I tried to call Fernando a few times, emailed, left voicemails and finally he picked up and said we can come by on a Friday and fix it for you and i was fine if there was a fee associated with. Friday came along and they were a no show, i called Saturday, Sunday, Monday and no one has been picking up. Eventually i had to find someone else to fix it. You would think you would help out existing customers but i guess not. I will not be recommending them anymore due to the poor communication. Fernando and team was awesome. They came early, checked in and discussed what was going to be done. I was also able to addon the leaf gaurds at the moment. Once the work was done the team cleaned up, did a walk through and everything was great. I highly recommend them, very professional.

They quoted a ridiculous $2000 to cut out a few places of drywall in the two bathrooms which wouldn't have been more than a few hours of work. I thought they were going to replace it and repair it but they said no. The estimate was awkwardly written and hard to interpret. When I asked them to detail any material costs and the number of hours of labor they refused and ended up not responding.

After they finished the roof, I found serious problems: * They damaged wood on my roof during the installation. * They did not install underlayment in some areas. * Ice and water shield was missing in important sections. * After the job, I had a major leak near the chimney, which caused damage to insulation, the subfloor, and the ceiling. When I tried to get help, one of their own workers told me that Efraín Campa had sold or transferred the company because he owed someone money. It is unclear who is responsible now. Efraín Campa was dishonest and careless. The damage they caused has cost me a lot. I strongly warn others not to trust Campa Roofing or work with this company
