This fruit shop was very cute inside and carried the standard smoothie bowls, smoothies, and juice, plenty of custom flavors and add ins. I ordered the blondie which tasted like cinnamon toast crunch, and a 1oz wheatgrass shot. My friend ordered a smoothie bowl. The bowls were a little on the smaller side, would have like to see a little more bang for your buck. Also you get 2 fruits and any extra are $0.75 a piece. The prices were not overly expensive but I felt it was not cheap....as in I would not be going there regularly but for a treat on occasion. The staff was friendly and the outdoor seating was a nice touch. I'd say stop in if your curious. Ask them about thier most popular smoothies and I think you will enjoy. read more

Juices are fabulous and a great healthy addition in Clayton! I ordered a large bulk order and Erin was fabulous to work with in being able to customize the cup size to meet my budget. Most everyone loved the juices, however it wasn't cold. I went in the shop and ordered a juice to try it again, but it was still room temp juice, so later added a little bit of ice to mine. This may dilute the juice a bit, but overall improved and enhanced all the flavors. I'd suggest either refrigerating all the fruits or adding just a couple cubes of ice. read more

Rating is based on the annoying woman at the cashier who acts like a Disney character. We are adults who would like professionalism, not a picture with yes sir or mam I am not a mam. Most of Cary is not from the mam state. Just be professional and use a professional tone. Also, if you see customers waiting around ask them what are you waiting for. I came in here on a Saturday afternoon. There were two people in front of me. It had taken me 25 minutes to receive my smoothie. I was watching the girl make the smoothies very closely and knew when I saw my smoothie coming up. She made a call in orders ahead of my smoothie and placed my smoothie with the call in orders inside the freezer. Then when I asked where my smoothie was, she looked clueless. Writing bad reviews sucks because people have a legitimate business to run. In the case of Juice vibes I can say that there shakes are very good but I won't be going back. Yesterday I went in on my lunch break to get a shake. 20 minutes went by and a person came in after me and got their order first. I asked the lady behind the counter if she had my order and I got probably the worst look and attitude I had in years. She said "I make tickets as I see them. Is that OK with you?" Another person who came in after me got a shake so I got pissed and went to leave. I told her to give the shake that I paid for to someone else and she said "bye" (this was the older lady I believe the manager). Delicious shakes but horrible customer service. read more

So rating is based off the employees' motivation/attention span and thus quality of food. I do not take perkiness or sir yes sir attitudes into consideration bc I am also a young adult and understand that if I was making smoothies (or any food) I do not give a shit about who I'm making it for, just want it done so they can leave. That being said the only thing I care about when ordering a smoothie or bowl is that IT IS THICK AND NOT JUICE. They have juices but I never order them, however will occasionally receive juice smoothies or juice bowls depending on who's making it and how much they pay attention. The first bowl I got was fairly frozen, the rest not so much. Second most important is that you get my order right and my sister and I have both gotten wrong orders before. She also has bad luck with ordering from them in general, everytime she says she doesn't like the smoothie. First time it was too much almond butter and the second wayy too much lavender essence. I chalk it up to para 1 where I mention how teens and fellow young adults don't pay attention nor care. This is a good comparison for issues with our world, make a mistake, don't try and fix it, and only apologize or redo it when the paying customer realizes. We don't bitch cuz we feel guilty and I don't like false apologies or making people remake my order. Weird huh. Pros, right around the corner from me and 5.50$ isnt that much to spend on a messed up smoothie, and occasionally they're really good! Hmm maybe I should change this to two stars. read more

I was looking forward to trying JuiceVibes for the first time after a morning jog on the Neuse River Greenway. After waking in the lobby with a face covering, the young lady working told me the lobby is closed and the only option for ordering is by phone or website. Since I did not have my phone with me, both options were unavailable and the young lady would not take my order manually outside the store even though she was hand delivering smoothies to another waiting customer. It's too bad their policy is so inflexible if you happen not to have your cell phone available. read more

