Dr. Williams saw my daughter for a second opinion consult. She previously had work done at another valley orthodontist but they are too worried about promoting their beachy surfer image with new customers to address a perm retainer breaking and causing tooth movement in their former client. Dr. Williams staff were very kind and listened to what was said. A scan was performed (not done at the OG ortho) and you could see the break clearly. We were given options, time to discuss, and immediate pricing. Instead of paying a ridiculous amount to have her perm retainer replaced with no corrective options at the OG ortho, we paid a fraction of the price to start a corrective treatment, place a new bonded retainer, and remake her a new night retainer. Office staff is short with you when you contact them or ask any way round/concerns. The front office is not friendly whether you call or text. The dentist however is amazing, this is more of a teaching office, which is fine the dentist is right there and very hands on to ensure everyone is doing a great job on each patient, just be warned about the front desk staff, if it wasn't for the way they treat you I would bring all my kidos back who need braces. read more

My oh my, where do I begin... I began my journey like most, consultation after consultation . Initially Western Dental, amongst several other orthodontic offices that are too frequently appearing in every plaza . A new friends referral eventually led me to Forever Young, now Braces R Us. I was very comfortable with the orthodontist . Friendly staff, appointments were fast and stress free. Things seemed to be going well. About a year into treatment Dr. Williams purchased the practice . Upon our first visit he examined my case , and spoke to me a bit. Then he began altering my current treatment plan. He created an orthodontic appliance . YES built a small mechanism/hook with his bare hands ON THE SPOT O_O . This was placed on a tooth that ALL previous doctors adamantly stated would require extraction. This tooth that was almost completely on it's side facing my tongue and now is completely upright ! Anyhow as he sat building it, I thought to myself ; who is this guy ? Haha I started to see immediate progress , at such an alarming rate . I couldn't believe the results I was getting . After literally being told my case was so complicated, that results would be limited time after time. I admittedly, arrived here half defeated . I did have some difficult appointments and struggled somedays . Yet I guess that's a perk to having braces as an adult . Your teeth may be a bit more stubborn and that's to be expected . Don't expect a cakewalk period . Dr. Williams was also the first to communicate clearly what my case would require , yet he always remained confident that he could achieve impeccable results. I am 3 years in and nearing removal any appointment now and I couldn't be more excited . After three long years I would recommend anyone to Dr. Williams. Especially those who have difficult cases, and haven't had the pleasure of a consult with a highly trained orthodontist .
