It was a good sandwich or hoagie but I'm not sure if maybe I'm spoiled from living in Miami but crushing chips and putting it on a sandwich is not what I would consider creative. The lobster roll at this Kelly's is served chilled on a split top roll. Yes, it looks like the meat from the claw, knuckle and leg of lobster and perhaps from the tails!
