Walking into this place is like having a european supermodel pleasure you and tell you how young and handsome you are. Every bike, car, and toy is beautiful and exotic. I was looking for a (relatively) inexpensive bike (especially compared to some of bikes in the showroom.) Hans and Lawrence were direct and up front with me, and gave me a very reasonable trade-in value. I ordered a bike, and sold my trade in before the new bike arrived. Even though I found a cheaper offer, they matched it and kept the deal alive. (yes, I am a cheap bloke) For delivery, they sent me a Lyft (I live in Carlsbad) which I thought was very classy and considerate. The bike was cleaned, prepped and ready upon arrival. I think 70% of this business is legitimate and the rest of the missing percentage are where Hans and the company thrive on false advertisement, lying, cheating, stealing. Which, sadly, is the result of MANY dealerships. Where knowledge is traded for trust but then abused for money grubbing power. A 1995 Land Rover was sold as "restored" and "new paint" and as a "daily driver." Not a single word on the advertisement, with the exception of the year - make and model, was true. Purchased an Ural motorcycle. Hans was easy to work with. When agreeing on a price I let him know it would need to be shipped. He said no problem. So the purchase and such went very smoothly. However, payment was received by them on August 28th. It is now October 3rd and they still haven't shipped the bike. There were some parts that were going to be added before it shipped but it was decided on Sept 18th that they would ship the parts at a later date but the bike was good to go. Hans explained the shipping process to me but I still feel that 3 1/2 weeks (so far, 10 weeks since it was actually paid for) to ship anything is not acceptable. Bike delivered on 10/18, 30 days after it was 'ready to ship". And the battery was dead..... read more

Absolute incompetent, unethical, disrespectful owner Hanz Franz Heinz whatever his name. Been working on a deal for about 2 weeks with Lawrence who seemed to be the nicest salesman Ive dealt with ever but turned out to be a backstabber. Informed them and the finance manager Sabrina that I needed the time to close on real estate property before pulling out another loan on a car they had. Put a deposit and followed up with Lawrence and Sabrina on a daily basis keeping them updated on everything up to the day before closing and even offered them to pay a bigger deposit or even pay for the car in cash incase the closing got pushed out. They said everything is good and the car is being held until you close. I checked their website the week of my closing date and saw they had the car listed as "sale pending" which made me feel good about it, it's mine. I close on the property and call them to arrange payment and shipping literally the second after I close on the property. They tell me the car sold. Mind you I called Lawrence the night before and he assured me that I'll get the car. From Thursday night at closing they tell me it's ready for me, Friday morning at opening they say they sold and shipped the car already, LIARS. The low life owner Hans says he got nervous because we couldn't click on a link to verify identity. Lawrence, the untrustworthy, backstabbing salesman, didnt even think to call me to tell me that there was a buyer ready for it they just sold it behind my back after being first in line for it, he listened to his owner like a pet. How ridiculous. They got nervous selling a 6 figure car to us because we didn't click on a stupid link to verify identity the incompetent owner says. After the credit checks and making me lose points and having all our information. My son gets married in a week (from typing this), closing on a new real estate deal, and the moral lacking, disrespectful owner Hanz thought we were playing around and wasting his time on a 6 figure deal because we have nothing better to do. Unbelievable. Cherry on top Lawrence tells me they can help find me another car, shame on you. Back to car hunting we go as far away from this circus disguised "dealership" as possible. So unprofessional, untrustworthy, dishonest, clowns. They will run your credit and run away with it. read more

So initially I gave this place a stellar review. It's a super nice clean place, and I have zero complaints about the homies that work there. My issue is with the money hungry owners who make these wild prices. This is my second time here, as I initially took my '24 Triumph Striple 765 R in here for its first service back in the first week of January 2025. That service ran me $342.43, which I thought was pretty expensive, but it was the first service, and I figured they went through and changed the fluids and made sure things were ship shape. But this time (I'm writing this the day of the service), I brought it in for just a regular oil change, and the charge was $369.65. For an oil change. The bike isn't some $50k Italian exotic that needs to be pampered, it's a bottom of the range British triple. There's a massive difference between paying for a service and getting gouged. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them in February 2021, but within one to two weeks, I experienced major electrical issues with the tail lights, turn signals, brake lights, and day lights, which were blowing out fuses every time I used them. After bringing the vehicle in for repairs, I was told the issue had been resolved, only to have the same problem return and persist for four to six weeks. Even now, the tail lights still do not work, and I have also had to deal with an oil leak on top of everything else. Despite filing a lemon law case after six months of returning to the dealership with the same ongoing issues, I received nothing but lip service and empty promises. To make matters worse, the dealership even offered to replace my vehicle with a Frankenstein vehicle made from other parts, which was a year older and missing parts, including the differential that was taken and placed on my vehicle. As if that wasn't enough, the dealership and manufacturer refused to honor the 36-month warranty on my brand new vehicle, and I was left with no other option but to file a lawsuit. The owner of the dealership, Hans, even tried to bribe me into dropping the lawsuit by offering to "help me out" if I did so - a shady business practice if there ever was one. I had also purchased prepaid oil services for over $1,188, which I expect to be reimbursed for, given that this vehicle is a lemon and there is a clear breach of contract going on with Ural. Despite the ongoing issues with the dealership and manufacturer, the dealership refused to service my vehicle, even though it was under warranty for 36 months, and I could only take it to that dealership. It's outrageous that I was expected to drop the lawsuit against the manufacturer just to get my vehicle serviced. In short, I do not recommend this dealership at all. Dealing with them has been nothing but a 2+ year headache with no results to show for it. The owner, Hans, has absolutely no integrity, and if he did, this review would not exist. Even when he was supposed to deliver the bike, he used the same excuse when they were supposed to pick up the vehicle - "someone got into an accident." It's insulting to be treated like this by someone who owns a dealership and only knows one tow truck driver. This is still not settled, and my bike is still sitting at Hans' dealership. Purchased a 2016 Thruxton R and drove 6 hours down there and the first thing i was greeted to was one of there sales rep telling me to move my trailer and park on the street.....we was really rude and didnt care even though i confirmed with Hans on day and time of pickup. The entire purchase experience was very lack luster. The entire staff was very pushy in getting bike out of the floor and never really got a welcoming experience. Sales rep knew nothing about the bike. The bike was okay....but the front forks were leaking onto ghe brakes (was disapointed that they missed that) But the last think i was very unhappy with was the fact they had spare parts with the bike but they never included it even after i called several times to request them to have them mail it out. To this day they have never follow up or return my calls about it (about 2000 worth of parts) Very disapointed and would never recommebd this shop to anyone one. read more

I have been looking for a luxury van for a while and came across one that Rosso Corsa was selling. I saw it online late one night and made a call. Within minutes, after hours, Hans called me and went over some details with me. We made a deal on the phone and I had the money wired the next day.
