If you want a smoothie then in a heartbeat yes, but no to everything else I ordered the Baja chicken wrap with no onions and there was no chicken in it and we called the girl was nonchalant as if they didn't do anything wrong and didn't even off to make things right. When asked to talk to a manager she said that they don't have a manger on duty there on the weekends. I would love a full refund for that item considering they messed it up. And Tropical Smoothie your wraps have gotten significantly smaller but you haven't lowered your prices for them. We love this location inside the Bradford complex. The staff is patient and helpful and the smoothies are delicious. The hot wraps are really nice too. Generally a clean location so ambiance is casual and fun esp with younger kids, a quick bite or to sip around and enjoy the patio. read more

I wouldn't mind this if it was clearly stated. IT IS NOT. The board suggests the ingredients as just fruit for several smoothies. You can't make a smoothie with just fruit. Asked what was added, and was informed: "Water and Ice." "What else?" "Nothing, unless you order one with low fat yogurt." "okay, I'll take a smoothie." I watched them prepare it and they ladle a massive scoop of sugar into every one. I interrupted and asked what the powder was and was informed it was sugar. They told me they hadn't made mine yet. I do not believe there was malicious intent on the part of the employee, but as a corporation there is an effort to not disclose the ingredients. The employees should be trained to explain everything that goes into a blender when asked. Or direct them to hand an ingredient list to the inquisitive consumer. I'm sure the regular smoothies that are worse for you than a candy bar or slice of pie are tasty as can be, but the healthy option of modifying it makes a watery slush of fruit. Waited forever for a curbside order that we made at the actual curbside location. Never alerted us it was ready, nor did anyone come out to deliver our food, despite having given them the description of our car. Had to go in to the store to check on our order, where there were several other customers, all unmasked, who had entered the store well after we had placed our order, ordering and receiving food. Our food had just been sitting there in a bag. Got it home to find that 3 out of the 4 sides we had ordered were missing. The wraps and smoothies were much better than we anticipated. I wanted a simple dinner that wouldn't be too heavy for this hot weather so I ordered the Thai chicken wrap and fresh watermelon mojito smoothie (with strawberries, lime and mint). The smoothie had just the right amount of sweetness and I finished the entire thing instead of getting sick of the flavor halfway through like I usually do. (Of course, I'm a sucker for watermelon in general.) The wrap was tasty as well (warm chicken wrap - not the cold kind) and was even better at the decent price. While there aren't too many tables to dine in with, I think it's a great cafe to grab a quick, healthy lunch to go. Gave this place a second chance after a sub-par first visit, and that was a mistake. Floors are very dirty, food left on tables from previous customers, and it felt very understaffed for the number of customers in line, or the employees are in the back unseen. The person making smoothies appeared 5 min after we placed our order, and seemed to be preparing our drinks with an attitude. This place does not seem to be managed well, and unfortunately I will not be returning. There are plenty of other options when I decide I want to take my family out for smoothies. My friend raved about this place. I joined her because she wanted to go here. Smoothies are something I make at home all the time so I hesitate to spend money on smoothies. Also, I love my smoothies. My daughter wanted an orange smoothie so i ordered it. This smoothie was awful. It tasted like orange Julius. On the other hand, I tried one of their bowls and it was good. I'm a tropical smoothie fan, however this location does the most to sour my expectations. I ordered for pickup and was told it would be ready around 6:50, however when I arrived no food was in progress and I had been skipped by 5 other people who came in. All in all, it took me 40 minutes to receive the totality of my order (considering I was told it would be 10) and even then the food was rushed, the smoothies had been placed in a defective container they had 40 minutes to glance at and replace, and were also improperly packaged causing one to spill across the seat of my car before I got out of the parking lot. I can never imagine going back here with the insanely poor customer service and mediocre food (worse than other locations). Hopefully someone will get their team in line. read more

I went to this place today morning. The lady making the smoothies was coughing all the time. She didn't step out instead kept making smoothies and coughing all the cups and blenders. I watched her make an entire order before me (plenty of smoothies to-go )while coughing. I had to ask her to wash her hands. She agreed but our smoothies had been made already. Should have asked her to wash everything. We ended up with smoothies from the coughed-up-on blenders anyway.
