We recently used D&H and had the best experience. Dave and his team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The level of customer service is outstanding and beyond any prior experience with a collision center. I cannot recommend D&H enough. read more

The best in the business! My BMW was in a significant accident and Dave and his team were awesome to work with. Easy process, took it out of my hands and handled it with the insurance. Had some damage to my truck. Dave and his crew took the time to do a fabulous repair and make it look brand new. I barely had to deal with the insurance company at all. Second time having work done by them. read more

I was involved in a rather minor collision and was provided with an online estimate from my insurance adjuster which seemed ridiculously low especially since this was a Cadillac. Dave worked with my adjuster and was able to get the amount up to what it needed to be to return my car to its original condition. Work was completed on time and my car looks beautiful again!! Highly recommend for any autobody repairs! read more

I was rear-ended by a large box truck which resulted in much damage to my vehicle. We had used D&H previously and were very pleased so we immediately contacted them. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. They put me in a great loaner, took care of all paperwork necessary, etc. My vehicle was completely repaired and detailed. I, as stated above, am very happy with D&H and they will always be my Number 1 choice (hopefully not). read more

I can not recommend D&H enough!!!! They replaced and repainted my hood due to a dent and scratches. I am beyond impressed with the body work they did to repair my truck. Not only did they repair the body work, but the inside looked immaculate. I was beyond shocked when I picked up my truck. Without a doubt, I will refer and recommend D&H to anyone I know who needs any body repair to their vehicle. The quickness and ease to having the whole process complete was beyond exceptional. Dave got me in a loaner until my truck was fixed and made sure to provide me with a big enough car for my kids and I. Thank you so much Dave and your team!!!!!! My wife got in a small accident and we went on yelp to find a Auto Body shop near us. We found D & H Auto body with all 5 Star reviews so we decided to go in and speak to them about getting our brand new vehicle repaired. So I walk in and the secretary was helping another customer in front of me. We waited until it became our turn to approach her. I walked up and stated " would like to speak to someone about getting my car repaired " the woman replied " he will be back at 1 pm....and just turned away and kept eating her lunch..... There work may be GREAT but with my interaction with this woman.... I would not recommend.... I'm taking my car to my old body shop that always appreciated my business! read more

I started off 2012 with getting hit by a AAA truck and needless to say it was quite a discomfort to my 2010 Mazda 5. My Geico insurance recommended this repair shop because they offered some express repair. I've been told to avoid insurance recommended place so I did some searching and came upon D & H Collision. A quick overview of the accident, my driver side door was completely smashed, glass and all to the point that you can't open the door. There was also a gash on the sliding door. A little elbow grease and duct tape wasn't going to do the job sadly. D & H took care of me right away. I had to wait a few hours for a rental car return, but once one came in, a tow truck came and brought me and my vehicle to D&H. I was a bit taken back by how carefree David the manager was, but he assured me even though I didn't have rental insurance, he'll take care of it. I signed a few papers and was given my 2010 Dodge Avenger car rental which wasn't great, but it did the job. David worked it out with the Geico adjustor (took her a week to show up) and promptly started repairs. 3 weeks later I got my car back better than new! New door and window and it looked like my car was completely detailed down to the car rims and also had the new car smell. Also he was able to remove some scratches on my bumper that wasn't covered by my insurance as well as some smudges on my rear view mirror from a botched installation at my dealership. The job he did was worth the extra he charged me from the agreed upon final price with rental car. All in all, the manager is a man of his word and I was very satisfied with the final results. I was also surprised to find that nothing in my car was taken like my bluetooth headset that I accidentally left in my car. Speaks alot about the integrity of the people at D&H. Hopefully I don't get into another accident but if I do I'll definitely be sure to go here. read more

just now I've had two separate accidents where I was rear ended on the highways necessitating bodywork. D&H handled getting my rental car lined up and got my car looking better than it did before the accident both times. HEADACHE FREE! Dave is a hell of a great guy and his service team take pride in their work, as evidenced by one of the workers coming out excitedly this morning to ask if I saw how my car looked and if I was happy. How could I not be? Highly recommended!! read more

If you're reading this you probably have been in some sort of a car accident. I'm sorry about that! But don't worry, Dave and his team are top notch! My parked car was hit by accident in a parking lot, another frazzled working mom trying to get her Christmas shopping done! I was very fortunate she stayed because she told me about D&H Collision Center. They did all the paperwork and quickly got me into a rental- which they even dropped off to me! I can't say enough about how worry free my whole experience was! So if you need your car fixed and want to be sure it's done well- do yourself a favor and call D&H. Convenient, courteous and quality- all hard to find these days! Thanks again guys!! read more

Went to D&H after seeing their reviews to see if they did any paintless dent removal. Met with Dave (I assume owner) and he came out to look at the dings I wanted to work on (two in one door and one in another). He confirmed that they could be taken out (no supports behind them). He then gave me an estimate which was well below what I was expecting. An additional bonus was that their 'ding guy' was available that afternoon. The removal of all took under an hour and the price was very reasonable. I could not even see any sign of them once complete (and I am a bit of a stickler on these types of things). I have not been for more serious work, but know they will be my first call should I need any. Very comfortable recommending them for dent removal. read more

