Amazing service! I had a big order and not only was the staff on time with everything, but did so with friendly service and smiles.

Service is horrible, I ordered on mobile and went in to pick up , they weren't finished with my order by the pick up time. In fact they never started my order. People who order in store got their orders before me. I ordered 2 smoothies and an acai bowl. They didn't tell me they were out of acai bowls when I asked if they had my order. I already had been waiting 7 minutes after pick up time. Finally after 20 minutes they tell me they don't have acai bowls , I said okay then I'll take any other bowl. After I get my bowl, i didn't get my smoothies. They just walk away. I ask if they have my smoothies, they had one made. I asked about the mocha madness, they say "it'll be out shortly" 5 minutes later I ask again, and get the same answer by the guy with short black hair. 20 more minutes, they never made my smoothie and I'm late to work I'll remember to NEVER come to this location again. 45 minutes wait while I keep getting told "it'll be out shortly" while they make their own smoothies and customers who order in store get their orders within 10 minutes. read more

I got a free bowl from T-Mobile Tuesday. I ordered it through the app and went inside to pick up. It was pretty clean and organized inside. I went right over to the pick up area to grab my order. And left when I got in car I opened the bag they gave me a spoon with my bowl but when I grabbed the bowl I realized that the Acai portion is frozen solid. They do add fresh berries and bananas on top but then they top top it with super sweet agave that makes it overwhelming sweet. Honestly it was way too sweet plus it being pretty frozen I gave up on it. I think they could redesign this bowl to be a lot more fresh. read more

DO NOT go to this location, period. This location needs to CLOSE because I have tried 3 different times to eat here and each time has been terrible, seems others have had the same experience. Today I walked in and it smelled SO bad, like an old sock or rotten fruit which was already a red flag. THEN after waiting about 15 mins in line I ask about my order I placed through the app, NONE of the three items I ordered were able to be made because They were out of bananas, chocolate, turkey, and "anything green". Second time visit this location and I will not return! Today, I was greeted by a smiling Cashier who quickly took our order and handed my receipt. Once sitting down, I observed the poor customer and lack of professionalism. I witness two customers wait at the counter for their order. One of the employees called out a name, no one responded, and the same employee casually said, "oh, these are yours." The customers attempted to sort through four drinks until a different employee intervened. After that, the line began to fill. I witnessed two employees casually talk at the cash register without acknowledging customers. A co-workerr had to berate the duo to end their conversation and help customers. As I continued to wait, three customers, all whom ordered after me, received their beverages. A female customer ask, "which drink is the Bahama Mama?" The worker glazed over and said, "I Don't know?" and walked away. The waiting time is unacceptable, customer orders get mixed up, and there is a major need for customer service training! read more

This place used to be great lately the ladies that work there don't seem to like their job. I've been coming to TS for years I frequent all the Brandon stores and the service isn't what it used to be. I'm taking the time to write this review based on my very recent experience at the Regency one. It's a Saturday and very busy, the girl taking ordered seemed bothered and unfriendly. My food came up and was placed on the counter with not notification it was ready. Then I waited an additional 10 min for my smoothie before everyone that came in behind me got theirs. I got up and stood at the counter and wasn't acknowledged until I had to stop on of the girls. My smoothie was never made. I understand things happen that's cool. But when I'm ignored and then no apology or anything! I just hope that the manager/owner take time to engage their staff and set customer service expectations. I think I'll stop coming here for a bit and try again later. Hopefully customer service is made a focus again and this TS will be put back into my favorite lunch places. read more

The kitchen area was #Filthy! The floors appeared to not have been properly swept and mopped in 2 days. There was a chicken wrap on the food assembly line unattended and left open with flies on it. There were 4 employees working 2 male and 2 females all wearing gloves and mask doing nothing while the trash was over filled and just 1 napkin away from the entire trash can & a junk pile of items tumbling on to the floor. The 2 gentleman preparing foods both had a head full of hair (1) curly hair male and 1 male with very nice cultural locks of hair neither wearing hair nets, yet instead: sun-visors! Being the place is called "Tropical Smoothie" I understand the need to block the sun but what about hair? The gentleman making my salads appeared to have a protective #COVID mask that was too big, since he continued to adjust the mask properly to his face while wearing plastic food preparation gloves, leaving salad toppings residue on the mask ie lettuce / cheese. As soon as he finally handled over our prepared salads I politely said " Sir I can not eat these salads simply because 1 your mask is dirty and 2 the entire time preparing my food your gloves in between grabbing lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes there were also touching your mask." He apologized & offered to make a new salad as he changed his gloves before doing so. The new salads I gave to the homeless gentleman standing in front of Regency Plaza as I exited the location. I've come to this location plenty of times before and they just seem to be getting worse. The wait time for an online order isn't the quoted 10 minutes, it's 45 minutes. I get that you're understaffed, but why I don't get is why the white male (I'm assuming manager because he's been there every-time I came in for an order) sees that there is a LARGE rush but he only makes the food orders instead of helping out with the mass orders of smoothies. Now I've been in here and with every new face I see that it's just them two, he makes the new person do the smoothies and he's lazying away with the food. If I could give a place 0 stars I would. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. We got there at 12:50 and we're 2nd in line, we then had to wait 20 minutes to place our order. Got our order in at 1:10 and waited 40 MINUTES for a smoothie! They skipped over my smoothie and the young female worker was very disrespectful. If you live in brandon, definitely worth the drive to drive to bartow and get this. The drinks are watered down and mine tastes like tea after you swallow it. I got the mocha madness with white chocolate and i get it all the time at bartow and Jay makes it. Definitely nothing like it. Don't even taste the white chocolate in it. Prior to movies, ordered food to eat in. Being 2nd in line wasn't expecting much of a wait since 2 staff worked here. After us a couple came in and placed their order. 15 minutes later the couple complained that they were late for the movies and were informed their meal was almost ready. And soon they were given their meals. When I approached them and asked about my meal, we were told they were in a hurry. I informed them that I was too since I was also going to the movies. I will correct my previous review. I think I got all my smoothie places mixed up. Tropical smoothie would be considered my best option out of the 3 main ones. If I could do a 0 stars I would, first off we only ended up there because Moes next door had a long line and tropical smoothie didn't, we get in there and the smell of the place was just disturbing. Worst experience ever. They were slow and not over whelmed but the staff was running around like the building was on fire. We ordered 1 wrap and 2 smoothies. Took 30 min to get them. There was one order ahead of us. Two employees that were off came in and started acting load and joking with the staff on the clock slowing down food. Literally the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Ordered online at 2pm for pick up at 2:15pm. Showed up at 2:16pm and wasn't ready. Asked how long it would take, told me 15 minutes more. 30 minutes later, all the employees left out the back door...like yikes. Another 30 minutes late (hour and 15 in total), my food and smoothies are neither ready. Asked again and they said 1 second. 10 minutes later (hour and 25 minutes later) still no food or smoothie.
