This place is incredible. I made the mistake of overfilling my GT4RS on oil and had an alert appear on the dashboard. Went to Gaudin and they quoted me a complete oil change for nearly $600.00 to drain the excess. I got a recommendation to visit Trophy Performance and not only did they execute the scope of work to drain the excess, I also felt welcomed, appreciated, and at home. Trophy Performance is the most reputable, honest and fair priced repair facility I have been to in my 50 years driving. The came out when I arrived asked what issues I was having. He looked it over gave me an estimate which was more than reasonable. One hour later he phoned me said the car was ready pick up. He has serviced all of my Porsches- '81 SC, '87 911, and '12 911. services have included oil changes, radio replacement, adding Sport Exhaust and controls, changing the stance of a car plus innumerable repairs too many to remember. Todd and his crew are personable, professional and competent. cant ask for more than that Are they the cheapest- no, but you are not repairing a Chevy- and you want it done. correctly the first time. My '87 failed to start and when started would backfire, hesitate then act nomal for a short while, then it would just quit. Quite a challenge as it. oils be any of about 8 different parts that was sometimes failing. Instead of me buying a part and trying it out to see if it worked ( and me paying of the effort and part) he has assembled a kit of working parts that he tried one at a time. He found the troubled part and sent it out to be repaired. What could have been a super expensive repair. was about one thousand dollars ( still a bit of change). In addition Todd and many of his crew are active in PCA activities. A true Porsche-file. Highly recommend as the best independent Porsche shop in the Vegas area. read more

Trophy Performance's facility is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and the technicians are experienced and knowledgeable, many who have been with the owner for years. Todd, the owner is honest, trustworthy, and fair. But more importantly they were able to repair two separate issues with my older car. The transfer case issue was fixed with no problem. The movement of the driver's seat was another issue. Since the part to repair it was no longer available they custom made one and it works perfectly. I'm not sure what the hype is about this place but I'd steer clear. Walked in to ask for apt and rough estimate on two strut mounts. As cut dry as of a job as it gets but instead of giving a rough quote they get all defensive when asked, looked at me like some cheap scum. If you guys haven't replaced strut mounts on a 911 and don't have a clue how long it takes to replace them you probably shouldn't be working in these cars. Sounds so predatory, pay a diagnostic fee for something you already know what you need and then we tell you how much to rip you off for. My friend had a major coolant leak and after finding out that the dealer is booked up for 2 months (Vegas, out of all places, really needs another Porsche dealership), we went to here to see if they can help. Todd was super nice, found the issue in less than 5 mins and was able to fit her in on the same day even though he's all booked up. Their prices are a few hundred $$ less than the dealer's too. I called yesterday (4/4/23) for a 40K mile service, as well as a few other things (replacement of coolant expansion tank), replacement of climate control switches, and replacement of tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensors that my 2007 911 C2S needed. I also noted an issue with a passenger airbag light. He consulted and was very patient over the phone. Todd asked when I could bring it in, and we settled on the following day (today - 4/5/23). I showed up just before 8 am, and Todd met with me personally; went over everything I thought the car needed and what I wanted looked at; and gave me an estimate; and noted that the car might not be ready until the following day. Ultimately, he had the car done before the end of the day, and I was able to pick it up. And it was cheaper than the estimate. All in all, I feel that Todd and the crew at Trophy Performance went above and beyond; were able to do everything I needed and wanted for the car; and were able to do it quicker than promised. I'll be a customer for life, and have zero reservations about returning or recommending them to anyone. I dont know where to start.... But heres the most important one. About a month and half ago I went to trophy performance for maintenance oil change specifically... my car runs good, no problem with AC, (its very cold) no leaks, everything is maintained and most importantly its a 2019 porsche cayenne with only 25k miles, im the first owner, no accidents, clean and taken care of (it's my baby). I only use my car to drop off my kids at school which is 5 mins away from us and some grocery shopping. We travel to California once a year sometimes using my car. So make story short, brought it here for an oil change. I was told to leave my car and they will call me when its ready. I know porsche requires high maintenance thats why I am careful picking who will do it since warranty is over. Anyways, brought it here I got a call from them stating that they found something wrong with my car actually a lot of wrong and dangerous things in my car, so im Gonna break it down what they told me, 1. My break pads needed to be changed both front and back, 2. oil change, and 3rd my A/C is leaking somewhere and my car is not safe to drive home. So it needs to be fixed because its dangeorous. So the quote for me is about $6500 to get everything fixed and mind you I only brought my cayenne for an oil change and my oil is still at 25 percent. I was so Shocked!!! And scared because the lady sounded like if i drive my SUV home without getting it fixed something bad may happen because they think that my A/C is leaking and my break pads are sqeaking. She kept insisting when Im taking my car back and getting the quote form that it is very dangerous to drive now...so I called my husband, he was laughing!!! While I am having anxiety and panic attack! He took me back there, and said get your car, because this is crazy!! For a 25k mileage, not being used that much, always inside the garage and my car is only 5 years old and then now we need pay over 6k for repairs that we don't know or feel or see in m y car then all of a sudden I am faced with repairs that will cost me so much money. Took my suv home, looking for another place to have my oil change, 5 days later after i took my car from trophy performance my A/C is working but There is NO cool! Looks like my freon got emptied out or all of a sudden there's a leak, we dont know what happened. Took my car to a european mechanic just to diagnose the A/C confirmed thats theres no leak. I was out of a/c cold for a month trying to figure out what to do and where to take my car without taking advantage of me. Found a person who specialized in cars A/C looked at my car, tried to find any leaks, the mechanic did not find any and he said my freon is almost empty. So he replced it, adviced to