When I arrived at the shop to pick up the order, it was beautifully packed and waiting for me in 2 shopping bags. The entire process could not have been easier. We had a large enough order that I had six of each variety she baked that day. The cupcakes are as lovely as they are delicious. My team were having a hard time deciding which one they wanted but the comments on every flavor were very complimentary. I will be ordering lovely treats from Pipedream again. Nadine is great to work with and the cupcakes are fantastic.

He said he wouldn't have time to add custom decorations, but I had an idea and had him frost 11 in green and 1 in red. When I picked them up on Saturday, he added two cookies to the box. I also ordered a meat pie and a kofta wrap and while I was waiting, he gave me two pieces of warm baklava, fresh from the oven! Absolutely delicious. When everything was ready, he carried it out to my car for me, since I had the stroller. He's such a kind man. And oh my gosh... possibly the best cupcakes I've ever had. The frosting was light and more buttery than sweet. I usually take the frosting off of cupcakes but I didn't this time because it was just too good. The lemon curd center was tangy and just the right level of sweetness. I will return to Michael's for every birthday/anniversary/party from now on. Oh and that meat pie is going to live in my brain forever. So aromatic and delicious... I got it for my husband but had eaten half of it by the time I got home. Whoops!

Try it if you love a real rich coffee, it's strong! The food is also great, the menu is varied and unique. Every time I've been to either location the staff is very warm, welcoming, and friendly. Although I loved the unique charm of their tiny old location, their new location is spacious, clean, and inviting. If you want to check off all the boxes I recommend a Vietnamese iced coffee, a breakfast banh mi (super unique), and grab a dessert from their baked goods selection . You will not be disappointed !

Stewed veg of some sort. Mashed potao, and also some fried empanadas. I had a baked whole chicken leg, house rice (rice, ham, egg, veg, spanish sausage) and some sweet pantains. All game to just under $10. A good amount of food, a good value. Taste- rice was sort of bland so I added some hot sauce. Service was super helpful - describing items we didn't know in detail. The pastelitos, cheese balls and everything we tried were amazing. I wish I could remember the name of one of my favorites which was a savory pastry ball with chicken but add a texture almost like short bread if that makes any sense. The cheese balls were quite different from what I am used to - a very different texture from Brazilian cheese balls and delicious. We noticed several people getting large platters of pastries and cakes all we were there so they seem to also do custom and catering orders.
