I turned around and came back right away to let the staff know and asked for a new drink. I was surprised that I was told I would have to pay for a completely new juice instead of receiving a replacement. As a loyal, repeat customer, I found that disappointing. I wasn't trying to take advantage of the situation I simply didn't like the new drink and wanted to exchange it for something I know I enjoy. I believe a one-time replacement would have been a better way to take care of a regular customer.
