I would highly recommend WMC. I've worked with salesman Nick Fleming in most cases, but you will receive outstanding and respectful service from anyone on the team. They are all approachable, flexible, kind, open-minded and willing to work with you. They listen to their customers and do not apply sales pressure. (there is no need, because they are so good!) Obviously, the vehicles are always priced right, (fairly) that's why I continue to go back and will continue to do so. On May 2, 2020 I picked up a 2019 Chevy Colorado and I absolutely love it. Nick has stayed in touch with me to make sure I'm happy with everything and, of course I am! Mutual respect, trust and honesty are important characteristics in a relationship. Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. I paid their full asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car in the area. I asked him to put the car on a lift before purchasing so I could see everything I wanted to see. He was very accommodating. I am 68 years old and have never had the pleasure of working with such a righteous person as Steve. I flew into Cleveland and made my way to the dealership. The car was better than advertised. There…read morewere two known mechanical issues with the vehicle, but I agreed to purchase the vehicle anyway because they provided a written promise to fix both issues. They also promised to contact me the following week with the schedule for an appointment to address the issues. That call never came. Since that time, I called weekly in an attempt to set up an appointment to have the issues fixed. Each call was met with one excuse or another, why it was not possible at that time to being the vehicle in for repair. In addition, I have yet to receive the memorandum title so that I can get plates for the vehicle. Tomorrow I will purchase the 3rd temporary tag so that I can continue to drive the vehicle while I continue my attempts to the issues addressed.

Purchased a Kia from Tony at Main Street Motors for my father. After about 8 months a problem…read moredeveloped that was catastrophic to the engine. Main Street Motors had no liability in this situation. I took the car to Kia in Alliance and they wanted to replace the motor for $12,600 and charged us over $900 dollars just to say it was bad. I brought this problem to Tony the owner of Main Street Motors and he asked me to let him pick the car up and see what the real issue was. Keep in mind that this is not his problem, it was a very weird situation with this car and Tony stepped up and towed the car to his shop and dug in. He had no reason to help my dad, who is 88 years old, but he did. Tony's shop found that the dealer was lazy and now the car is fixed, for much less than they were asking. The car business has such a bad reputation, Main Street Motors is not part of the problem. If you are looking at an automobile I can't recommend this dealership enough. Quality of cars combined with high character ownership makes this a no brainer to buy a car from them. I have to buy my 16 year old son a car, and I will be buying from Tony at Main Street Motors.
