I know I shouldn't have gone a third time but I thought the first two were just flukes. The third time was worse as far as vacuuming and even the car wash itself. The dash still had dust all over it. My first time using a luxury car wash spa and I saw the reviews for this place and wanted to try it out. I was treated by a friendly employee outside and I already made my mind of purchasing the best package. The best package included everything I needed: The exteriror and interrior cleaning. My only question to follow up is that how do the employees know which car bought which package deal? I felt that I didn't receive the services that I paid for. I think the exteriror car wash was great but the stains on my wheels were still there. I'm not sure if they do any hand washing or is it all power wash? As for the interrior cleaning, I'm not sure how much vaccuming was even done. My trunk was still dirty and didn't look like it was vaccum at all. The process: It was easy intructions, leave key in car and running, leave the car and wait in the lobby. I watched my car go through the spa area however I wasn't able to observe when they were vaccuming my car?? After my car exit the spa area, there was a team of 5 people wiped my car down, and they were working on cleaning the windows inside however, I only saw them wipe the windshield. I'm not sure if they wiped down the other windows. They did clean the cup holder. I did notice they did clean wash my four car mats however I wished they would have air dried them as well (they were wet and had that wet smell in my car). Overall, i think the service was okay. It did save me a bit of time since I didn't have to do it myself but I know I would probably do a better job as a DYI. Would I go back? Probably not. I would only consider going back if I needed to save time or if it's an emergency cleaning. read more

I pointed out a spot I thought they'd missed, the mgr said it was from "sprinklers" and they couldn't remove it. What? Also after it got dark and raining that nite, my passenger said my headlights were not on. Eek! I always have the Auto setting engaged and never expected they would turn it off while cleaning. I went here today . 12/30 I get the big package car wash 38.00 I know the how it is supposed to be done and today git a complete shit job. Im not happy at all. They are supposed to take the matts out of my truck like they normally do and power wash them. But today they didn't do that at all. I tell the guy at the desk and radios someone to take care of it. All the did was wioe them with a damp cloth in the drying bay area. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.... The normally vacuum under the matts as well after they are removed this was all missed. I bought the "Deluxe" treatment for $28.. they did an average job vacuuming the mats, especially the large mat in the back seat of my F150 Super cab. They didn't even touch my dash!!! Dust everywhere. Didn't vacuum around the stick shift area. Outside looked great. Disappointed.. read more

Really disappointed with the quality of service for the cost. I paid $45 (mat clean + credit card fee + $5 tip) for Ultimate Wash, and the car was barely vacuumed (see pic) and not wiped down at all. Even though the Ultimate Wash touts vacuuming your 'cargo space,' apparently they don't count your trunk as cargo space, and you have to specifically request a trunk vacuum. I went back and asked for them to wipe it down, and they told me they only wipe down interiors with detailing packages. Bogus. I basically paid $45 for someone to do a shoddy job vacuuming and for the hand wash of the outside of the car. Will not be returning. read more

Going into this place, i did see a lot of recent negative reviews but i thought id give it a chance since i was recommended to go here. PROS: the polish and detail crew were spot on and watching them, it seemed like they were polishing their own vehicle. great job. I like the building and McCaws in the lobby. The staff were friendly. the floor matts and windows were cleaned to satisfactory. CONS: a bit expensive but i would gladly pay the price for the work. the problem is the vacuum and interior work (besides windows and matts) was awful, honestly. I posted pictures below to show for example. $34 for work that is worth $10. there was also a sticky brown substance on my flooring that i will have to remove myself. regarding the rear cargo clean, that is photographed below too and was if it wasn't even touched. i would only go here for the detailing and basic car wash, not the interior work. polish was $50 and total wash with cargo and interior clean was $34-ish. read more

After having negative experiences at the west Madsion full service washing places I decided today to see what is being offered on the East side. Price is comparable. $28 or thereabouts. The service offered at the place off Odana was pisspoor and that's being generous. My car looked exactly the same in the inside except it had been vacuumed at least reasonably well. We moved here at the end of 2020 and from an area that didn't use salt on the roads in the winter. One of the ways that you help combat rust is to keep your car clean, so when we moved here I wanted to find a local car wash that does a stellar job and has a monthly subscription. This is your spot. I love the attention to detail by everyone here. I have a total package, so they take care of the inside and out. They always vacuum everywhere and do a nice job. At the end, they wipe everything down, including all the door jams. During the winter, they take the air hose and make sure your door handles and locks won't freeze up. They are all very friendly with smiles on their faces every time we're there. read more