On a recent visit to RI to see my mom, a lady accidentally backed into my mom's parked car. To her credit, she came into the hairdresser where my mom happened to be to see whose car it was...very honest of her! When we got back to her apartment, I looked at reviews of repair shops near where my mom lives and D & H was at the top. We drove there on a Saturday when unfortunately they were not opened. I returned to New York but my sister came down from Boston to help my my get the car fixed. Both my sister and my mom confirmed that Dave was as nice and as helpful as all the reviews suggest. Mom was also impressed with the repair job they did on her car and the friendliness of the man who picked up and returned her car. Now this is how to run a business! Thank you everyone at D & H! read more

After my experience there, it seems these 5 star reviews are legit. My vehicle was 4 months old with 4k miles on it... brand new. Had a heavy hit in the rear of my car. It took about 6 weeks to work it out, but I'm having a hard time finding any damage on my brand new car after their work was complete. The people you interact with, especially the owner, are on their game. Good communication, quality work and patience for the most part. It takes me over an hour and a half commute to get to D and H and back to my home. I had to make this commute 3 times. It was worth it. I plan on going back if I need this type of service again. And I will update my review if there's a change in continuity with the service. read more

Wow I brought my car here after an accident, and I will be DEFINITELY be back if need be! They were amazing. They got me a rental RIGHT away (my insurance covers it) and I had that for about 2 weeks while they did work. They made my car look better than when I bought it. It was buffed, polished and painted when I arrived. They detailed the inside, shampooed everything and went above and beyond what I expected! I was so thankful the girl I work with recommended them, that I felt the need to share the good word! Go here, Dave is sooo nice! read more

After getting into my first accident, I was referred to D&H by the gentleman I bumped into. It would be an understatement for me to say I was lucky in dealing with such a sweet, understanding person for my first accident ever. We both drove to D&H and got the insurance squared away and the paperwork for the work on our cars. Before I was off the phone with my insurance company, Dave already had 2 rentals waiting for both of us. Dave was so patient and understanding of the situation, and answered all of my questions I had. He kept reassuring me that everything would be fine, and that once the appraiser came out he would have my car back to me in 7 days. Not only did he keep his word, but the work was phenomenal. He popped out dents (not related to the accident) and buffed/waxed them, along with shampooing and detailing the interior. I would highly recommend D&H to anyone that wants top-notch car repair and friendly, professional customer service. read more

So I just need to tell a little story of how amazing D & H is.....so last night I found that my car had two chemical like spots on my hood that were a rust color and had dripped all the way down my hood. I immediately took it to the car wash thinking it would come right off but it did not. So after an extremely rough night of sleep I woke up and thought of D & H which is right around the corner from me and I knew had a great reputation due to the reviews I had seen in the past. When I arrived Dave was outside helping a customer and when he finished came right over to me shook my hand and asked what the problem was. My intention was to just get advice on my best approach as to how I could try to remove at home. He asked me a few questions about it and said you know what bring it around right now into our first bay and let's see what we can do. I drove around and was met by Dave who gave instruction to one of his techs who proceeded to do some magic and got it off. He also buffed and waxed it out two times all with a smile and I even got to enjoy some great conversation with his sweet mom who happened to be there. After it was all set which took about 15-20 minutes I thanked him and he refused to take any payment. I even drove back around to the front and went in to ask if I could pay for the service and was told absolutely not. This is a obviously an amazing business who isn't there just to make a buck....like who does this...who does anything for free in this day in age???? I am extremely thankful to everyone who helped me today and recommend anyone who is looking for work to be done to not go any further because you know you will be treated fairly by D & H. Thank you again you guys are the best !!! read more

Left this same review on Google and I wanted locals to know about this place so I made sure to put this review on Yelp as well. If I could give this repair shop a rating from 1 to 10 it would be actually be an 11. I am extremely picky and meticulous with my car, and after I got into an accident with my new Audi I researched extensively online to make sure I went to the best. Needless to say they exceeded my expectations and did an extremely wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone, even though the repairs took a little longer than I expected, they took the time to make sure they did the job right and I will be sure to let everyone I know about them. Thanks again D & H! read more

I had a no stress experience with D &H . They made me feel comfortable when I knew it was a bad situation that happened to me. I was impressed when I pulled up there was a nice rental car like mine waiting for me. D & H does it all for you. I can't say enough for them. After the info paper work . I just waited for the call that said your car is finished you may pick it up. Then you go to pick it up and "WOW " beautiful. It looks like when I bought it. Thank you all at D&H !!! read more

I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to Dave at D&H Collision to be repaired after an auto accident. I brought my vehicle in and they repaired and returned it to me in A1 condition within 5 days! I was so happy to get my Jeep back so quickly. When I commented on the speed, Dave stated that he was a Jeep person and understands what it is like for someone to be without their Wrangler during the summer. I would recommend D & H to anyone without hesitation. They surpassed all my expectations and were very professional. read more

