I took my 97 Porsche Boxster to fix the driver window regulator and Check Engine light. I paid $1259.69 for the service. I am not complaining for the cost if that was their rate. However, I was disappointed that the shop did not bother to put back all the parts back in my car. read more

So I got a brand new Porsche GT4 that I burned the clutch already. It only has 1120 miles and Porsche dealership declined the warranty. They qouted me $6400 to replace the clutch. I took it to Trophy Performance and it cost me less than half of that. They ordered the clutch from Porsche dealership right in front of me when I was dropping off the car. It was a back order for 3-4 weeks because of the new model but it came early and my vehicle was done in two weeks. Not even for a minute I was worried about my vehicle left at the shop. They park them all inside overnight. Not a single mark was left on the car, it still looks brand new as it is. It's only 4 months old Porsche. Clutch that was used is the original Porsche part with the same warranty as Porsche dealership was offering for a fraction of the cost. Can't express how professional and efficient his team is. He doesn't need a review because everyone knows him in town but if you're new to Porsche or new to Town this is the only shop. Look no further. read more

Trophy Performance - My 2021 Porsche GT4 at the day I burned the clutch. Thanks Todd for saving it. - Auto Repair Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We took our used Porsche 911 to Trophy Performance because it needed an oil change. Todd, the owner, did an overall inspection and provided a list of the things that needed to be fixed, as it required some much needed TLC (13 year old car). He was detailed and said since one of the repairs required taking the engine out, I'd save money (about $2k) doing all the work at once, instead of each item done separately. He gave me a quote and said he'd honor it when I was ready to do all the work. I came back a couple months later, and he was true to his word! We greatly appreciate his honesty/integrity. We are very happy with their attention to detail, the work performed, their professionalism, and friendly staff. I can tell the car runs much better now...so much fun to drive!! It's always a relief to find a good, trustworthy mechanic...especially when it comes to high-end cars. Also, the shop is very clean, and you can see they are passionate about Porsches. Lastly, love their friendly office dog, Jarvis!! He is such a sweetie!! We'll be back for our next service and would recommend Todd/Trophy Performance if you own a Porsche. Thanks Todd!! read more

Great service, knowledge and price, great group, only place I take all my Porsche cars.

I have been letting these guys service my collection of cars since the day they opened. best shop in town. The most honest people I've ever met. the highest quality most professional service I've ever received. I even bring my cars that are under warranty to Trophy and pay them rather than let a dealer work on my cars. read more

I was on my way back to Oregon from Texas with my dog and all of a sudden my Porsche started squealing and billowing white smoke from the exhaust. I was near Vegas so found TP on a google search and I am lucky I did! I called in a panic and Todd told me to bring it in (even though the shop closed at 6 and it was 5:45). They offered to help me get a pet friendly hotel. The guys were so sweet and worked on my car the same night and I was on the road. It was a great price, quality work and professionalism. My dog even loved them! I wish they were near my house so I could keep them as my go-to guys. read more

To whom it may concern. Being somewhat new to the city since COVID, I would like to give my honest review of Trophy Performance. I have an 05 C2 with over 183k miles. I have owned the car for over 10 years and it started to leak coolant. My neighbor speaks highly of Trophy, but I did not want to go to a specialty Porsche shop due to the thought of being excessively overcharged due to my experience with the dealer Gaudin with a Panamera I used to own. They quoted me $5k to repair an AC issue I had a few years ago. I refused the repair and still got an $800 diagnostic bill. Well, I first took my C2 to an Automotive franchise shop and their quote to repair my coolant Pipe was actually higher than Trophy's price and the national Franchise did not inform me of my failing Waterpump, but they did charge me $108 for a diagnostic that I came in the shop to tell them what was leaking. Needless to say, Todd at Trophy was very professional and really knows these vehicles. The shop was extremely clean and I ended up having to go back for the Waterpump that he informed me was also failing, but was hoping to get another year out of it since I only drive the car 200 miles per month since I retired it as a daily about 5 years ago. The services were performed quickly and I must say respectfully reasonable. I won't think twice the next time something needs servicing and just go directly to Trophy. Thanks Trophy Performance! Was at an appointment with my MD. Finished visit, went to my car and it wouldn't start. Called AAA and advised it would be a 2 hour wait. Three hours later no show. A call to Trophy performance and Todd the owner. He pretty much knew what was wrong. It was after 5pm so my car stayed. Was picked up very next morning. Without delay the car needed a fuel pump. The problem solved. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Who does that? Also reasonable with the cost of the repair. read more

