We used Optimized Painting (Farmers Branch) to paint the brick and siding and to redo some of our…read morewood work (update to a more appealing cedar wood). They were a recommendation we found on Yelp/Next Door. The team (Salvador and Michael) led by Dennis pressure washed the home, trim and siding. They repaired cracks in our brick and pulled out old wiring, replaced rotted wood that needed it, scraped areas where the previous owner had grown vines on the home, removed some support beams from in the patio to open it up, wrapped our columns in cedar in front and back and painted or stained everything! The two guys Michael and Salvador were awesome and did an incredible job with the prep work and with cleanup each day. I also really valued their ability to continuously give us a status update on where they were in the project, what they had left, and what time they'd be arriving/finishing the next day. Constant communication is a huge deal to me and the owner (Cameron) definitely met my standards and was great at communicating our needs to the team to ensure our needs were met. My advice to anyone wanting to take on a project this big is:1. Already have picked out your colors beforehand. They can give you a little guidance but going to Sherwin Williams and getting a pint of the different colors you're considering is worth it. Paint it on your house and see how it looks. 2. Make sure they place a layer of primer. There are new paint products that "contain a primer" which work fine. There are some paints made exclusively for brick. Make sure they're using the right one. 3. Be sure to continue giving your free guidance on what needs to be done and try to take photos or keep a list of the little things that still need paint, etc. 4. Find a company that won't charge you extra for the paint and wood repairs (including wood stain), make sure it's all inclusive. This was a huge plus for us! 5. Ours came with a 2 year warranty (let's hope we don't have to use it!) which is one of the reasons I picked the company.6. You can find very cheap labor out there but make sure they're good quality and ALWAYS ask for photos of their work. If they don't have a Facebook, Instagram, or Yelp page, etc I would steer away from them. Overall, I would give this company 5 stars! As a team, they deserve it!

Not only did they remain on task, but they were courteous, responsive, and professional from start to finish. That's just the core of who they are, and it absolutely shows in the quality of work they do. When I tell you that the home we just purchased looks better than new, I'm probably shortchanging them. The transformation is unreal. I still can't believe the 1080‑degree turnaround from what the house looked like before EA Pro Painters crossed our threshold to what it became after they were done. They didn't just paint -- they restored, elevated, and completely revived the space. If you're looking for a team that delivers excellence, integrity, and results that exceed expectations, Andre and his crew are the ones you want. EA Pro Painters set the bar high, and they cleared it with room to spare.

The estimate given for both rooms was very reasonable, especially considering it includes all supplies, all setup, cleanup, and fixing nail pops as well. Truly a value for sure. The two gentlemen arrived on time in the morning and proceeded to set up the flooring protection, covered any exposed furniture, and started fixing the nail pops in the ceiling.
