I have been a loyal customer of Troff Pest Control since moving to the area in 2018, exclusively using their services for the past seven years. I chose to support them because they were a small, family-owned business with friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, my review is based on how they ultimately treated me as a long-time customer. For most of those seven years, their service was satisfactory. However, in mid-February 2025, I received an email--rather than a phone call--informing me that they would no longer be servicing my area after March 2025. This gave me less than a month's notice, right as spring was approaching and pest activity was increasing. While I was happy with their pest control services, I found this abrupt decision and lack of direct communication disappointing. Julie and Daniel just left my house and it looks better than it did the day we moved in! They were fast and efficient. They took the time to explain how the process works. They called when they were on their way (showed up at the exact time they said they would) and were in uniform which made me feel safe. I had 3 rooms done and a small hallway. They finished in 1 hour. I had the steam treatment along with 6 couch cushions done. Fantastic! We have been using Troff twice a year since 2012. They have availability when I call and come out immediately. Daniel is very professional and truly an expert.
