams was in her best interest! Dr. Williams is very precise and he will never leave you disappointed. He explains things well and helps you understand the why behind doing things like wearing your elastics correctly. He also has an option for lifetime retainers as long as you keep your models and wear your retainers regularly. He is a more than an exceptional Dr. read more

I came to Braces R Us as a spectator because I am new to the Orthodontic industry and I am starting to build my career in this industry. I reached out to Braces R Us for help and I was welcomed with open arms by Dr. Troy Williams to shadow him and his lovely staff. I could not have asked for a better experience. The moment you walk in, it makes you forget about braces. You are welcomed by Aften, the lovely front office assistant who is one the nicest person I have ever met! The place is very clean and Dr. Williams has a great personality. I don't think anyone can come close to Dr. Williams as he is professional, personable, friendly and has a great team! He keeps it moving, patients are in and out like clock work and they never feel rushed or ignored. My own teeth are a class III underbite but after spending the day at Braces R Us I decided to have my teeth looked at. I have been in braces for 14 months now and loving every minute of it! I'm 45 YO and never thought it would be this easy! I looked for an orthodontist for a while and have always dreamed of having "the perfect smile". After going to 5, FIVE, different ones, I found Dr. Williams office and said, 'here we go again'. He personally called me after the consultation, asked what I wanted for the outcome, and like I said am now in braces. If I could do this all over again, it would definitely go with Dr. Williams and his staff. I LOVE this place. They have become my family and they all are so caring! Dr. Williams told me I would have to be in braces for 20 months, and now I may get them off sooner. Thank you, Braces R Us and Dr. Williams, for a beautiful smile so far:) read more

Dr. Williams and his team are some of the greatest and most caring staff I've ever met when it comes to dental work and orthodontics. My dad (who is a general dentist in Arizona) brought my little sister to his office for braces, and her experience was so great that I drive 5+ hours all the way from California every 4-6 weeks to be seen by him. It's important to have an honest orthodontist who genuinely cares about his patients and that is what you will get at Braces R Us! 6/5 stars from my family and I! read more

My oh my, where do I begin... I began my journey like most, consultation after consultation . Initially Western Dental, amongst several other orthodontic offices that are too frequently appearing in every plaza . A new friends referral eventually led me to Forever Young, now Braces R Us. I was very comfortable with the orthodontist . Friendly staff, appointments were fast and stress free. Things seemed to be going well. About a year into treatment Dr. Williams purchased the practice . Upon our first visit he examined my case , and spoke to me a bit. Then he began altering my current treatment plan. He created an orthodontic appliance . YES built a small mechanism/hook with his bare hands ON THE SPOT O_O . This was placed on a tooth that ALL previous doctors adamantly stated would require extraction. This tooth that was almost completely on it's side facing my tongue and now is completely upright ! Anyhow as he sat building it, I thought to myself ; who is this guy ? Haha I started to see immediate progress , at such an alarming rate . I couldn't believe the results I was getting . After literally being told my case was so complicated, that results would be limited time after time. I admittedly, arrived here half defeated . I did have some difficult appointments and struggled somedays . Yet I guess that's a perk to having braces as an adult . Your teeth may be a bit more stubborn and that's to be expected . Don't expect a cakewalk period . Dr. Williams was also the first to communicate clearly what my case would require , yet he always remained confident that he could achieve impeccable results. I am 3 years in and nearing removal any appointment now and I couldn't be more excited . After three long years I would recommend anyone to Dr. Williams. Especially those who have difficult cases, and haven't had the pleasure of a consult with a highly trained orthodontist . An orthodontist that will assure you he can get the smile you've always wanted . This is truly the best investment I've ever made. Thank you Dr. Williams, THANK YOU ! read more
