They were fast, efficient, and detailed with the work performed. They prepped thoroughly, even covering areas where there was only the bare foundation, and left the house clean when they were finished. There apparently was a breakdown in communication somewhere. The project manager (assuming that's his title) came out, took a look, and acknowledged there was a problem. They scheduled me for a complete re do. The project manager was professional, informative, and thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. The painter they sent out did a much better job than the last one did. They did a good job , used the correct materials this time, and I'm happy with the result. It's good to know that company had the integrity to step up and do the right thing and take care of the job correctly.