I can't say thank you enough. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and needed to find a repair shop. After searching online and seeing all the positive reviews of this business, I decided to go with them. I'm beyond glad that I did. The owner Dave personally kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. The car was done and returned a lot quicker than I had assumed it would be. When it was returned, Dave called me personally and told me "After I fix a car and drive it, it's only like a test drive to me. That car is yours and you know it inside and out. Call me back in three weeks with a list of any issues and I'll take care of them." Three weeks later, Dave took the car back and fixed the most minuscule of issues without question! Got the car back with a mirror finish clean inside and out. From the customer service to the quality of work, D&H is beyond amazing. If you need a place to go, I highly recommend D&H Collision, you won't be disappointed! read more

After getting into my first accident I brought my car to d and h for the repair/collision work. I knew nothing about contacting insurance/ how to start the process and how to proceed. Dave had me bring the car to him and handled all the logistics for me! He lent me a rental and kept me updated the entire way through. If not for this place I'm not sure how my experience would have turned out. I come from Boston and will never bring my vehicles anywhere else ever again. I gotta agree with everyone else on the 5-star rating. When my wife's car was damaged in an accident we came here (unsure as to why, maybe our insurance company recommended it) and the car was repaired to like-new status. A couple of weeks after we got the car back one of the back doors began to stick so we brought it back and they immediately took it into the repair center and fixed the issue. It's been years since the accident and the car is still running like a charm. read more

I never post reviews for anything, but I felt compelled to take the time and recognize the efforts that these guys went through for me and my vehicle. My car had part of a tree fall into it, smashing my back window, caving in the roof, and even breaking a door handle off. David and his team fixed my baby up and literally made it look better than when I first got it. It looked amazing. They invited me to bring the car back after a month to give it another buffing and even tweaked the trunk lid because I noticed it wasn't shutting as well as before. They even offered a free rental car after my insurance couldn't cover mine anymore. The team was very respectful and professional throughout the whole process. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this business. I highly recommend. read more

So I was referred to D and H collision after an accident this past thanksgiving 2020 and when I called I spoke to the owner himself (initially impressed, cause when do you see business owners answering calls and scheduling appointments) I'm now slightly embarrassed to admit but I was hysterical because I had just discovered I didn't have rental coverage and I was starting a new job the following Monday, anyway Dave was so compassionate and understanding he assured me that he would take care of everything for me, and let me tell you he went above and beyond! That Monday morning I drove my severally damaged 2016 Chevy Impala to D and h collision wear I was greeted by Dave's warm smiling face and again he assured me I was in good hands, but don't they all say that? I had no idea just how genuinely he meant that until two days ago He let me know my vehicle was ready and Informed him I would be in at am and that I would be heading in to work right afterwards just so I could hopefully still get to work on time. I pulled up with the rental I was returning and as I approached the door to enter my car was parked right by the entrance and I was blown away, like literally tears in my eyes because how amazing it looked! My car was already warming up for me, shining like a brand new car after approximately $10,000 in damages ! Then after extending my thanks and letting Dave know how much I appreciate all that he had done I made a smooth transition into my beautiful, warm car that I had missed so I immediately realized that it looked and smelled brand new inside too. There is nothing I could ever say or do to tell Dave and his team how thankful I am and how pleased I am with how fast they got such quality, top notch, no comparison work they have done with my car ! I will NEVER go anywhere else after being treated like a VIP And I will refer everyone I know, because there are very few shops if any that can reach the bar that d and h collision set!!! read more

First of all.... my car was there forever. So long. Literally months. When he was FINALLY done they had the nerve to charge me and extra day for the rental because they called me at 1 pm to get it and I was on vaca and returning the next day so I couldn't get my car till the next morning. He still charged me. My side corner now pops out for some reason. the woman I dealt with was uncooperative and rude. I hate to leave a nasty review but I am so unhappy I have to. Maybe they will see this and changed their ways. We all no they way over Charge insurance companies so to ask for me to pay the less than 24 hr xtra day for the rental was tacky. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

Absolutely wonderful service. I called on Easter because our door wouldn't close and no one else would take my calls. The owner tried to guide us into fixing it ourselves over the phone, but it ended up being a more severe problem and had to be brought in. This would definitely be the first place I'd go if I got into an accident or needed body work - the people couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. read more

After seeing the reviews of other posters on Yelp, I decided to visit D&H about several dents on the hood and fender of my car that were caused by acorns. I'm sure glad I did! I walked in without an appointment and spoke with Dave. He got me in touch with a gentleman from Dent Magic who does paintless dent repair and I was able to make an appointment and bring my car back to D&H a few days later. Everyone at D&H was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The 6 small dents were removed from my vehicle in under an hour. I couldn't have asked for better service or better quality of work. Price was excellent, too. It cost me substantially less than what I was expecting. Highly recommend. read more