change filter which is the premier ones that will cost me $22, he showed my husband how to change it. Overall i paid $300 for my AC freon, diagnostic because i dont know what happened to it. My breakpads are still in good shape per the mechanic, he said it was digital and there is no warning yet, the reason why its sometimes squeaking because its dry here in vegas, and that squeaking is gone now. I took time to write this experience so anyone that decides to come into this place at least you have an idea on what to do or to make the right decision. Money might not be an issue to someone and can just have those repairs done but for me, i know how i used my car, i know how i took care of it, i know whats wrong with it and whats not wrong with it... i love my car but the 6k is not reasonable for me, so try to get second opinion maybe even 3... because you never know... good luck! All those Tobin dealer ship thieves trying to rob your money for giving $200 plus hourly rate this place owner done with no money charge. I took my tycan to Tobin to check few lights popped due to the wrap of my car. The service guy kevin said it will be $ 500 plus to open the door panel to diagnose the problem. I already have extended warranty with this car but they still wanna charge. So I came to Trophy performance after my wrap guy recommended. My Cayenne suffered a cracked radiator reservoir about twenty miles south State Line. I performed some emergency red neck surgery and was able to limp along and arrive in Las Vegas. I called up Trophy Performance and explained my situation, expecting to be told it that would be a week before they could get me in. Everything about the establishment was pristine and professional and Brandon was a straight up hoss! He told me they could take my Cayenne in that same day, and they had a replacement reservoir on hand. Todd, the owner, even allowed my dog Fisk (into to the waiting room ((Fisk is a ranch dog, not one of those service pets that you can stow in Your fanny pack, tea cup variety - so that says something about the man!) Todd quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and me and Fisk back in the road before lunch time! I have never before taken the time to write a review for an auto repair shop, but Todd, Brandon and even the young man who washed my Porsche afterwards warrant high praise. Took some nice new forged wheels 19x12 to Trophy for the first time with Cup 2's 325's to get mounted. Patrick was the tech that mounted and balanced them. Ultimately ruined the powdercoat by scoring the area where he wanted to place the weights. Very disappointing. Nice shop and a sweet dog to greet you but cocky service tech made a bad decision and should have asked me before scoring the wheels like that. I won't be returning. You can post all the brembo GP calipers and amazing race cars you want but wheels are very expensive and should be treated as such. I am someone who rarely strays from taking his car to the dealership for service. It always seems difficult to find good independent repair shops absent personal recommendation. However, after literally despairing with the poor quality of the service team at the Las Vegas Porsche dealership, I decided to try something else. I'm so glad I did. From the outset, it was clear that Todd is extremely knowledgeable about Porsche. Moreover, he was very focused on listening to me as a customer and brainstorming potential solutions for a variety of electrical issues that have plagued my car since new and which have baffled the dealership service team. He was patient and thorough in his explanations. Highly impressive and he may have single-handedly restored my faith in this brand. His charges were very fair and his entire team seem extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. For example, as I was pulling out of their lot, I lowered and raised the window, not realising that the vehicle was wet and therefore moisture appeared on the outside of the window. Immediately, one of his team came over with a cloth and wiped it clean. If they are that attentive to something so trivial, I can only imagine how attentive they are when servicing the vehicle. Five stars do not seem enough for this business because I simply cannot imagine how anyone else could be on their level. I hadn't removed my hard top for awhile, and was concerned over the soft top working correctly. Todd said drive right over , showed us how to remove, and store the hard top, checked the quality of my convertible top, and noticed a problem with my engine. Took time to diagnose the problem, than, within twenty four hours, had my little Carrera running perfectly. The entire staff at Trophy cares about its customers and the safety of the car. To whom it may concern. Being somewhat new to the city since COVID, I would like to give my honest review of Trophy Performance. I have an 05 C2 with over 183k miles. I have owned the car for over 10 years and it started to leak coolant. My neighbor speaks highly of Trophy, but I did not want to go to a specialty Porsche shop due to the thought of being excessively overcharged due to my experience with the dealer Gaudin with a Panamera I used to own. They quoted me $5k to repair an AC issue I had a few years ago. I refused the repair and still got an $800 diagnostic bill. Well, I first took my C2 to an Automotive franchise shop and their quote to repair my coolant Pipe was actually higher than Trophy's price and the national Franchise did not inform me of my failing Waterpump, but they did charge me $108 for a diagnostic that I came in the shop to tell them what was leaking. Needless to say, Todd at Trophy was very professional and really knows these vehicles. The shop was extremely clean and I ended up having to go back for the Waterpump that he informed me was also failing, but was hoping to get another year out of it since I only drive the car 200 miles per month since I retired it as a daily about 5 years ago. The services were performed quickly and I must say respectfully reasonable. I won't think twice the next time something needs servicing and just go directly to Trophy. Thanks Trophy Performance! So I got a brand new Porsche GT4 that I burned the clutch already. It only has 1120 miles and Porsche dealership declined the warranty. They qouted me $6400 to replace the clutch. I took it to Trophy Performance and it cost me less than half of that. They ordered the clutch from Porsche dealership right in front of me when I was dropping off the car. It was a back order for 3-4 weeks because of the new model but it came early and my vehicle was done in two weeks. Not even for a minute I was worried about my vehicle left at the shop. They park them all inside overnight. Not a single mark was left on the car, it still looks brand new as it is. It's only 4 months old Porsche. Clutch that was used is the original Porsche part with the same warranty as Porsche dealership was offering for a fraction of the cost. Can't express how professional and efficient his team is. He doesn't need a review because everyone knows him in town but if you're new to Porsche or new to Town this is the only shop. Look no further. read more
