Update: I've now been to Trophy Performance several times, and the quality of service has been just as great each time. I wanted to update my original review to reflect the consistent care and professionalism I've experienced. The first time I went, they did a full transmission service, installed new tires and TPMS sensors, did an alignment, replaced the battery, and fixed a faulty door latch. Everything was done professionally and on time. They installed a Rennkit eRam conversion on my 997.1 Turbo to replace the faulty hydraulic system, and John made the process easy by answering all my questions. On another visit, we had to tow the car in after hours because of a flat tire. Todd gave clear instructions on where to leave it. The parking lot is well lit and has cameras, which made me feel comfortable leaving the car overnight. They started work the next morning and replaced the damaged tire quickly. Most recently, they completed a major service, and as always, the shop was clean, welcoming, and professional. I've worked with Todd, John, Talia, and Keith -- all knowledgeable and helpful. Brought my 2024 911 in for alignment. Had previously had alignment done some time ago after lowering my car at a Porsche dealership in Utah. Car always felt slightly off but had grown increasingly worse as miles started stacking up. Made an appointment with trophy over the phone on highly regarded reference from a friend while racing in Las Vegas. Called on a Sunday evening, after hours and someone answered! Made an appointment for the following Friday over email with owner Todd who was very accommodating. We followed up with a phone call where he advised me of the expected timeline for a performance alignment. From the front office staff Talia to the owner Todd, I was treated like royalty. They're just that nice. Todd sat with me and figured out what I needed while giving me the benefit of his years of setting up, racing and winning in all manner of Porsches. He highlighted issues unrelated to the performance alignment to simply make me and the car faster and more consistent. To say they are a full service race and Porsche service shop does not adequately cover it. I live in San Diego and would not hesistate to drive the 5 hours to Trophy to have them set up and work on my car. And I have a great shop in San Diego. Not only is he and his entire team, top notch, but he asked for feedback on how hia setup worked for me and is willing to make tweaks to make it to my satisfaction. If you do any kind of performance driving, want top notch maintenence or simply advice on troubleshooting anything Porsche related, you'd be hard pressed to find a better shop than Trophy.
