I found Acu-tru online and texted for an estimate to repair my damaged rim. I texted on a weekend and was truly surprised to get a response within an 1hr (I doubt they were open) from Brian at their shop with a very reasonable estimate on the repair. When I received the repaired rim, having had other rims repaired by different facilities, I was amazed at the repair job. The rim looks brand new, is straight, I would not be any happier had I had a brand new rim. If you dent your motorcycle rim or need it refinished, I highly recommend Brian and Acu-Tru!!! Not only have I referred people to contact The Wheel Warehouse, but I continue to use them when our customers want a new wheel. This last time, I ordered a 2004 Jaguar X Type 7 spoke chrome wheel. They had one in stock, but it wasn't chromed. They had the wheel chromed and shipped out to me in about 6 weeks. For those of you that are unaware, chroming is quite a long process, due to EPA standards, and chroming takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks. The Wheel Warehouse sent me an email with a tracking number stating when my wheel was scheduled to arrive. It came in, nicely packed and looked identical to the wheels belonging to our customer. If you're looking for factory or OEM wheels that cannot be repaired, then contact the Wheel Warehouse. They've certainly have helped me out.

Now on A KTM dirt bike he charged me 950$ to rebuild the carb. It was end of season so I never put any miles on it. put in storage. tried to start it up for this season and wouldn't start. took it back and he charged me 500$ to clean out the carb HE rebuilt and replace "bad gas" that HE put in. Didn't make any offer of discount. told me I didn't run it enough! I don't know if he's qualified or not but I got a really bad deal and could never recommend him to anyone. maybe BBB should know.

I used the website to make an appointment for 4 tires and alignment and see the range of tires that were in stock at the location. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, I was not greeted by the two people in the lobby. I said I had an appointment. It was clear the person who was the one helping didn't bother to look at the appointment and asked what I needed and then how many tires, roadside warranty, etc. I asked how much the warranty was in addition to the tires. He responded he wouldn't know until the paperwork printed. I said I wanted a specific tire that I saw in the website. He glibly said it didn't work that way, this is the only tire that was available today and that the car would not be aligned because that tech had gone home for the day - though this appointment specifically reserved that service along with the tires. The sales person's response? Go elsewhere or make an appointment to come back. The total for the incomplete job - $900 for a 14 year old Toyota Yaris. With safety and the need for transportation coupled with not having to take off work, I am reluctantly getting this done. I asked about the alignment and should I drive, and he looked me in the eye and said, "we don't recommend it." This sales rep was so condescending and rude on top of making a huge ass money grab commission. The road hazard insurance has been nice for myself and my daughters, their father died in 2021. This experience has been horrible. The disrespect and the dishonesty about what tires were available etc. was blatant. Also, the Sugarcreek OH location is in a very busy area, and I was the only customer. I will definitely think through being tied to Tire Discounter again, and recommend everyone steer clear of the Sugarcreek OH location.
