With that experience I went back for connecting two already installed auxiliary lights. This is where it went badly. The two lights were spliced into my on board computer or main Cpu power wire, which tripped up the computer. Stalling out at every red light on my way home. They also had installed two switches for the auxiliary lights. At this point now three switches controlled the auxiliary lights, the factory switch plus the two they installed. The $1200.00 due bill they charged me was a shock for sure. The bike that had ran perfectly before taking it there for few light connections wound up with me having to push it home. I had to undo everything they had done and thankfully I was able to reset the cpu. Bottom line is im out 400 cash for no working auxiliary lights! It's a bummer becuase the people there seemed nice enough.

He also took the time to thoroughly explain the different plans and ESP options, including the VIP Maintenance ESP, Extended Service Plan ESP, Tire & Wheel ESP, and Battery Replacement ESP. I appreciated actually being given a breakdown of what my options were instead of just being rushed through the paperwork. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Misty in service. She helped me with information on the plans as well, but where she really stood out was her knowledge on the service side. She gave me a very detailed explanation of what to expect with service and maintenance and answered my questions in a way that made it obvious she really knows her stuff. When you're buying a used motorcycle with some miles already on it, having confidence in the people who will potentially be taking care of it in the future means a lot. Talking with Misty actually made me feel even better about my purchase. Knowing there are people with her level of knowledge in the service department makes me completely comfortable bringing my Pan America back here for future visits. It was when I submitted a credit app and talked to some "sales manager assistant" Pooya. Don't know his exact name but the more I thought about it after I left, the more it really rubbed me the wrong way. Guy came in super aggressive and did absolutely nothing but disrespect me and my wife bc I simply wanted a price breakdown so I can see every fee because his numbers were skyrocketed from original price and he brought what looked like a 4-square but for motorcycle sales. It's literally just some dude scribbling a high ass OTD and a 30% down, and super high payment. I questioned what the price OTD was, I wanted a full breakdown. And nope. He kept asking what number was I looking for... using sales manipulation tactics of being indirect and just wanting to close me on a price. When in reality all I wanted was a price breakdown. So I can review and think about it. At one point, he says the fine print on the paper discloses all that I'm asking. And I kid you not, the "fine print" is literally so small it looks like black dots on the bottom of the paper lol. He got so mad that he just got up and barely said bye. And to storm off like that shows he lacks any emotional intelligence let alone professionalism. I'm also in sales and that dude coming at me like that completely threw me off and I decided to go see other bikes elsewhere. I have no clue why shops like this hire immature men like this. They did not put in a new valve stem., the valve stem went out, Victor would not accept responsibility or pay for the tow trucks, the Uber from being stranded. He knows what happened. But they did not take responsibility of the money that came out of my pocket for his mistake, it's an industry standard plus a safety issue to change the valve stand every time on a motorcycle tire, on a car tire they cost $1.25. And the idiot Victor would not pay to cover the expenses that came out of my pocket., I try to stay with a small business and support small businesses, but after being screwed around, I've been a loyal customer, I just can't take retard, I wonder if they own we'll figure it out you lose customers they don't come back because of your retarded, Victor, I tried to reason with him, I wouldn't get cashback I understand, but you can take it off the labor on the next two tires, take it off the labor, fixing a wire problem, but he wouldn't do it because he doesn't think he's responsible for not replacing the valve stem that's an industry standard, If you go there, you better watch them, cause the sidekicks will use an impact for a torque wrench and ripped the head off a bolt, use a different side socket and strip the head off a bolt, don't replace the valve stems on a tire change, be aware, they will be sued eventually because they do not know the safety issues, for the people they hired you can't watch everyone all the time, just a warning to everyone, I wanna talk to the owner, I just want what's fair the money out of my pocket because they failed to do the proper procedure and changing the valve stem on a tire that was mounted, I buy my tires through them Be aware, watch them

They do take appointments during the weekdays for bigger fixes on the bike and they are often booked out for a month or more. Labor isn't cheap, and it's comparable to other shops.
