The reason this place is great is because of the price, the chill ambiance, MD Classic, you feel you are at home, wide variety of beers along with the basic American beers. The place does need maintenance, but for the price its Amazing. There is little room for error so that becomes another pro if you are trying to improve your game. We absolutely love this place! The snack bar carries like hotdogs, popcorn, beers, wine, coffee, hot tea, chocolates, along with other snacks. You don't need to dress up and you will always have a good time. The golf course is hilly and challenging. Their store carries anything you may need during your game. There are no snack golf cart attendants.

Our company completed the work as agreed and invoiced the business, but the invoice was never paid. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, we ultimately had to take additional measures to collect payment. For small services businesses, situations like this are extremely damaging. Contractors invest time, labor, equipment and materials with the expectations that the businesses will operate respectfully and honor their agreements. Laurel Golf Center is not one of those businesses. We strongly encourage other vendors and contractors to steer clear of doing business with Laurel Golf Center.

In April 2019, it was with a couple of friends, and I was relatively impressed with the course. While it's a fairly simple looking mini golf course, there are some challenges. The course is nicely maintained and better than a couple of other area courses I've been to. It's above average for the area, but not the best I've been to around here. I do consider myself lucky to have only 2.5 miles from home since 2020. In April 2023, there was a Meetup group meeting here. However, there was a transformer power outage in the area, and they had to close the course before we started. He rescheduled the Meetup for another Monday 5 weeks later in May 2023. The Meetup organizer is great at mini golf, but he was having an off day explaining all the various challenges this course has, and he says it always throws him off some. I enjoyed hearing his stories, but for me, I enjoyed the course and its challenges (well until I saw my high score...haha). Overall, this is a nice course and will return in the future.

The Par 4 pretty much has a canyon right in the middle where you have to hit it right in the middle. The par 3 is pretty much a blind green with so much shrubs and small trees that it looks like you're forced to hit it into the bushes. Then one 175 yard cart ride later, you see yourself with a large green. Very odd course, but I do like playing it. The greens fees used to be in the $100 range, but I think they realized that it was too high and lowered the price to about $50. All in all, it's challenging, but not too much where you just want to wrap your golf club around a tree, but challenging enough that it's a good change from the regular municipal courses.

I played this course last Saturday, paid $30 which included a cart, at the time of the purchase I felt like it was a good deal. After playing a few holes I realized I paid too much. But nothing is as hilarious as #14. Apparently the hole has been modified and shut down for quite some time. What was once a nice looking par 4 or 5, is now a 20 yd modified par 3 where you tee off on a mat. What a joke! In conclusion I will never come back to this course, much better options around.

We tried many wines, including: -the Crossvines Cabernet Franc-raisin and almost Nebbiolo overtones; -the Crossvines Barn Door red blend-balanced and warm with a hint of spice yet low tannin; -the Fairway rosé, which was light with great flavor and perfect with spring foods; -and the Riesling and then house ciders, with cherry and peach popular with different people. We settled on a bottle of the White Blend, the "Front Porch". It was not groundbreaking yet likable worked as a clean canvas that went with a lot of foods, not oaky, tangy, sweet, or dry. I enjoyed the butternut squash soup. I watched my friend enjoying the Farmer's Market salad and wondered if I should have gotten that instead! My friend enjoyed her burger and fries. The burger was pretty big and looked satisfying. My friend said the crab dip was really good, too. The best part for me was trying their wines while engaging with our server and the general manager. We talked about some of the events like wine tasting and menu changes and line dancing. We saw more of the gorgeous venue and bookable space for 300 indoors. Not simply because he was running late, but because the house (castle/waiting room/party room) was absolutely filthy. I was really taken aback by a business looking like this, even if it's a business that works w/ animals. When we got there, the owner and assistant were on a ride w/ another group. Then the group we were supposed to be riding with were an hour late, so we had to wait for them. It was just annoying, although Steven (owner) was friendly. When we walked into the empty house it looked like a construction space, a hen was walking around the inside and I even saw it poop IN THE KITCHEN! Things finally turned around when I hopped on Sherman (my white horse w/ black spots). He was a greedy little thing and ate up all the grass but he was a great horse. Steven immediately put ppl on the horses and taught us while we were riding. He was a straight to it teacher and I liked that. He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to animals. He took a bunch of pictures and videos and sent them to everyone in the group. I'm thankful to have such awesome pictures that didn't cost us extra. I'm giving 4 stars despite the filth because Steven was friendly, welcoming, and I enjoyed the experience. Tip: -don't eat there if germs bug u -don't arrive early, there's no point -yes, you're in the right spot, even though it looks a little funky on the outside

I decided to check with my dear friend Google to see if he knew of a good wedding planner. I found 3 or 4 options and sent out an email to all, a couple responses consisted of the generic automated kick back email. I was pleasantly surprised when I listened to my first (of many) voicemails from Grace. She sounded so sweet, organized, and ready to get started. It was this initial contact that really made me feel like this company cared to make a good first impression and we set up the interview. Our first meeting with Grace was wonderful, she left us feeling confident that we could really plan and execute the wedding we wanted within our short time frame. From that day on, Grace worked diligently. She quickly gained an understanding of our likes and dislikes, which is so important when using a planner. She was able to weed out and narrow down my options without me always being there to offer input. I spoke with Grace on a daily basis, she was always updating, asking questions, or simply wishing me a good day! She set up all of the meetings, always arriving early to ensure the vendors were prepared. Grace has incredible taste and always provided her feedback in regards to staying with the style/decor I wanted. Needless to say, sometimes she knew what I wanted better than I did! She really did handle it all, leaving the fun parts for Vince and I to enjoy. Grace has incredible organizational skills, leaving no loose ends. She worked very hard to work around our busy schedule, often catching up with me via email late at night. I was always so impressed that she was working on our wedding at 11 o' clock at night! She also worked very closely with our venue as well as the vendors, ensuring they had all of their ducks in a row for the big day. She made several visits to the church as well as reception venue without me, making sure everything was ready to run smoothly for our day. The day of the reception was PERFECT! While I am sure there were a few hiccups, Grace ensured our day was stress free. It truly could not have gone better. My husband and I really appreciated the way Grace put out fires and solved problems without involving us, always mentioning the issues that occurred a few weeks later! Grace is not only an incredible planner, she is kind, genuine, and honest. She quickly became a dear friend, a few tears were definitely shed at the end of the wedding day. Your wedding day is such a special and intimate moment, it was ideal having someone that you feel close with running the show. She helped me put on my vail, drove our golf cart around the reception, and helped me take off my very complicated dress at the end of the night. We often joked that it was our wedding day I am happy to say that not only did my husband and I hit the lottery with our wedding planner, we gained a lifetime friend as well.