I had my car exterior detailed. It wasn't a super straight forward process as I had to ask where to go, where to park, how long it will take, etc. Once I received all the details/how-to's, things were smooth sailing. My car exterior had literal tar on the side (overspray) and it was caked on for months. Triton removed 100% of the tar and my car's exterior looks new. Employees were overall nice. Front desk lady wasn't super welcoming, but she deals with annoying people all day and gets paid $10 an hour to do so. .I can't blame her. read more

Got a deluxe wash, with wheel treatment, plus tip. All told about $30. Car exterior had water streaks/drop marks, certainly not waxed or polished, inside not vacuumed, only the dash was wiped down (and not well) and there was dust, crumbs, etc. It's kept relatively clean anyway, but it seems like they looked at it and thought, nah that's clean enough, and didn't do what they were paid to do. The wheel treatment, all $5 extra, was basically 1 very quick and inconsistent swipe with a rag. You're better off in an automatic car wash, better wash for 1/3 the price. This is an amazing car wash. We had just gotten into town after driving from California. The front of the car was covered in bugs. We pulled in got out of the car and two people immediately started vacuuming with a third spraying the front of car to start softening up the bugs. It came out of the wash and four people immediately started drying and wiping down the interior. The looked like brand new when they finished. I highly recommend Triton. read more

I took my car to the new Middleton location and purchased the Deluxe wash. The outside of my car was clean, but I was unimpressed with the interior. There was still quite a bit of dog hair and dirt on the floor, on the back seats, and under the front seats. I was also expecting them to wipe down the interior a bit better - I ended up coming home and doing another pass with some Armor All and a rag. The inside of the front window had a sort of foggy film on it - I often notice this after getting my car washed and it drives me crazy - and will need to be re-cleaned with some glass cleaner. All in all, it was an ok wash. But worth the $27? Absolutely not. read more

I am guilty of wanting to post a negative rant when I have a bad (HORRIBLE) experience with a local, corporate, service, business. I was gently reminded today that we rarely see a positive rant on social media. So here it goes. Today I had an unsatisfactory (HORRIBLE) experience getting my husbands Hemi washed/cleaned. However, I was refunded my $$. Note: Not at a self-serve car-wash. Now on to the good rant: I drove straight to Triton Auto Spa. I asked to speak with a manager and described my experience and concerns. He listened. He asked me to pull ahead and assured me that his crew would take care of the truck. I pulled out the refunded $$ and asked what I owed him. He refused payment. So, not only did he listen to my concerns, he fixed a problem, FOR FREE, that was not even his. I took Leif's shiny clean Hemi home and took my Mini straight back to Triton Auto Spa. Amazing service THANK YOU THANK YOU read more

I traveled across the country so when I pulled in I told them that it was a mess. all the stuff on the floor was trash. I put things I wanted in the trunk. I followed the instructions perfectly. I get my car back and nothing in the back has been done. Trash was still on the. floor. When I complained about it the guy had the audacity to tell me that there was too much trash on the floor. There were 4 cans, and some trash. Nothing outrageous but he was very snippy about it. If the car wasn't dirty I would t need the help. I bought a new car this fall. My last car was totaled in an accident, and the insurance company fought with me about the value of the car based on the interior condition-- the carpets had some stains from dirty feet, etc. I promised myself I'd get my new car detailed every spring after snow season. I've never had a car detailed before. An old friend from high school worked at Triton and so I decided to give them a try. $160 for a full detail, wash, wax, etc seemed reasonable and they could get it done in a couple hours without an appointment. I spent most of the time while the detail was happening chatting with my old friend, but they also had a couple comfortable chairs, a TV with cable, and a pair of blue and gold Macaws that live in the facility. You can also sit and watch the detail happening. You get a choice of new car smell, lemon line, or some other fragrance. I picked lemon lime which was pleasant and not overwhelming. I was told to leave the windows cracked overnight until the seats dried, but it rained that evening and I had to close them. Speaking of which, if you get your car washed and it rains that same day, they re wash it for free within a few days, however I was out of town for the next couple days and wasnt able to take advantage of this policy. I was very pleased with the service, and I cant see any reason I would go elsewhere, unless someone is offering a similar quality service for half the cost. Again, I'm new to detailing and didnt price compare, but I highly doubt most places are significantly cheaper. I would definitely recommend. read more

