Only reason for one star is I can't give less.. First time I took a truck through this wash it was completely fine with room to go. They did a mediocre job but good enough to where I would go back. My fiance took same truck back but with new tires. An older gentleman came out and right away said no we can't wash that. So I called and asked manager what the dimension restrictions were. He said bring it back in and we will measure. We bring the truck back in and right away the guy says no, we aren't doing it. I said well I talked to the manager and he said it can be measured. He got the measuring stick and measured. It was still under their 12" width but they repeatedly told us we were wrong but we physically proved them wrong. The first guy (Bob, a manager) was swearing saying we were assholes so of course that's professional. Then the second guy (a "general manager") that he had previously called over was no better at being professional with his mouth when we physically proved them wrong. He said either way we aren't washing it. I said that's fine but it's proving a point that you are wrong. He too walked off mumbling something useless under his breath. Very unprofessional when they are wrong. Also make sure if you do use them, you make sure you check between the seats and they don't leave French fries. Also, same quality of work for less cost at Mister Carwash with their monthly package. read more

Disappointing. Didn't look at all like they vacuumed. I had to go home and re-clean the car myself. Also smelled like dirty rags were used. Skip this place. When I called to let them know they seemed annoyed and didn't offer to fix it. read more

I got the full triton works at the middleton location got my car back and had water spots all over it, white marks from some product in all of the black surfaces and generally was not clean. I called back and the manager was nice over the phone and as soon as I got in there was rude and treated me poorly. They did end up rehashing it but I will not go here again. read more

Paid for the "works" . They ran my car through without the trifoam clearcoat. Had to wait behind 5 more cars. Other times, bad vacuuming job, bad wipe job. Done with Triton. read more

I've come to this car wash for years. New ownership and car wash... just the very basic increased by over 10.00. Wash over 20.00! When I asked why the increase the attendant said "it's not the 90's anymore... times are changing." A real smug and inappropriate response to a customer. Never again. Very disappointed. read more

I went to get a complete ultimate car wash for 35 dollars and definetly did not get the quality of that. Car was still dirty inside and out and didnt even get the air freshner that was part of the deal. I go to a place expecting great service but i could have done that on my own. I mean it looks better then it did prior to getting there but for $20 they could have did a better job vacuuming and paid better attention to details. So now since they did alot I guess I'll go pay more money at the self service one between sun prairie and Madison and finish the job myself. On 12/14 we got the Titan works package (C28935) at the car wash located on East Towne Boulevard. It was suppose to include vacuuming the 3rd row & cargo area and washing the car mats for $27.99 + tax. We have a little 2017 Ford Escape with no 3rd row seating. What the heck!!!! They couldn't even vacuum the seats let alone the cargo area. We had our son's small dog in the car one time. The back seat still had tons of white dog hair after we went thru the wash. They never wiped off the inside of the doors or console. Never vacuumed the floor boards either. Looks like they used a dirty rag and smeared it all over the windows. The interior and dash still had dust all over it. So I got to go home and clean it. What a waste of money. Surly cashier. Couldn't even speak except to say that will $29.53. I came here today for a car wash and received the best service! I got the works car wash which was $27, and I'm so impressed with the way my car looks. It was a long, salty winter and my car had taken a beating in terms of cleanliness. They took care of me and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes very impressed! read more

