I really do love this place but it's not somewhere to go if you're trying to budget- the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is there's not many things you can get in a size small. Just had lunch & ordered the Thai Chicken Salad which according to the menu had grilled chicken, a combination of Romaine lettuce & spinach, wontons, sesame seeds, carrots, cilantro, scallions & Thai peanut dressing. It was the size of a side salad. There was less than 2 oz of chicken! There were 4 spinach leaves & shredded iceberg lettuce. No éyÿqwantons one very tiny pecan chip, 1 cilantro leaf & 1 scallion slice. For $6.98, it was a total rip-off. My companion had a chicken salad sandwich. It was ok but nothing special. The only drinks are smoothies except for bottled water & soda so the noise level of multiple blenders & chattering teenage staff did nothing to help the experience. Went there yesterday (Saturday) around 11:45 not real busy at that time . Two people working actually 1.5 people working the girl was working her butt off but not the so call manager. So it was slow on serving. The food and smoothies were great. The women's restroom was dirty. I had to wipe down the toilet before I used it. So I am giving it a 3 Star for food only. I don't usually do reviews, but this experience definitely warranted one. The customer service was the worst I have ever had. There were two girls working were incredibly rude. The food took an extremely long time to come out and we were the only ones there. My bowl had a top on it and there was a bug crawling around on it. When I opened it up, the bowl was missing like half of what it should have come with. When I went to ask them to add the missing ingredients, the girls refused to help me (after I stood there for a couple minutes before finally asking them) so I had to wait for someone else to come help. He was nice though. Aside from the terrible service, the food is over priced and gross. My bowl should have had rice and I think there were maybe 20 pieces of rice in it... the whole $9 bowl was lettuce. Not worth the money at all. You can make something better at home. read more

By far the worst smoothies I've had. This place is new and I was very excited for it. I went, the drive thru line was pretty long so I went inside. There was only one person ahead of me, and once I ordered my two smoothies it took over 15 minutes for me to get them. It was ridiculous. I have given them multiple tries to see if they would improve with their customer service but on 9/02/2019 I was shown again why they don't deserve my business. I am an avid user of their app and order frequently thru there. I put in an order at 8:33pm. It was not known to me that they had closed early for Labor Day. No problem. What my problem is being told they declined my transaction and would be given my meal for free next time. Great no big deal didn't ask for a free meal. Cue to today checking my bank account the charge went through. So basically i have to go back and get my meal which isn't a free meal anymore it's my purchase I paid for two days ago. I have had multiple instances where I show up to pick up my order and they say they didn't get the order and it takes 15 mins extra to get my food. Do they not watch their app orders?
