When they do inspections, they're honest about what's required by PA law versus what's just nice to have done. This approach really helps customers on a budget focus on what they can afford, unlike some other shops in the area. Their work is always done in a timely manner and at fair prices. Sure, the shop isn't the prettiest, but that's part of why they don't charge 'pretty shop' prices! If you bring your own parts, they'll install them as long as they're the correct ones. Just don't expect a warranty in those cases--it's a straightforward labor job, and they do it right every time. If you live close to them, I recommend giving them a try.

She listened carefully to my needs, gave me lots of time to review M&Z's entire inventory, answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, provided suggestions about measuring, rug placement, and details to consider based on room traffic. I was able to take samples home to determine which rug sample was the best to complement my furniture. She followed up a few days later to answer any additional questions. She made the ordering and payment process so easy! And they delivered and placed the rug exactly to my specifications this morning. The cost of the rug was very reasonable as were the costs of the pad, delivery, and rug placement. I had expected to pay more, given a past purchase with another company. This is one of the BEST buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend M&Z Carpets and Flooring and Sue Brothers for any flooring needs. I will be a repeat customer for sure! My ice machine stopped working and I had issues with my water getting warm. I had a reliable appliance company take a look at my fridge and the motor blade was off the shaft. The person that looked at it told me if I didn't have anyone look or do anything to the fridge since it was installed that it was installed incorrectly. He also told me I should start budgeting for a new fridge within the year because the compressor was not cooling down enough. I discussed this with the manager Jeffery Reese via a call and then text. He was very dismissive and rude when discussing this matter with him. I was very displeased with how he handled this situation and I will not be going to Longeneckers again for any appliances and would consider getting appliances elsewhere as they don't install properly and the manager will not listen and be condescending.
