Be ready to wait as the line was about 10 people deep when we visited on Friday night. It's worth it!! The owners are super friendly, and it's probably the cleanest shave ice place I've ever been to. They were constantly wiping the tables which was much appreciated. I had vanilla ice cream with haupia, papaya, and lychee. It was delicious. Just like being in Hawaii! The service is fast and servers are so nice. It's a cutesy date night vibe with an in-front kiosk and side patio pavilion seating. Great for just hanging out and having a meal with the family followed by great sweet treats. However, they do add ALOT of toppings to each of their sundaes. Which isn't bad if you love endless spoonfuls of cookies, brownie bites, cookie dough, or cheesecake... but if you're more of an ice cream over toppings kind of person, choose wisely, or ask for light indulgences. 10/10 would recommend!!

I will say that the service could be friendlier, it was not a great vibe while ordering. The young man didn't smile, wasn't friendly, it felt very awkward. The young gal was much friendlier with my sister. The snow cone itself was delicious and really took me back to my childhood days. I ordered a Sunset -- cherry, lemon and orange flavored. Just like old times, it does melt quickly. Plenty of outdoor seating available to hang out for a bit. I would go again and try additional flavors. Three stars, customer service means a lot -- smile at least!
