We arrived right before seven on Friday. They had a super long line but were well organized with lots of people directing traffic and people taking orders. There were at least twenty cars in front of us but everything moved so smoothly! We ordered these drinks the first night: - shark attack: strong blueberry flavor, kids loved the gummy on top. - the tropic; best of the drinks we ordered. Refreshing and not too sweet - flirty flamingo: one of the few blended drinks offered, very sweet. Nice icey blend - buttery beer: were hopeful for a butter beer taste, but it tasted mostly like sweeter root beer, still good Second day: -:pink Bahama - good but we liked the other two better - unlucky ducky: fizziness of the sprite made this one stand out from the other two pink drinks we ordered. My kids liked this one a lot. - sleigh all day: best of today. Very freshing - super trooper - very strong flavor, kind of tart. This one was one of their energy drinks, so it probably already had a lot of flavor going on in it already. We received a free cup of cold snicker doodles and a dipping cup of icing as well. I am not sure if the cookies are always served child or if they prepared a bunch ahead of time for their event and froze some but it was really good cold! Nice and thin and super soft, just how I liked my cookies! The workers were really nice and everything went so smoothly despite the huge crowd. The drinks were different and refreshing and there are so many choices! I love that they offer such big cups for us to sample the flavors they offer and have a variety of things to choose from. I came wait to try the frozen hot chocolates and pretzels soon!

It's not busy, it's spacious, it's clean for the building it's in. When you walk in, there's no music and it smells like an old pool. The menu has some weird back glow to it where it makes it blue when you try to take a photo. I went with my friend and she purchased an acai bowl, and I ordered a smoothie. They also ask you what base you want, almond milk, oat, etc. Just not whole milk. My first red flag was that the screen does not tell you the price. I had to ask the worker for the prices and it was $8 for my smoothie. Hmm.. okay. For 2025 prices, that's pretty normal. But when I got it, it was already melted. Nearly liquid. I took a sip, hoping maybe the flavor would be good... nothing. There was not an ounce of flavor in it. Not only was it already melted and runny, but I'm serious when I say this was one of the worst smoothies I've had. I literally drove to HEB down the street to buy honey for it, and it just made the smoothie taste like honey with no flavor behind it. And sitting there waiting for it was so awkward. The silence is really unwelcoming added with the buzz of fluorescent lighting. There's nothing really in there except a couple of couches and some tables. I was ready to leave by the time I walked in. I wanted to give it a chance and I regret giving it a chance.

I was just in town for the weekend for a friend's baby shower and I swear they have some great places to eat and drink in this area. I hate when I'm at a new place and don't know what I want gives me anxiety...lol So I got the limited horchata milk tea 50% sweet and a small order of karaaga (spelled wrong I'm sure) chicken and when I tell you the chicken came out popping hot! Wow so good! Even at 50% the milk tea was not too sweet so I might could have went up to maybe 75% or they do have the option to use a sugar free substitute. So that's a great option only if it's stevia..lol. I can't stand Splenda just gross.. When I visit Katy I will definitely stop by again and try a few other items. Service was quick and friendly! Recommend for sweet tooths. -Nice and quiet store, relatively clean -Like the nice variety on the menu. Cons -I didn't particularly like the pandan matcha. It wasn't very flavorful to me. I wouldn't get it again. -My friend got the banana matcha, and she said it was ok and could do better with the banana flavor and cream. -The self-checkouts can be difficult to get things scan properly. -There seems to be a lot of ads for new items, but it's not on the menu.
