It was ok, but it just had so much sauce on it! I tried to see what the chicken looked like, but I couldn't even find it. It just had so much sauce! It was ok, but I'd ask for much less sauce next time, or order a different wrap, which is probably what I'll do.  The pesto grilled cheese was very good.  I ate half the wrap and half the grilled cheese, and that was all I ate. It's definitely decent portions.  I drank the smoothie as I ran errands and drove home.  It was also a very decent size.  I got the Bahama Mama. I was hoping it would taste kind of like a Hummingbird you can get in Jamaica, but it didn't.  I really couldn't taste the white chocolate, so I think I'd just get a regular fruit smoothie next time. It was still good though.  There's a new location coming to Webster, which I'm sure I'll be able to come to more.  It literally took me over 20 minutes to get here from Jefferson Road. This plaza and that intersection are very busy. I will be back though, and plan to try more of the plant based chicken.

They offer a variety of classes and even have a reasonably priced two-week pass for newcomers to try different options. I don't come as often as I used to because I live in the city, and it's not just a quick drive. I was more active with Breathe when they had locations in College Town and at Hutchinson House on East Avenue. That said, it's worth the trip--I take a restorative yoga class with a sound bath here, and so far, it's the only place in the area that offers this as a regular class. The space is lovely, with a great selection of gifts, books, clothing, and more. Parking can be a bit frustrating, as the lot behind the building sometimes fills up, and street parking may be necessary.

I attended during an event and I asked if there was anything I can have other than a black coffee and listed my allergies. No cows milk, cashew milk, soy milk options. The staff member offered to remove certain ingredients and they sanitize everything before my order would be made. That is way more than I expected. The yoga offered was a gentle beginner yoga. I have been to many yoga classes and would have labeled it a beginner moving to intermediate. It included long pose hold times, balance, and vinyasas. The instructors are great. Patient and offer modifications. They really promote inclusiveness and do what your body needs.

We DoorDashed the order and the food came nicely prepared and packaged with order labels and our names written on top of the lids. Pleasantly surprised to discover that Shaloka is a food court stand in Eastview Mall. The quality of their bowls exceeded my expectations of typical food court food. What sets Shaloka apart from Tai Chi is their fruit bowls (Açai and Pitaya/Dragonfruit) and also their Signature Bowls. The fruit bowls are super refreshing and are akin to a smoothie in a spoon and bowl format. Their Signature Bowls also take the guesswork out of it. They are recipes that have already been tested. They are still customizable and you can even build your own like at Tai Chi if you wanted to. I got their Signature Hawaiian Classic bowl and it was delicious. Ahi tuna, salmon, avocado...enough said. It was yummy and I actually really loved their brown rice. It was short grain and had some good texture. Overall, it's the best poke i've had in Rochester, which isn't saying too much because there aren't too many other options. But still, the bowls are well-composed and feel more like a whole dish than a bunch of toppings thrown on top of rice.

I came in for something simple and left fully committed to the experience. The Turkish coffee arrived in the most adorable cup, strong and velvety with that classic, unapologetic depth, paired with a soft, rose-kissed Turkish delight that made the whole thing feel like a ritual rather than just a caffeine stop. I took my time to enjoy every sip of it. And then the rice pudding. Served warm in a rustic clay bowl, topped generously with pistachios--it hit that perfect balance of creamy, lightly sweet, and comforting without being heavy. One of those desserts that sneaks up on you and suddenly you're scraping the bottom of the dish. The space itself is cozy and thoughtfully put together, and the people working there genuinely elevate it. Kind, welcoming, and happy to let you linger a bit, which feels increasingly rare. The first thing I noticed is how healthy and vibrant the plants look and to me that was the winning point. Get my smoothie, check out the grab and go cooler, and learn more about what this great spot has to offer. The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping. When we get back to "normal" and time is taken up by events and other happenings, I would ABSOLUTELY consider doing a meal program through PLN. I look forward to the next time I can stop by, and would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a lighter lunch option.
