I dropped off my truck on Monday morning for a check engine light (DEF sensor) and an ABS light. They told me to leave it and promised they would check it and call me back. Every single day I called, I was told, "I'll call you back in five minutes." That call never came -- not after five minutes, not after five hours, not ever. After days of being ignored, I decided to take my truck somewhere else. That's when they had the nerve to charge me $300 for absolutely nothing. They didn't fix anything. They didn't even properly inspect it. All they did was plug it into a computer and hand me a bill. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time and money. Instead of fixing the actually problem the replaced an exhaust pipe ($600 later) and did not even diagnose the problem and sent me back with my car still shaking and sounding loud.
