I asked if it was ok to stick with them for the repair's because of my initial encounter with them and I'm so glad they accepted. Our job was very very difficult but they helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to help complete our difficult drain repair job. We have real hard wood floors that were a monster pain to break through. But instead of me having to hire a demo team to break the floor, by some miracle they powered through and did it themselves saving us more money. They even fixed bad plumbing work that was done by the previous owners plumber. We are super thankful for Moises and his excellent team. They not only fixed the problem but also upgraded our drain to prevent any future problems. On top of that we had a separate bathroom plumbing issue and I reached out to him and they came out right away and took care of the problem for me at no cost because we were already dealing with so much, I was lucky he accepted what I gave him. Art's crew, including Art, showed up early and ready to work! Three guys in total. For the $495 fee, you get 2 hours of their time. They were done in about 45 minutes, showed me the area they blasted through on the camera to confirm and were merrily on their way. Problem solved, pipes look great and we're happy! They are nice guys that can save you money in the long run in repiping or lining, or cleaning prior to lining - we were relieved to see that the pipe was ok after fearing the pipe may have collapsed or was cracked. Stay away from this company- they are not worth your time- here's my story- I had a toilet back up…read morelast month- my wife calls a hydrojetting company (roto rooter?) anyway we paid them $500 for the hydrojetting - we still had the issue 3 weeks later and then we called the pump company to get the septic tanks empty- they did it and we still had a blockage- they sent their partner company Art Hydrojetting and the guy just came and said he was here to hydrojet and has no info - calls his office multiple times- makes some videos to show how clean it is now ( btw it was clean before he even got there) anyway he leaves and acknowledges that he was not able to fix the issues- and can't do anything inside the toilet as it was some procedural and insurance issue- I told him that as he's not done anything I should be paying them minimum visit fee and nothing more- I received a text and bill for $550 - so thinking it's an error I text the owner stating the issue of inaccuracy and then the owner called me today and after threatening me and abusing me - I decided to just pay him as he wanted to see me as he knew where I lived- I was initially infuriated and then realized it's a toilet flush company- it is what it is- by the way- Kurt Kohler fixed it in 10 mins and no stress even helped me out with the mess they had created at a fraction of the cost- you should always research lessons learned- just not a happy experience. Anyway. It's a sh$&y job done I guess.

This company is UNPROFESSIONAL. Way overcharged. initial charge was $450 to snake my main line and…read morethen put a scope down it and he didnt even fix the clog. that cost upon shopping around should have been $150-$250 max. He then said that i had a broken backwater valve that needed to be replaced and he would have to remove my bush and not be able to use it again, dig 5 feet deep into the ground and replace the backwater valve. was going to charge me $4800 PLUS the $450 to come out and tell me what the issue is. When he snaked the main he didnt even unclog the issue. he stopped because he thought he hit the clay pipes at the property line. then he YANKED the snake all the way back up. upon using the camera to see the issue it was submerged in water still (because he didnt unclog the main). So i called other companies to come out and give me their assessments, price line, time frame to fix, etc. I settled on a young professional who used a hydrojet to flush the line fully. then he sent a camera all the way down. This time there was zero water in the main line and the camera went all the way down to the middle of the street to where the city pipe is. As it turns out, the original guy (guy i am doing this review on), when he yanked back the snake he broke the backwater valve flap off and it is gone down the sewer line. Upon inspection of the pipes now that the clog has been flushed out and the line is empty and clear, it was discovered that all of the piping is in good condition with zero issues. just that the flap to the backwater valve was broken off. i ended up using this other company who used a hydrojet to flush the pipe, a camera to confirm all is cleared and look for any issues. inspected my yards and followed my pipe lines to make sure everywhere had no leaks anywhere. Since they were here they also checked my sprinkler lines and water main and made sure they didnt have any leaks either. (i didnt even ask them to do that). total cost to fix my issue was $1200. NOT $4800 plus $450 for assessment. i would not recommend anyone to this plumber as he over charged me, clearly didnt know what he was doing, broke my valve, wanted to charge me $4800 to fix an issue that he ultimately ended up breaking, and then i still overpaid for his assessment. and he kept telling me he was "professional".

I couldn't wait to write this review because I love nothing more than using a new company and getting impeccable service. So grateful for Erick Jr. getting back to me so promptly and working with me on cost and sending someone within an hour of my inquiry on Thanksgiving Day. Erick Sr. and his partner showed up exactly at 9am as promised. Erick Sr asked a few questions and gave me play by play what he's going to do to clear the problem and walk me through what he sees on the camera for bigger obstructions that might require a future visit to clear permanently. The service was hydro jetting my main pipe/line and they hydro jetted through a lot of roots and determined a small crack in the pipe from my house to the main city connector. I've felt with root issues for 20 years. This is a 55 year old house and roots have grown out of areas you least suspect so I was expecting to hear about a cracked pipe but we agreed it wasn't too bad for how old the house is. They hydro jetted twice and used the camera 3 times to be sure the obstructions were cleared. I've never seen a more professional, well understood assignment and resolved so quickly while still taking their time to be sure the work was done successfully all at the same time.