I had a horrible experience this morning at JuiceVibes. After looking through some of the reviews before posting mine, I can see I'm not the only person with the same issue. I came in around 9am "ish" for a smoothie and a breakfast item. There was one person in line ahead of me who purchased a premise drink from the cooler. There was another person behind me who ordered a smoothie. No one else there. After the person behind me received their smoothie and more than 12 minutes later I asked about the status of my order. I was told someone was making it in the back "fresh." The person gave me my drink while the other woman worked on other call in orders. I believe it was the owner who came in and she directed the other girl to wash dishes. All the while my breakfast order hadn't been started so she started it. My order was placed more than 15min before she even walked in by this time. I requested a refund as it was obvious that call in orders placed AFTER I placed my order were being made. The balance between call ins and walk ins can be delicate but it shouldn't be that unbalanced. I was told that orders could've been placed before my order. I heard the staff repeat the orders on the phone in my presence while I was waiting and saw them begin to make it so that excuse doesn't fly. ALSO, I learned more about new hairstyles and instagram pages amongst staff conversation than I cared to. They literally stopped MULTIPLE times to talk and catch up before even beginning my order. It was very rude and there are no excuses for the service today. It sucks that there aren't too many other healthy places in Clayton to choose from so they have a small portion of the market covered. Even still, I'd rather wait until my drive into Raleigh for the same prices and better service. read more

First time here was on a wintery day with temps in the mid 30's. The door to the establishment was open to the outside. It was pretty chilly in the store. After I ordered my smoothie. I asked the woman, who appeared to be the owner if I could close the door. She paused as if it was asking to dance on the bar. I could tell she was frustrated when she said "it gets really hot back here". "Go ahead and shut it and we'll open it back up when you leave." Two other patrons thanked me as they sat shivering eating their frozen acia bowls. Just not the kind of attitude I would expect from an small business owner so that didn't sit well. This place is great. We came in on their soft opening and tried a couple of different smoothies. They are fantastic and yummy. All natural, pure and very healthy. The place is well run and very clean. Check it out you won't be disappointed. The owner has three locations. One in Greenville, Clayton and Cary. They are pricey. We also had two wheat grass shots which were over $10.00 for a two ounce shot. read more

The only cons are its a bit pricey (which I understand) and also a few times I've been in there, it seems like there are always random people coming and going in the back room. Juice Vibes is fantastic! I usually go in each week and get a couple of "grab & go" 16 oz juices for the weekend, plus a smoothie for myself and my toddler. It's like our little Friday morning tradition while big brother is at school. I love that we finally have a place like this in Clayton! Of course there are more fresh juice bars around in Raleigh, but Juice Vibes does not disappoint! Everything I've ever had has been great. All the ingredients are listed on the board, so there's no question what you're getting. The smoothies and juices are my favorite - Juices are usually served room temp so I'll ask them to put it in the next largest cup with ice. Problem solved. A smoothie will get me by for a few hours if necessary - I don't regularly use them as meal replacements but they're definitely hearty and filling. Everyone there is really knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to take the time to answer questions. They have juice cleanse options, salads, etc. Every once in a while I'll grab an acai bowl, but that's the only food item I've had off the menu. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service is always great but it's slow. If you're ordering something off the menu, it's not a quick in and out. Even taking into account that they're making everything fresh and right in front of you, it's still slow. How to solve that problem? Call in your order. I call in usually an hour beforehand and ask that my stuff be ready by a certain time. Then it's up to me to get there - and they've always had my order ready on time. I should take partial responsibility for not asking how much the 16 oz drinks were, but they should take some responsibility being as there is not a single price posted ANYWHERE in the store. When the total came to $29 and change, the expression on my face must have been evident because the gal at the register gave me a sassy response saying "the protein is a dollar extra". (Which was not mentioned when she asked my kids if they wanted it) Well only three of the drinks had protein and $3 wouldn't bring the total back much. I totally get the price of fresh, expensive ingredients and all four drinks tasted very good.... I just wish they would post prices for mothers like me with a tight budget. read more