They removed the mats, only vacuumed them and did a piss poor job vacuuming the rest of the floor boards. They didn't clean the whole dashboard down. I will never go there again. It is now 4 Months since Customer service personal said he would try to contact me & resolve the problem. Ya Right! My mirror is still damaged from when I drove out that day in a hurry because they were real busy. I folded the the towing mirrors in when I handed them the keys. Credit card machine didn't work, took 13 attempts before i entered it manually, she told me it didn't work but had me try 13 times anyway. Then half my dash hadn't been touched, cup holders and door jams half wiped, entire drivers side along doors weren't vaccuumed at all. I'll do it myself, thanks for wasting my time and money. "interior detail service is one of our most popular choices due to our historically great attention to detail." for $40 to clean the car - no one should have to come back around a second time and ask for something to be re-cleaned or even worse just be screwed over and have to clean it yourself. With 5-8 people involved in cleaning your vehicle, theres no reasonable excuse to have to clean it a second time - NONE. I had a very negative experience at Triton Auto Spa today. It is not particularly close to my home, but I went all the way there because I had had a good experience in the past. I took my minivan in for a full service clean. When my car was finished and they called me over, I asked the person if they had vacuumed out the back because that area was of particular concern to me. They told me they had. I got home and opened the back only to find that they had not even touched it. There were crumbs and dirt all over the place. The rest of the car was very poorly cleaned as well and they did not even wipe the back window as there are streaks from water dripping all down the back. I called to speak with a manager on duty, Mark. He was incredibly rude and hung up on me twice. I did not use any bad language and I was not disrespectful in any way, but he clearly had no interest in receiving feedback on the quality of my service. He did not apologize for the in adequate cleaning nor offer any resolution. Additionally, he told me he was "upfront all day and never heard anyone ask if the back was cleaned out, Essentially indicating that I was not telling the truthI told him I would not be returning and he said, "OK then that's the end of it and hung up on me." I can't say that I have ever had such poor customer service. For $20, there are many places you can take your vehicle and receive much higher quality cleaning as well as customer service and attention. Don't waste your time at Triton!!!! read more

Excellent service! From the time I pulled in and my car was vacuumed until I pulled out after they wiped everything down! The gal behind the desk where I paid was so friendly and so thorough. The guys doing the wiping down when my car was finished were fantastic. I watched them completely wipe down the inside too. Don't expect the same level of service... Got a deluxe wash today for my Honda CRV. Came home to put items back into the cargo area to find it was NOT vacuumed. I tried checking their website to see what was all included in the wash I requested and I can't click on anything to read about their company or the Contact Us button. I called to alert their staff of what happened and found out the policy is only to vacuum "two rows" and any extra seating rows or cargo is an extra $2.50! It doesn't state that anywhere so I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that information. Even when you check in and they chalk your window with what car wash you want, it doesn't state what is included with each type of wash so I asked and nothing was started about it being extra for the cargo hold. The company did say I can bring it back and they would vacuum that area at no charge the next time I'm there. Not sure it's with the $2.50 to go back. read more

I'm not sure why I can't choose less than one star because that would be my choice. This is a long one, but worth reading because it explains how terrible their loyalty to their customers is. So I was working across from their shop. I asked if I could have my car completely detailed paying about $250 for an SUV. (Detail was amazing btw) so I called around 2:30 and the cashier said my car wasn't done but that they'd call me when it was complete. Okay 3:30-4 comes around and I'm having to head up with a patient but had still not received a call at this point so I figured I had time. I get a call in the room and can't answer it considering being dressed up to protect myself and those around me. So it's passed 4 and I doff my gear and preceded to call the car wash back. They had called me leaving no voicemail and no text. Ii assumed my car was done so decided to walk over and talk to someone about getting my car. The entire shop was locked up. No note on the door saying I missed them and to call back Every door was locked and no one in sight. Since I had dropped my car off and walked across the street back to work, how in the hell was I suppose to get home? Anyway after tons of efforts and several hours trying to reach someone I found the owner on Facebook. I contacted him and he sent his manager there to give me my car. (I was thankful) so manager gets there and is in the process of giving me my keys and the owner calls. Manager puts it on speaker and owner says "What the hell did she want. Just give her whatever the fuck she wants and get the fuck out of there!" I immediately told the manager, "you know what just give me my keys so I can leave. Clearly your owner is very disrespectful and unprofessional and I'll never come back" He says "please come back, blah blah blah" and gave me some free car washes.
