They sent me pictures of some of their "findings" and communicated above and beyond. In addition to quality of care, they were quick. I was expected to get my car back on Friday at the end of the day and got a call on Thursday afternoon that they were able to get it up on the lift and serviced sooner than expected. The mechanics work extremely hard and late hours. When I drove by at 10pm that evening, there were still mechanics working long past hours to make sure that they didn't fall behind schedule and have people waiting forever on their cars. I highly recommend this place for any auto repair or service. They truly do care about their customers.

The appointment was for a LOF, tire rotation and washer repair. Brett e-mailed us photos of the air filter and cabin filter. Both clearly showed that they needed replaced and we approved this. What a terrific idea...we had never had pics sent to us while our vehicle was being worked on. Brilliant! The local auto conglomerate had told us a few months back that our rear brakes were 2/32 and needed immediate replacement. While rotating our tires today, Fadely's notes that the rear brake pads (both sides, inner and outer) in fact measure 7/32. Wow! One guess what we think of that other shop (dealership) now. The cherry on top of the sundae was our bill was about $25 less than quoted. What an awesome experience we had with Brett Fadely! Quality work, an honest price, even a thorough explanation when picking up our vehicle. A-plus!

We just moved from out…read moreof town and when I called I asked questions about what the inspection would be/cost; the receptionist gave me all kinds of attitude and made me feel stupid. They let me use a loaner which was nice, and several hours later called me to tell me the work had been done and billed me. Maybe I'm alone in this - but I prefer my mechanic to confirm the cost of the work before they "do" the work - the receptionist argued with me about this too. When I picked up the car they let me know that unfortunately they couldn't get the part (a front grille assembly) to fit properly and there was a large panel gap. Very frustrating. The part was brand new and the technician confirmed the part was not the problem - they botched the installation and bent some of the tabs holding it in place... so to recap, they screwed up the job and charged full price anyway. Icing on the cake - my new mechanic noticed they removed several of the trim fasteners from the front and "forgot" to replace. Never going here again.

It took a while (several back & forth negotiations- we were there a couple hours). I've never been thrilled at the American "bartering" process but I was satisfied at the end of the day. The truck did have an oustanding engine recall on it (which was fully disclosed). I got a brand new engine from Lancaster Toyota as a result (went from 60k miles on the engine to zero!). They are honest people, which is the most important thing when spending over $40k on a vehicle!
