Definitely a great place to practice your aim. There's also a decent amount of covered spots with even some benches to rest. For members, you can use a grass tee area to practice. They have a nine or 18 course option that I'll have to come back and try.

Affordable memberships considering the area. I have friends who have been members for years and still enjoy it. The golf course is really solid. They have a great mixture of holes. A couple of drivable par 4s and all the par 5s are reachable from certain tees. Two tough par 3s on the back that can make or break a round. Green surrounds are tough if you're in the wrong spot. The greens themselves are always in fantastic shape. They are severely sloped at times, so you must be accurate with your approach shots. I couldn't find the golf course architect on their website, but they did a good job considering the hilly topography and small footprint of the property. But I can also see one hitting pretty much the exact same shots every time no matter what tee box you're playing. Favorite hole: Par 5 12th, except for the yellow range balls that litter the left side. Downhill the entire way. Range on the left, trees and then the 18th hole on the right. Reachable for many with usually a blind-ish to a peninsula green with water right and long. The very tall red stake frames the front right of the green. Very cool hole before the brutally tough par 3 13th. The driving range is good and they have really nice Titleist practice balls to hit. The short game area is outstanding. I could spend hours out there with a few wedges. They have two small-ish putting greens on either side of the clubhouse. The restaurant is a great space and they have an area for bigger events. The food and service are both good too. Sadly, I have not enjoyed the pool area. Just a solid club overall. The members I have interacted with have all been great. I have had and heard somewhat mixed interactions with the people that run the place, but nothing bad enough to write about here.

Checkin process was smooth. Morning tee time cost me $83 plus $7 for small bucket. They have a small range with mats to hit off of. One of the best things about this course is that they let you ride the cart to your car. So leave your bag in the car if you decide to ride and pick it up after check in. The club house has a the usual stuff, nothing fancy about it. Restaurant is decent as well with burgers, hot dogs and variety of snacks and sports drinks. Some alcohol selection as well. The course itself is not difficult from the white tees. I almost drove the green on a couple of par 4s from the white tee. Fairways and bunkers are well maintained. We had a good time on the course. Walking up to the main entrance, it is beautiful with large doors and once you enter, the areas are kept so clean! The staff walking around greet you and as you walk through the building, it leads you to the back golf course! It is huge and veryyyy well kept. I am sure members pay a lot of money so that it should be a given that the county club is well kept but either way, they definitely hold their end of the bargain. We stopped by the bar to grab a drink and the drink i got was a cucumber, elderflower martini and it was so refreshing for a hot sunny day!

Very well maintained driving range. They have two putting greens and also a chipping area. Fairways and green are nicely maintained. It's a long course with some terrain. Carts are included with the greens fees. I think carts are mandatory here. They have some holes that are cart path only. This is definitely one of the expensive courses in the area. You can pay half off after 2 pm tee. Morning tee times are crazy expensive. I go here once every six months. Restrooms are clean as well. They have a nice bar and restaurant area to watch sports. It's kinda big with indoor/outdoor setup. They also have two shower areas.

The driving range is $7 for a bucket of 40 balls. There aren't any covered bays and they don't have TopTracer tech, but has everything else you need to practice every club in your bag. I was hitting off a mat this particular day, but they do have turf that wasn't available when I went. The course itself is beautiful and blends in perfectly with the surrounding woodlands and neighborhood. While the hole distances might look intimidating, most of the holes had wide fairways creating a pretty forgiving round for most handicaps. I'm not sure what things look like during busy hours, but for a Saturday with nice weather the pace of play was the best I've seen in the region in a while! At no time did we feel rushed or that the groups in head of us were taking too long. The staff were great! Everyone from the Starter to the Cook were friendly and helpful, so no complaints in that regard. Food price was about on par with other muni's in the area - $11 for a beer and a hotdog. 5/5 experience and will definitely be back for another twilight round before the season is over.

I have lost count of the number of events we have held there including wedding showers, baby showers, prom dinners, Galentine luncheons, birthday celebrations, both at the pool and in the clubhouse, Book Club, and the list goes on. The staff is easy to work with and each event has been special. I am happy to see the expansion of so many new activities and look forward to this new and improved direction.
