We've been to Clean Juice before for a smoothie, but this time we went for their Açai bowl. I love a good açai bowl, and I love how much actual açai you get in a bowl. Though I wish they had a little more toppings to balance the açai, I still appreciate the quantity they're serving. The place itself is open and simple, with helpful staff behind the counters. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes healthy drinks and bowls. read more

This location is super neat and there is ample indoor and some outdoor seating. The cashier was nice and the menu wasn't too overwhelming. I enjoyed the artery and the option to have a meal plan. They had grab and go options. I am going to consider this for a weekend cleanse option. My daughter said the mango smoothie was very refreshing and tasted "clean." It is a little pricey but you are paying for the nutritional quality. I would definitely stop by again. read more

The new app wants you to download. When I do it wants a ph#. When I enter that it says" we already have an account with that number". Deleted app and reinstalled and same thing. If your looking for fresh juice! This is your place. My husband loves juice for breakfast. Me, I need food too. And Clean juice has it. The Avocado toast is my favorite. I could eat 6 pieces- it's that good. It's drizzled with olive oil and lemon. If you like Açaí bowls, their bowls are delicious, and beautiful. The service is always great. Small area to sit inside, or outside if the weather permits. Great little snack while your shopping! read more

Wasn't sure what to expect since the reviews were kind-of meh... didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling when I walked in, but I was given a $10 gift card for Christmas, so no harm in trying it out... I wanted something under $10, so I opted for the avocado toast topped with a boiled egg. That's not much food for $10, and I was a little surprised when I opened the box in the car, but I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was delicious and the sourdough bread was an excellent choice. Not sure if I'd go again just because of the cost, but it was very good for a Christmas gift. read more

I was surprised to see how the layout of the menu was. As a first timer here it was slightly confusing since the smoothies and other items had longer menus. I chose the energy one and my wife the hardcore one, as she's a lover of green juices. The energy one was definitely heavy on the beets but did give what I was looking for. The beverages were cold and refreshing for what we sought in the heat of the day. I wasn't wowed enough to return but glad to have this experience. Just ok. read more

I use to visit this location often but the last 2 times my bowls have not been good. The staff are nice but seem to change often. This is the green bowl and the only thing I asked was for the base to be slightly thicker than normal. The color is way off from what is supposed to be. I spent too much money not to be able to eat anything. read more

Clean in the name represents the ingredients, it does not however, represent the store itself. This place was not clean. You could see the grossness between all the trays that hold the ingredients. The counters needed to be wiped down and the partition between the customer and food Ingredients. the floors were dirty, the stainless steel was not wiped down correctly. It felt gross and unclean when you walked in. I do love that they had a prayer box. And I also do love the referenced scripture on the cups. But customer service, oh man customer service needs some work. Should represent joy and an eagerness to serve your customer. Didn't say hello, or welcome. Continued to talk about 'smokin', with their friends. When asked to see a nutrition menu, they handed an in store menu that looked like it hasn't been wiped down since the store opened. I asked how much maple syrup they put in, they didn't know, they don't follow a recipe. They don't follow a recipe?????So if someone has special dietary needs or if following a calorie based diet, how can we ensure the nutritional values are accurate? I would rather go somewhere that's follows the recipe that was created to calculate the nutritional value. The smoothy was good, but I was a little hesitant to drink it being the cleanliness of the store could use some MAJOR improvement. I would come back if the store was cleaned up and customer service improved, however I'm not paying $11 again for an 16oz smoothy. Three things that should be important to all restaurants reviewers, whether self claimed or paid to do so, Customer Service, cleanliness and quality! I'll try again in the spring. And hopefully I will be able to get 4 stars! 5 is a very hard reach. Chow for now. read more

INTRO : Clean juice is nationwide juice bar that offers delicious smoothies and juices Recovery one $14: This juice/smoothie is made up of almond milk, strawberries, organic honey. It's definitely delicious, however sugar content in most of drinks can cross 30g!!! For this drink it was whooping 55 grams for 24 Oz smoothie. They are served in two size: 16 Oz and 24 Oz. Stay away from this chain if you have sugar problem. I doubt all this come from milk and other natural ingredients. Definitely good for taste buds, but not so much for health. Parking: Since this is located in Friendly center, parking will be never an issue. Ambience and Service: The place is clean and well maintained. You can sit on bar or on tables. Though they might be a little on the expensive side (my small smoothie with a protein boost was about $12), Clean Juice's menu offers a healthy assortment of drinks, bowls, and bites to fuel your day. Unlike other smoothie places in the area, it seems that Clean Juice avoids sugary fruit juices and frozen yogurts and relies on coconut water and other natural ingredients. It felt lighter and healthier than most smoothies, so that's a win in my book. read more

