Want a high end fine dining level burger but in a casual counter order joint? This is your spot!…read more I can't say enough about the quality of the burgers they make here. But first, let's talk about the amazing sides. Crispy tots, hand battered onion rings, and a mac n cheese to blow your lid off...these were the bomb! But the burger took this place to another level. The meat is tender and cooked perfectly. I'm a medium rare steak man, but I like my burgers at a solid medium. They cooked it to perfection. A tender and thick patty with an amazing crust. The kicker is the smoky flavor you get throughout. Add in a fresh brioche bun and amazing toppings, and you have a perfect burger from top to bottom. And they're not short on variety either. If you can think it, they can make it. Great location with plenty of parking and a super friendly staff. This is only a 10 minute drive for us so we'll be frequenting this location quite a bit now that we've tried it. You won't go wrong with anything here.

On this weekday during happy hour, we had a bad experience unfortunately. Our server was amazing though! Giving her props for her friendly demeanor and great service. Drinks were also cold and refreshing. Where it turned sour: our Chef's Special appetizer plate. The mozzarella sticks were hollow. Not just thin, but completely hollow with no cheese, just an outer shell. The "beef" empanadas had no beef inside. Again, mainly hollow with only a little cheese inside. Overcooked and almost impossible to chew. They were also out of some pickled items that were supposed to be on the plate, and they substituted some old strawberries, which definitely did not complement anything on this plate. We were here for a full meal, but we stopped here and did not order our main courses. ***MOST IMPORTANTLY*** Some employees were engaging in activities inside the establishment, which are not conducive to a restaurant in any capacity. A call will be made to management and/or the owner(s). We're highly hopeful this is a one-off experience and these issues will be rectified going forward. We love this place. We've had amazing food and evenings out with friends and family here. We want to be back, and I would love to update this review in the near future.

Don't make the mistake I made and shuffle through the dining area. The dining area was clean. The servers were super helpful and nice. They have a choice of burrito, tacos, nachos, quesadillas and salad. I chose a half chicken/half spicy chicken burrito on a chipotle tortilla. The server recommended doing the half and half because the spicy chicken is spicy. I actually liked this recommendation. All of the toppings looked fresh. There was cheese, lettuce, pickled and fresh jalapeños, tomato's, sauces, sour cream, salsas, olives, corn, and mushrooms. I loaded up my burrito and took at seat at one of their roomy booths. They give you a huge helping of chips and side salsa. I recommend getting a large tea if you do take out and a regular drink if you dine in. You can get refills at the drink/napkin station. I love their unsweet green tea. I added a dash of sweet tea and it was very tasty. Overall my lunch was pleasant and I can't wait to come back.

Since I got here shortly after 11:00 am there was no line, which is good and bad. Good because I will get my meal quicker, but bad because I had to decide what I wanted to eat quickly. And with so many outstanding choices deciding quickly isn't easy. But since the Monday special is Burgers for $2.00 off it helped quicken my choice. A cheeseburger w/LT&M and a side of fried Zucchini! And, to top it off, a slice of my favorite dessert, Coconut Cream Pie, mmmmmm! And this is the pie of the month so I will be back with the empty pie pan from last purchase to take home another whole pie. Bright days ahead. And the staff was very diligent to make sure the tables and the seats were cleaned quickly. My only recommendation would be for them to use individual treated towels in stead of a regular towel to clean the tables. My timing was good since while here the place is filling up.

Very disappointing since they could have said something when they asked if we needed a few minutes. I ended up ordering the pot roast which was good, but it wasn't the blueberry pancakes I really wanted. My friend order the tuna fish (and specially told the counter person she wanted it cold, not a tuna melt. Well it was hot and a piece of cold cheese was slapped on it. She was not impressed with the tuna salad at all. I don't know if I will stop there again. My mom has been to Melt now 4x and keeps getting this sandwich because it's just that tasty. It's quite big and she usually comes home with half her sandwich. This was my first time and it's the kind of sandwich that'll bring me back again very soon. The fries were very good and Brussels were delicious! We did order the chocolate, peppermint cheesecake to share. It was really a piece of chocolate cheesecake (with a yummy oreo crust), topped with mint and candy canes. That's okay, though, because it was really good! The restaurant is pretty small and cozy so I can imagine there could be a wait sometimes.

There is both indoor and outdoor seating (although space is definitely limited) & a small bar with bar stools. There are a few TVs that always have sports --- right up my alley! Their sweet tea is always on point. They have delicious sandwiches and the side salad with homemade honey mustard dressing is my favorite side!! The tater tots are good. Pasta salad isn't super flavorful but, still good, especially if you're entree needs a side that takes a back seat. You really can't go wrong. Today I stopped in for a to go order, but next time I plan on enjoying the patio with my pup Ziggy and try one of their burgers. I ordered the Madison Avenue which is a croissant smeared with honey walnut cream cheese, smoked turkey, and granny smith apples. My side was slaw and I also ordered fries with a side of ranch. Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. The young man gave me three ranches which I'm so disappointed I only grabbed one. Unfortunately I didn't get the best pictures but the food tasted great. The fries were thick cut (probably frozen) and let me tell you, I would just come back for the ranch! They have my favorite restaurant ranch. The slaw was really tasty - good ole southern sweet mayonnaise slaw, not too vinegary. The sandwich, not bad, good combo of toppings, they paired well together. I' ll be back. Anyone want to go for a patio lunch? Ciao for now

The steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned right, and you could immediately tell the quality of the cut was there. The potato cakes were honestly the perfect pairing. Crispy, rich, and executed extremely well. Me and my folks ordered the Wagyu meatballs and shrimp as an appetizers and those were outstanding too. Tender, flavorful, and balanced without feeling overly heavy. But the real differentiator here was the service. That's what elevated this from simply being a great dinner to being a genuinely high-end experience worth every dollar spent. Our server was absolutely impeccable. Informative, knowledgeable, and clearly understood both the menu and the overall dining experience. He knew where the food came from, what paired best together, and guided the experience without ever feeling pushy or scripted. That level of professionalism matters, especially when you're dropping serious money on dinner, and because of that, not once did I look at the bill and feel irritated about spending nearly $200. Atmosphere was upscale and refined without being stiff or pretentious. Just a really well-balanced environment overall. Bottom line: well done on all levels.