I spoke with Todd yesterday in regards to the leak in the back of my Porsche and I wasn't sure what it was he said if I brought it over he would look at it right away, Brandon 5 ! he thought it be the water pump so in short notice they replaced it wash my car beautifully and for half the price of a Porsche dealership I will be back to have all my service done with this wonderful establishment! I have owned my 911 for four years. I've always taken it to trophy performance and received excellent service and repairs; they do the job right the first time. They don't charge me for unnecessary repairs that's rare in this town in the automotive industry. This might sound cliché, but it's true. You're doing your Porsche a disservice if you don't take it to Trophy performance.. read more

I had a few people recommend Trophy Performance to me, but honestly, I was still worried. Since one of the people that made the recommendation was the owners wife, I was not sure how much I could trust it. Well let me tell ya, SHE KNOWS HER HUSBAND! The did a fantastic job on my little Porsche. They fixed so many things, and knowing I'd be skeptical, even texted me a very clear video that showed the part malfunctioning. I think it's important to find someone you can trust, and I think I found that in Trophy Performance! read more

I was referred to Todd through a friend and super glad to make the connection! Trophy is a new shop in Vegas but their staff is the cream of the crop from around town. Todd was top tech at Gaudin Porsche and he hired on top techs from other shops in town.Todd is a great guy and I received superb service for my Mercedes. This is a shop for people who love cars. The whole crew is in to tuning, car culture, having fun in cars, and it shows in the work they do. I chatted to Todd about Porsches and he provided a huge amount of insight into the best models to own, what to do to them and which were his favorites. Because of that conversation, I am shopping for a Porsche 911! And I will only bring it to Trophy Performance for service too. Highly recommend this shop for service, trusted advice. read more

Seeing so few reviews and all being 5 stars, I was very skeptical. I'm glad I was wrong. Todd and Sara were just wonderful and I can't believe how efficient and pleasant their service was. The facility is impeccable and this was one of the best service experiences I ever had and not just regarding auto repairs. The billing was straightforward and much cheaper than I anticipated. I will no longer have the anxiety of being ripped off normally associated with auto service as long as I take my car to Trophy. Thanks guys!! read more

I've used Trophy for everything from significant maintenance and repair to minor fixes and service; body, trim, electrical, engine work; scheduled service to pre- and post-track weekend prep and repair. Despite my only having a 2005 M3 and Trophy clearly having tons of customers getting significant amounts of advanced, custom work on high-end exotics, I've always found Todd, Chuck (Trophy's BMW guy), and all the staff very attentive, the work done promptly and well, and the charges more than reasonable. With my car being a bit of a hobby, it being 10 years old so no longer being under any warranty and always needing little fixes here and there (and the occasional not-so-little fix), and my using it as both a daily driver and a track vehicle, there is just no overstating the value of having a local, knowledgeable, capable, and even friendly shop like Trophy around. read more

I have a 2017 911 C2S which needed a 2 year maintenance service. Called Gaudin Porsche for a quote and then called and got the same service quoted by Trophy. It was half the price. Service is amazing. The shop is really cool and they do a ton of work on all sorts of Porsche cars, old, new and everything in between. Not sure why anyone would use the stealership (dealerships ALWAYS rip you off) but I'm definitely coming back here for all my future Porsche maintenance and repair needs. Can't say enough positive things about this place. Thanks a lot! read more

Well, I am disappointed they couldn't help me out. At all! I had specifically called ahead and told them about my SLK 320 and asked if they could fix the situation I was in (start error). That was their chance to come out and say they really don't work or fix benz, rather provide services for maintenance but really only specialize in porches. I was hoping they would solve it as no one in the valley could do it and I was referred here. I wasted a couple of tows only to learn absolutely nothing about what's wrong with my car except that it needs to be taken to the dealer. This review is not about how bad they are but the fact that they don't really specialize on anything else but Porches and I think they need to call that out. Todd did ask me to pay for an hours worth of diagnosis but couldn't tell me a single thing that was either isolated to not be an issue or the issue itself. I was ready to pay that but get some info out of it, and when I started questioning about what could be the issue he just flat out said 'I will waive the fee, but I need the car gone out of place today'. It was quite rude how he wrapped up that conversation but I guess I understood his frustration at not being able to give any info. Am sure these guys are good at what they do but a bit of humility and true focus on the customer will go a long ways believe. read more