I was worried based on the reviews and gave it a shot anyway. 1. Sanitation concerns - honestly, the store was pretty well-kept, if a little crumby in the back. They're making sandwiches and toast though so bread crumbs are not going to make me sweat. Their sanitation rating as of 10/22/2024 is 94.00%. 2. Service - some reviewers had mentioned that the staff USED to greet people when they walked in but not anymore. That echoes the same today. I walked in and didn't have either of the two employees look up. One was hyper focused on some toast she was making, and the other one was friendly when she was done making her bowl. There were only three customers in the store, so they weren't slammed. They weren't rude or anything, but it's a fast food kind of customer service. 3. Food - I ordered online and went in at the time it said the food was ready. It was ready on time, so that's nice. I ordered the egg salad sandwich, nothing else, and went on my merry way. It's wrapped in foil, in case the eco conscious folks were wondering. The sandwich was good UNTIL I bit into the second half and had an explosion of banana. There is no banana in this sandwich, so this was 100% just cross contamination. Based on that, I think folks with allergies should be wary of eating here. The ingredients were set up like subway where the employees pull from little buckets in the front. Overall, it's just okay. Don't think I'll be back for a $12 post-tax sandwich, but the bowls and smoothies look good so I might try that in the future. read more

Update: Great service as usual! This visit was via the app AND I got $5 off just for ordering through the app so I figured this would be a good time to try the new Egg Salad Sandwich. It was ok. The feta cheese was too much for me. It gave the sandwich a taste that I can't describe. I think next time I order this I'm going to either do a substitute of one of the other items or have the feta taken off. And I would also add more Himalayan salt. It would be like ordering a protein toast sandwich. Now that would be fire. As for the smoothie: LOVE! "The Youthful One" is becoming my favorite smoothie. I usually order the 16 oz but I may get the 24 oz next time as a meal replacement. read more

So Sat an altercation occurred with an employee Alex and I because she threw my box of food down and when I asked her about it she said because I had an attitude. I called the manager Kevin Ellis and let him know what just occur in his store his attitude alone was so nonchalant but proceed on saying he would take care of it. Today I leave a review just about the employee and here comes Kevin Ellis calling my phone because I left a review. I told him it was not ok and he proceeds to say the footage was reviewed and I was yelling across the counter but it's ok for your employee to yell at me and throw my box of food. Obviously it's ok for her to do that and no consequences but it's my fault for yelling lol mmmkk. He's defending her actions and it's not right!! read more

First time at Clean Juice & I will definitely be back! Service was great, I was helped by Giselle R who was very patient and helped out with any questions that I had. (She also informed me that the juices were served over ice which I'm really thankful for because I would prefer light ice, if any at all) I ordered The Glow One which tasted extremely fresh and delicious. The only reason for 4 stars is the pricing. Very expensive! I got the smaller of the two sizes (16oz) and it was $9. I do understand the products are organic & that comes with it, so this isn't a complaint, just good for people to know you're going to pay for the good quality! I would recommend downloading the app before coming in on your first visit to get the $5 off reward! So instead of paying $9 I paid $4, which was nice! Will be back soon. Oh yeah! This is one of my favorite places, however today a young female was working & left the store to go outside to say hello to a friend who just so happen to have a dog. She came back in the store and got a bowl from behind the counter to give the dog water, then she went outside and was rubbing all on the dogs head. She came back in and never washed her hands. She immediately just put on gloves. I asked to take the gloves off and please wash her hands. She was just outside playing with a dog. I think it's pretty nasty to first go outside and play with a dog while working & to come back in and not even think about washing your hands. Not sure I'll come back here - especially if she is working. 12 noon on Saturday - September 3rd. read more

I have been to this Clean Juice a few times and their smoothies are great! To be clear, this two star review is on their wraps. I have ordered the Cali one and the Sweet & Savory one. Both are the same cost as a protein smoothie (24 oz) yet are teeny tiny and skimp on the ingredients that they boast. The Cali wrap I received a few days ago barely had avocado on it and the Sweet and Savory one pictured has one date in it (and came without the green goddess dressing). I am not sure the pricing makes any sense for these wraps (they are barely longer than the width of a standard receipt....) and I will absolutely stop ordering wraps from here. read more

I'm from California so açaí bowls and smoothies are next level fresh and good so this is what I'm judging this review on. I ordered the beauty mask bowl here and thought it was gross. I hit up Clean Juice every couple of months, usually when I need to eat something but I'm not starving. It's usually pretty good, though expensive. Today was a total let down. I ordered my usual beauty bowl, the coffee based bowl with cocoa nibs, almond butter, and granola on top. The base was NOT blended well at all and had way too much ice in it. I crunched my way through the entire bowl, stopping every couple of bites to throw out large chunks of ice cubes that hadn't been ground up. Even so, the entire flavor was muted by the amount of ice in the bowl. Completely disappointing. read more

It's nice and convenient to order online, otherwise wait will be well over 45 minutes. Drinks are always fresh.

Fabulous prices and my creamsicle absolutely hit the spot and kept me full for hours. Would definitely go back.

I would like to give Clean Juice 5 stars at least for the quality, selection and the fact that Greensboro doesn't have too many organic places like this but I'm not there yet. I'm sure I'll be back but I would love if they lowered their prices a bit. Almost $10 for a berry acai bowl. I did like the fact that the girl helping me washed her hands at least 3 times while I was there and didn't rush me to make a decision. Big pluses for me.