I want to start off my review by saying don't go here . I have been going to Triton/mermaid for 20+ years, also my entire family. The last time I went through this car wash I had to ask for a rag to wipe the stuff off that they didn't get off my car. I came back today with a bunch of berries on my car that are hard to get off, I was told it was tree sap, and then it wouldn't come off before I even got my car wash. I asked if they would send it to her again, and they said yes but that the berries won't come off unless I have it taken to the detail bay which is $150 an hour. I told them I'm not paying for that and then I said if the berries don't come off the second time through then I will just ask for a refund. Makes sense right if a car wash doesn't clean your car, you should get a refund? Not here at Triton. I was last at when I mentioned it asking for a refund if the car wash does not clean my car so I asked for a manager the manager said that he will ask a guy to spray my car extra then asked me if I've ever tried to get these berries off myself And he was being a dick about it. Then the manager told me I would never get a refund either. This is poor customer service at its best. You should never laugh at a customer. You should never tell the customer that the company will never give you a refund, if their services do not work, I don't know what's happening in the world but the customer service everywhere is really getting shitty. The two people I talk to. You have always been nice to me today they sent me off like I didn't matter. keep in mind I've been coming to this location trading or mermaid for 20+ years. I deserve better than this. Every customer deserves better than this to tell me that I will not get a refund if your $24 plus car wash doesn't work is terrible if this is your policy to tell customers and you should change it right now, I am definitely telling my family about this and they will not be happy. They will also not be coming to Troughton in ever again. You just lost an entire family who have been lifetime customers or would have been. I honestly hope that nobody else goes to this car wash after years of me telling people to go here. I will now be telling everybody I know not to go here. I have to also mention that I called and talk to an owner. He listen to everything that I had to say and still didn't try to get me to come back. I really hope you guys know these are the little things that help you fail over a long period of time. I really hope one of the owners or the owner sees this review and contacts me to try to get me to come back. For $29, my car looks (and smells) brand-new inside and out. This was my first time at Triton, but I heard they just reopened. I got the basic package, but they did such a great job between vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning, I can't imagine how good the upgraded detail package must be! My car was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and while I waited I watched the two Amazon parrots, and looked over the wide selection of car gadgets and air fresheners. They offer many packages, and keep in mind for the winter, they have many cash wash options. read more

Only reason for one star is I can't give less.. First time I took a truck through this wash it was completely fine with room to go. They did a mediocre job but good enough to where I would go back. My fiance took same truck back but with new tires. An older gentleman came out and right away said no we can't wash that. So I called and asked manager what the dimension restrictions were. He said bring it back in and we will measure. We bring the truck back in and right away the guy says no, we aren't doing it. I said well I talked to the manager and he said it can be measured. He got the measuring stick and measured. It was still under their 12" width but they repeatedly told us we were wrong but we physically proved them wrong. The first guy (Bob, a manager) was swearing saying we were assholes so of course that's professional. Then the second guy (a "general manager") that he had previously called over was no better at being professional with his mouth when we physically proved them wrong. He said either way we aren't washing it. I said that's fine but it's proving a point that you are wrong. He too walked off mumbling something useless under his breath. Very unprofessional when they are wrong. Also make sure if you do use them, you make sure you check between the seats and they don't leave French fries. Also, same quality of work for less cost at Mister Carwash with their monthly package. read more

I went to get a complete ultimate car wash for 35 dollars and definetly did not get the quality of that. Car was still dirty inside and out and didnt even get the air freshner that was part of the deal. I go to a place expecting great service but i could have done that on my own.