Todd from Trophy Performance is a true honest professional. His knowledge On Porsche's is equivalent to the top mechanics at the Porsche dealership. I brought my 911 to him under duress from a nightmare situation of another body shop that mistakenly used the wrong transmission fluids causing the car to slip and sensor faults as well as having a potential catastrophic transmission failure. He calmly explained to me what his approach would be to save my transmission and did not try to take advantage of my desperation. He charged a very fair price as there was no guarantee that I still may need a new transmission. He performed his magic and the car is driving like a champ again and transmission is operating excellent! I will never go to another place in Las Vegas to service my Porsche and highly recommend everyone to visit his beautiful shop that is as nice as the dealership and it's priceless to deal with someone you can trust. read more

I am very pleased with my experiences with Trophy Performance. Most recently I was in the market for an older car as a gift to a friend in need. Todd, the owner, was very helpful in my search for a vehicle that fit the bill going above and beyond anything I would have expected. The guys at Trophy not only helped in the search, but also provided great insight into issues with the car. I was able to make good choices on repairs and maintenance needed to ensure the car would be a reliable mode of transportation. I have little knowledge of cars and it would have been easy for the guys to take advantage of that. However they were very honest in their assessments, even discouraging work that was unnecessary or excessive. What was most surprising is, this is primarily a high end performance shop. But the didn't hesitate to dig into an older vehicle that clearly would not fit in with the majority of the cars in the shop. I will be taking my vehicles to Trophy and recommend them to all of my family and friends looking for any specialty work. The shop is clean, the people are informative and friendly, and above all honest. Thanks Trophy! read more

I took my Porsche to Trophy Performance as it needed repairs. The car was in bad shape. Todd Trimble the owner developed a list of the things that needed immediate attention and the things that could be fixed later. He was honest giving me different alternatives. So, I left the car, and they fixed the cooling system likings, by replacing both cracked assemblies and flushing the system. Also, they replaced the clutch & shifter cables, and smog tested the vehicle for registration. It was a dedicated work; OEM parts and fast service. I couldn't be happier with their knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. It is great to be able to trust in mechanics these days. Overall, Jarvis, rocks. read more

Todd and his team at Trophy are the best! Although they specialize in Porsche (Todd is one of the youngest master techs ever), they can handle anything. Over the years they've worked on all of my cars (none of which are Porsche) - a Jeep SRT8, two BMW M3's, a BMW M4 and a Mercedes C63. I recently needed service and was referred to Trophy Performance. It's a busy shop, but they accommodated my schedule and got me in quick. The price for my 20k service was very reasonable. As a native Las Vegas that recently moved back to LV from Hawaii, I found Las Vegas to be a different place upon my return. Not the same faces or places to do business with that i remembered. And as the owner of several imported cars, I was SO EXTREMELY HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND TROPGY PERFORMANCE. I needed some pretty extensive work completed on an Audi we have, and was very pleasantly surprised to find the people at Trophy Performance were so very awesome to deal with. I was revered to Trophy Performance by my Ben Tranquillo, the owner of AutoCaddy. Bens's company is the sole company that I will ever use to transfer any of my cars, or cars that I have brought in to potentially buy. When it comes to auto transport, there is honestly nobody beater than Auto Caddy, but that another review I need to complete. Anyway, after meeting with Sara and The owner Todd, I knew was certain I w Had found the best place in Nevada for service to my imported cars. First class people; clear, concise estimates; state-of-the-art facilities; and honest people. I could not be happier with the experience with Trophy Performance in any way. So thank you Sara. Originally I took my Cayman S to Trophy to see about an exhaust they had for sale and was immediately impressed with the caliber of cars in the shop. GT3RSs, 993 turbos, even a couple Carrera GTs at one point. I've taken my project Datsun to Trophy twice now. Once for some differential work and some odd&end jobs + an alignment, and again I've taken my Datsun in for an alignment. I'm not a professional mechanic, but I work on my car myself, and understand many car-related topics. Both times I've brought my Datsun in to Trophy, they've pointed out issues with my workmanship, and offered to fix it for me. They've always explained the issues and why they needs fixing, and I've agreed with them considering the fixes. Cars are expensive on any level, this shop surely does charge premium prices, but definitely at a premium level of expertise. I respect their opinion and respect their candor in regards to errors on my project, because one loose bolt might send your car into a wall. May as well pay premium prices to feel confident that the job will be done right and the car will keep you safe. I will be coming back in the future :) read more

WOW. Called Trophy Performance to schedule an appointment to service the transmission on my 997 Boxster S. I described the 3 issues that I was having with the transmission. Brandon explained that 2 issues were normal behavior, and if the 3rd reoccurs I should call back to schedule an appointment. Brandon could have scheduled a service appointment to look diagnose the perceived issues and I would have brought it in with no questions asked. Instead, he resolved what I thought were issues without the trip or the diagnostic charge that you would normally get from a repair shop. Great service without touching my car!
